This Beautiful holiday house is uniquely situated on the famous Lovers Walk beachfront in Cowes. The rental propertys gate opens directly onto one of the safest swimming beaches on Phillip Island. Located approx 5 minutes from the Cowes Esplanade, the house boasts 4 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, a sitting room, private balcony & large bath. An outdoor alfresco area has just been added, with extra couches for some relaxing outdoors. Take advantage of the following amenities for a comfortable holiday: reverse cycle air conditioning, gas log fire, a flat screen Plasma TV, DVD and CD player, two outdoor living areas, BBQ, landscaped gardens and off-street parking. Best of all, there's no road to cross to get to the beach, so children can play freely while remaining safe. Phillip Island is a fantastic holiday destination for families, home to the world famous Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and a Koala Reserve. This property supplies all Linen and towels. No need to bring anything at all! Downstairs: Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen and ensuite Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen and ensuite Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - 1 x king and 1 x single and ensuite Bedroom 4 - 1 x king with shared bathroom with extra sitting area. (Extra sitting area off bedroom 4 has a couch with sofa fold out couch for 1 guest only). GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property. Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond. CANCELLATION POLICY 2023 Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL. Thank you for your booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and beautiful house. Only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and The Pier Hotel. Secluded beach at the back door....

This house is perfectly located which the ocean as your back years. A 10mins walk into the Main Street of Cowes. House itself is perfectly appointed and lacks nothing.... the children enjoyed the Kayaks/Surf boards and the outdoor shower is handy. Will definitely book this gorgeous home again...

This property is splendid. The location is fantastic. So close to the water and everything and more when you want to get away and have a relaxing holiday. The house is presented and furnished with such quality furnishings, crockery etc. We will be booking this all the time.

The property was perfect for 4 couples. We all had our own bathroom. The location was excellent as you were within walking distance of the pub and coffee shops but still secluded enough to relax and enjoy the beach views
