Situated in West Beach, this attractive condo for $613 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Luxurious 8th floor west corner unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath. Caribbean #704 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby. Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax. Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve. We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite and marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you! Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat. Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities. This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed. We had a last minute trip pop up due to moving our son to Nashville. We didn’t require a full week stay and it was prime rental season, but Lance was great to work with and we were able to make the short week work. The condo was clean, updated, great location and just as advertised.

Very nice and clean unit. Everything was as described and more so. Very good view of the beach, easy access and the pool was awesome. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Came down after Christmas for a quick getaway before a busy new year. The 7th floor end unit had a beautiful view of the gulf and the bay. Could see both sunrise and sunset from unit. No tall buildings blocking the view. It was updated and furnished with everything we needed. Loved that we were able to bring our small dog. Will definitely return.

Overall, the property is very nice and the owner/manager is extremely responsive to questions. The condo is in good condition and the property is a great location. As other reviewers have mentioned, there isn’t anywhere good to walk a dog - small dog it’s ok but a larger dog would definitely be problematic. Not the site’s fault, just due to the location and city rule about no dogs on the beach.
Two issues that made the stay difficult for us. First, the pull out sofa bed is awful. Springs covered by a sheet, essentially. It would be much better if the owner could provide a supplemental 1-2 inch foam pad to use. Second, we had a lot of trouble with the Nest thermostat because we aren’t familiar with them. The first night it kept dialing the heat back significantly, too much for one of the elderly guests. Finally figured out how to remove the set points but there has to be a better way to manage temperature control. Either leave instructions or something.
All in all, I would love to rent the property again but not if I planned to use the pullout sofa!

The unit was comfortable and the view from the balcony to the west is even better than the photos portray. The location is fairly quiet and amenities are nearby. I would rent again if seeking a pet friendly condo in Gulf Shores.

We Love the Condo. It’s small and cozy with two bedrooms with king beds. It was very clean, comfortable and it had a great corner balcony. It was pet friends and we brought our little Pom. The beach was crowded so we enjoyed the pool. It has two pools. A small indoor pool with a larger outdoor pool. The condo was conveniently located to restaurants and a grocery store. We took a day trip to Pensacola where the sand is the whitest I’ve ever seen and so beautiful. It was not stocked with spices other than salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook that’s something to consider. It had very limited toilet tissue and paper towels but that’s the usually for rentals. The soap dispenser at the sink came off in my hand but that was no big deal as soap and dishwasher liquid soap was provided. None of the above in any way he hindered us enjoying the condo and our trip. I would highly recommend this condo for two couples or someone with a couple of kids.

We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! We were very pleased with everything. The condo was super clean and close to our favorite restaurants. We loved that it was pet friendly, although the grassy area was a bit small, it was clean and served it's purpose. We really enjoyed the pool and beach. The pool wasn't crowded like most places we've stayed before and the walkway to the beach was very convenient. The owners were super helpful and very responsive. We hope to return the next time we're in the area.

Everything was nice. Smaller building so elevators are pretty quick. Parking was a tad bit of an issue but there is someone monitoring to help with issue of someone taking the assigned spot. Owner was very responsive. Everything was clean and nice. Thank you!
