About this condo rental
Situated in Sunnyside, this lovely condo for $303 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. THE VIEW - The condo is located on the ninth floor of the west wing, in the tower building. This location allows for unobstructed beach views from the living room balcony and the dining area as well as the windows of the guest bedroom upstairs. A second balcony off the master bedroom offers gorgeous views stretching across the property to Camp Helen State Park and all the way down Rosemary Beach towards Destin. You can see for miles and the sunsets are not to be missed!! THE CONDO - This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo can sleep up to six guests. Downstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a half bath with a FULL-SIZED washer / dryer. In the living room, the entertainment center includes a large "smart" flat screen TV which gives you access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and more. A workstation gives you an area to set up your laptop and connect to Wi-Fi. A generous supply of games and books are available if you need some downtime after a busy day at the beach. Put your feet up and relax on the comfortable couch which can double as a sofa bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a comfortable queen bed, a large TV, and ample closet space. An additional twin bed in the guest bedroom provides for a little extra sleeping space. Both rooms offer incredible beach views looking out opposite sides of the building. Both the hall bathroom and private master bathroom have large walk in showers. Pinnacle Port is on a boiler system which means you will never run out of hot water! The walk out balcony in the master bedroom allows for gorgeous views down the coastline. A beautiful sight to wake up to every morning! PINNACLE PORT - The location of this private access property is perfect; secluded enough to be away from the crowds and traffic in Panama City Beach but still less than 15 minutes to Pier Park and all of the fun vacation activities this growing city has to offer. Directly to the west of the property is 30A and Rosemary beach which is famous for its upscale shops, dining and night life. The beaches here are bigger than in other areas of Panama City and the water is crystal clear. As an added bonus, beautiful Lake Powell borders the property and can be accessed by guests by either the on-site dock or boat ramp. Bring your fishing pole, paddle boards, boats or jet skis. Ample parking means you won't waste time searching for a parking space. The main pool is an indoor / outdoor pool, perfect if your little ones need a break from the sun. The outdoor section of the pool is closed off in the winter allowing the indoor pool to be heated for year-round enjoyment. Also on property are four tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, grilling areas, a workout room, saunas and a playground. This is that special kind of place where you can check in with your loved ones and then settle in for a few days (or even a few weeks) of memorable family fun!

We looked at many places to stay for our honeymoon on the gulf and always kept coming back to this one because it checked off everything we were looking for. Comfort, cozy looking, location, views, privacy, affordability, reviews and that just names a few.
This condo exceeded our expectations in every way and Laura is fantastic and very quick to respond if you have questions. She even had a happy honeymoon bottle of wine waiting for us with a note when we arrived. We truly felt at home staying here and am grateful for our experience here.

What a wonderful stay at Pinnacle Point! Excellent communication from Laura and Jed made trip preparations a breeze. They provide great information about the community and their condo! I love that they let you pick your own code to unlock the door. It makes it so much easier than trying to remember 4 numbers that you’ll only need for that week.
The condo is absolutely stunning! I love the way it is decorated! The sea turtle and octopus decor had me trying to count how many there were throughout the condo. Sunny, no rain and temperatures in the low 80’s made for a perfect week to kayak and bike on the gulf coast. October has always been one of my favorite times of the year to come down and this trip couldn’t have been more perfect! I look forward to staying here again! Thanks so much for sharing the hospitality of your beautiful condo, Laura and Jed!!!

The condo was lovely; comfortable, clean, updated, easy beach access, and well stocked. What more could you ask? The beach was quiet and the water was so clear. My kids enjoyed the pool, morning cartoons, body boarding, chasing sandpipers, and watching dolphins swim by.

Loved the location away from the main strip of PCB. The area was quiet and secluded. The building was very nice with 3 elevators so we never waited more than a couple minutes. The pool was awesome. It's huge and half is covered so you can escape the sun. The condo was a great size. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the two balconies! It was nice having the bedrooms and living space separated. Bathrooms were clean with nice showers. Everything was as expected.

This property is exactly as pictured & described, immaculate & beautiful! I believe the only thing we found missing was a pair of tongs for the grill but certainly nothing we couldn’t live without! Easy walk to the beach & beautiful views from the balconies!

