Loved the proximity to the ski lodge. they had fireworks on NYE we could see from our condo. Nice and clean. Kids fought over who got the top bunk - that was our only complaint about the condo!

We stayed two nights with family friends and our small children for a couple days of snowboarding. The condos close proximity to the mountain made the perfect place to hangout with the kids while still being easy for adults to trade off spending time on the mountain. The hosts were very easy to reach and quick to answer any questions! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals!

Great resort for families with small kiddos learning to ski. Condo was perfect, great location, very clean and spacious. The owners stocked the condo with amenities and activities such as games, books etc., the small details were thoughtful and did not go unnoticed :). We enjoyed our time at Granby Ranch! We will be back. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect stay! Beautiful sights, close to the entrance of RMNP, wildlife right outside our window...the list goes on. Perfect spot to stay if you're visiting the park.

The views from the entire condo and balcony were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sky change colors. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils including coffee and butter. Before our trip even began we received an e-mail from Bob and Leanne with so much helpful information! We printed it out and referred to it so often during our stay. We loved our stay and anything that we addressed was quickly and smoothly dealt with. The condo was super well equipped with everything that we needed...towels, detergent, dishwasher tablets, plenty of extra blankets, and very comfortable beds.
The location is very central to many locations including Granby, Grand Lake, The Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park.
We all enjoyed the warm pool as much as we could and it was a very close distance from the condo.

The condo was clean and had excellent views. With small children we really enjoyed the proximity to the pool. The unit had everything we needed except a high chair and a window/box fan. Some nights were warmer and a window fan would have done the trick.

Lovely condo in Granby Ranch
My family and I went to Granby Ranch for very late season skiing. We wanted to get our 4yr old on skis and this trip was perfect. We had a blast at the ski resort which is just a short walk/drive from the condo and our stay was equally great.
The space was very welcoming and clean. We brought food to cook and had all the things we needed in the kitchen. We actually brought things we wouldn’t have needed because they were stocked up with spices, coffee and most stuff you need when cooking.
The views from inside are awesome with all the windows that look out to the west and the sunset from the balcony was spectacular. We sat out there and ate snacks and I even got some great Timelapse shots of a storm rolling in.
Overall we just had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay.
We would definitely return and stay here again.

Perfect family stay for spring break
We have done many VRBOs, and this was one of our best experiences. The communication was thorough and much appreciated. The unit perfectly met the needs of our family of four, and we appreciated the games, movies, and equipped kitchen. We loved the view out the windows for our meals and the convenience of a short walk to the lifts. Our youngest asked if we could live here. We plan to be back next year!

Comfortable Stay in Granby
We found this property to be clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs for our weekend stay in Granby. Leanne corresponded with me in a timely manner and responded promptly when I texted her an additional question the morning of our first night’s stay. It was easy to navigate the space due to clear labeling and prepare meals due to a well stocked kitchen. Our family would recommend this space to friends and family looking to stay in Granby in the future!

The owners paid attention to small details, like providing plenty of towels and paper products, as well as laundry and dishwasher soap. The kitchen was well stocked, with utensils, cookware, spices, and 2 coffeemakers. In addition, an assortment of teas and sugar packets were provided. All of these little touches, along with the charming alpine rustic decor helped make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the incredible mountain views from the dining and living room areas, as well as while sitting on the private balcony, enjoying the setting sun with the high peaks in the distance. Absolutely breathtaking!

Granby Resort is a quiet community off of the main highway. The mountain views were beautiful and the stars at night were amazing. We enjoyed our stay here and loved that there were hardly any other people staying on the mountain. We had everything that we needed in the condo including cooking utensils, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a pool all to ourselves. I would definitely stay there again at the end of summer when no one is there. I loved that we were only 1/2 an hour from the Rocky Mountain National Park and close to other attractions like Winter Park, Kremmling (for white water rafting) and Grand Lake. There isn't much in terms of restaurants in Granby, but you are close enough to Winter Park and Grand Lake to dine. It's beautiful area without all of the traffic of Estes Park.

We loved this property. The views were spectacular and the unit was very bright and cheery. Photos were exactly like it was. Very well supplied with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy, linens and towels were very nice. Overall it was a GREAT place to spend 10 days in September!

Great condo. Easy to park and you can walk to the main ski resort. It is next door, 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. Views are spectacular. Photos are accurate. Right out your building you can hit the trails for hiking, or mountain biking. We loved that. I only had tennis shoes and that was just fine. The large grocery store is about 2 miles. TV, internet and cell service worked great. The kitchen was stocked to prepare meals. Very comfortable bedrooms. Clean and nicely appointed. The owner was very nice and responded quickly when I lost my key (code) to enter the unit. She texted it to me right away. Happy with our choice. We plan to rent again.
