The studio in this bungalow-style home was really nice. All the amenities included in the studio worked, Juan the owner was really helpful and super-nice, open to listen to any concerns (we had none).
We rented a car for our vacation, so the beaches were only minutes away. You can walk it, taking around 20 minutes. Really not a problem.
Really felt like home away from home.
The northern section of Aruba is the area of choice, with easy access to everything you need (not our first time in Aruba, and certainly not our last).
Highly recommended and we would consider staying there again.
The only thing is that there was no stove (only a induction-style stovetop, but this really wasn’t a problem. Besides, we spent most of the time out.
But once in the studio, it was a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Aruba, One Happy Island, and were once again happy there:)

We loved everything about the Pina Colada studio! It was perfect for us and provided all that we needed. The location, the amenities and our host Juan made our trip so incredible! During our stay, the coffee pot quit working and Juan quickly replied to my message and replaced it without haste. Thank you Juan! You have a lovely family!

Wow, you guys did an awesome job decorating and making this studio feel so comfortable. The beds are comfy, a/c works great. Showers are nice and hot.

Overall had a great time in Aruba. Juan gave excellent recommendation on activities to do with my family and answered any questions I had super quick. The property was clean, had everything we needed and in a central area where it took 15 mins or less driving to get to many places we visited. Would recommend to others for their stay in Aruba.

Very nice location. Landlord is very friendly and advised us where to Shop, which was very helpful.
We will definitely go again to same place. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you needed. Landlord provides icebox, Chairs, snorkeling devises which are very helpful. The place is very very clean.

This place was exactly what we wanted for our week vacation and would recommend it. Had 2 large beds, a fridge for our food, was quiet, and very important to us, clean. We were glad the snorkeling gear was available and made good use of it.

Wished We Had Choose a Different Property
The online photos are beautiful, unfortunately the on-site is very dull with a scent of mildew or mold. It’s obvious from the floors upward ten inches on the walls there has been a large flood at some time recent.
The property is attached to owners home, two nights multiple persons were very loud after midnight. Sounded like they were wrestling or playing cards loudly. Not Sure. Definitely once, possible twice someone had went inside our stay while we were gone to explore town.

Amazing!!!
This was an amazing week in Aruba. This studio was perfect for my husband and myself. Juan and Falon were wonderful from beginning to end. Their home had everything we needed for the week. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Juan even emailed me during the week to check in with me to see if things were going okay. I would highly recommend this studio. We will be back without a doubt! Thank you Juan and Falon, we will see you both again in the near future!

Great location, 15 minute walking distance from Malmoc and Boca Catalina Beach.
Pleasant stay, great host. Quiet location but 5 min drive from Eagle Beach and all major hotels. Private entrance to a spacious room. We would love to come back! Thank You Juan!

Great stay at Studio Pina Colada
Apartment was as advertised/pictures. Spotlessly clean small apartment. Easy check in and out. Great advice from our host Juan on local restaurants. Juan was extremely responsive to any inquiries and requests we had. Location in a residential area was a short drive to a high quality tennis club and great snorkelling beaches. 10 minute drive to the high activity Palm Beach area.

Everything was as described. The neighbors are quiet and the beaches were clean and so beautiful. Sunsets every night on the beach. We enjoyed the pool and 3 min walk to beach. Beautiful ! And Gayle was so helpful.

As Seen
The apartment is just as it appears in the picture. Located near 2 main roads so the property is easy to find. Quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe at all times. There were only 2 of us staying here but the room could easily accommodate 4.

Why spend hundreds of dollars to stay at a resort that you're barely spending time in? Get out and explore Aruba, it's a spectacular island with so much to offer. We'll definitely be coming back!

Simply amazing!
Juan was such a welcoming host with a wealth of information. This Vrbo is located next to some great beaches and the northern lighthouse. Definitely rent a car if staying here as it is about 15-20 minutes from downtown. 2 king size beds were awesome, and the AC! We couldn’t be happier.

Beautiful Aruba
This was our first trip to Aruba. We chose to rent a place instead of staying in a resort. We loved our little apartment!! We had no problems at all. We would recommend it to anyone!!! We will be back!

Great property, great value, friendly, clean and comfortable
First, Juan is a great host. He was helpful and flexible throughout our stay.
The apartment is attached to his home and has its own private entrance. Parking is easy. The best beach on the island, Arashi Beach, is 3-4 minutes away - and access to other beaches is quick and easy. There are great restaurants and mini-marts and grocery stores within easy driving distance (5-10 minutes).
Two quality queen beds, a refrigerator/freezer, stove, and all basic kitchen supplies. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of hot water.
Clean, safe, definitely worth the price! I will try to stay with Juan if we ever get back to Aruba, and will recommend his place to all of our friends.

A wonderful Unit in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Pictures are true to what the unit looks like.
They have all the basic kitchen necessities, especially for breakfast and lunch. The beds are comfortable. Juan, the owner, is great to deal with, very accomodating. The unit has a large cooler, beach chairs and snorkel and masks provided for you. If I had one small issue, it would be the fridge size. But certainly fine for a few items. I would definetly stay here again.

Very well appointed studio , excellent host . The only drawback for our family was distance to the beach and each of us having different schedules that made hectic sharing one car .