The location of this resort is perfect! Close to Panama City, but far enough away that you don’t have the traffic. This condo was immaculate and decorated beautifully. We all also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and the tennis/pickle ball courts. We would stay here again!

Had a great experience. The only negative is that it would be a great help to have a mat from the steps out the back of the "tower" to the entrance of the beach. It is very difficult for the elderly and people with carts to walk through the thick sand up the incline.

First let me say the view if the beach is AMAZING! You could open the slider and windows and hear the waves, so relaxing! The two balconies were at an angle with other unit balconies and so not completely private, but we still enjoyed using them as there were not a lot of other guests sitting out. The unit was very clean and well stocked with many of the amenities you would have at home. We appreciated having the K-cup coffee maker! It is also a very updated with great decor! The unit is managed directly by the owners and so it was a very comfortable experience that made us feel at home. Parking and access to the unit was very easy and location less congested than other parts of Panama City beach. Communication with Laura and Jed was prompt and easy! We would highly recommend this condo!

We stopped at this rental on the way home from our Disney vacation and couldn’t have been more pleased. This unit was fully stocked, clean, and spacious for my family of 4. Communication with the owner was top notch. My youngest daughter left a baby doll and they put it in the mail and we received it a few days later. I highly recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful property. The Davises went out of their way to ensure our stay was everything we dreamed of, and more. Their communication far exceeded anything I have ever experienced. The care they took in preparing their condo for our long weekend trip showed how much they care about their property and our experience. There was so much attention to detail and all of the little extras they do and provide do not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this property and it will definitely be my go to rental from now on. The space is outstanding and even better than the space, are the owners. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind. Also, you can tell from what they have provided that they truly care about your experience. A great space, a great view, plenty of activities to enjoy, restaurants and shopping nearby, and wonderful owners. We hope to return and if so, get more time to enjoy than we did this time around.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here from beginning to end. The Davis’ made it easy to get things set and communication was clear and timely. The property itself is quiet and tucked away, making for an enjoyable stay. The unit oozes comfort and relaxation - we will definitely book again!

The pictures are just what you get. Very nice and clean. Laura was awesome to deal with. The best vacation spot I've ever stayed. The sand and ocean are close, you don't have to walk far at all to the beach. Loved it.

We loved staying at this condo! Everything was perfect, from the communication with the hosts to the unit itself. We felt right at home during our trip. The unit was super clean, was comfortably furnished, had amazing views from both patios, and had above average amenities available (like coffee pods, luxury towels, quality TP, etc.). It's easy to tell when a host just cares about the bottom dollar vs. caring about their guest's experience, and Laura and Jed are truly the latter. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back and look forward to future trips!

Overall it was a wonderful unit. It was very nicely updated and the owners were great to work with during our stay. The only negative was the balcony. It was very small and you felt like you were sitting with people in the unit next to you. This is probably due to the strange design of the building. Others may not care but one of my favorite things is to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean.

We use VRBO quite often when we travel. This was one of the nicest Condos we've had the pleasure of staying in. The condo is so well decorated and kept. Lots of space for my Husband, our two kids and myself. The view of the beach/ocean was beautiful. We spent every evening out there watching the sun set and people out on the beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all and it was a super short walk down to the water. There are grocery stores close by, and the main shops and dining are also close enough that you can make a trip to them if needed. We can't wait to come back and visit again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful slice of heaven with us!

Such a… Beautiful, relaxing, enjoyable, homelike environment. We enjoy all aspects of the unit and the property. My daughter (11) absolutely loves it. We love the updated decorations and colors of the unit. I appreciate the owner being so thorough. Our family looks forward to coming here every year.

This unit was lovely inside and very well designed. It was very clean and even had coffee stuff set up . There was a croc pot in the kitchen- that was awesome! The desk area came in very handy and the bathrooms were beautiful! The mattress in the master bedroom was the best I ever slept on - I only regret I forgot to look at the tag to see what kind it was so I could buy one for my house! Overall a great experience and I will definitely book it again for a family get away. Thanks for making our vacation such a positive experience!!
