Located in Lake Martin, this attractive house for $787 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bolton Cove is a relaxing, family-owned and operated vacation home community located in beautiful Lake Martin's Parker Creek area. Lake Martin was created in 1926 by damming the Tallapoosa River was, with over 750 miles of shoreline, the largest man-made lake in the world. Bolton Cove itself is a gated community of only a few homes offering many amenities such as a community swimming pool, pool house, private beach, large community boat dock, and playground. As with all homes in Bolton Cove, 9 Cricket Lane is located directly on the water. This 2-story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and offers wonderful views of the lake from the living room, master bedroom, and 2 lakeside porches. The upstairs porch also features a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances such as a refrigerator, cooktop, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and a wine cooler. We also provide plates, glasses, utensils, bowls, pots, and pans for your next gathering. The living room and master bedroom both have gas fireplaces if you need to warm up. With the 3 bedrooms, the master has a king bed with a private bathroom, the guest bedroom has 2 full beds and shares a bathroom with the kids’ bedroom having 2 sets of bunk beds. All beds have sheets and blankets, and we also provide soap, shampoo, and towels in all bathrooms. There is private Wi-Fi throughout the home and the televisions in the living room and bedrooms are all SmartTVs with Spectrum cable so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Bolton Cove is conveniently located only minutes by car or boat to popular places like Willow Point, Catherine’s Market, SpringHouse restaurant, Children’s Harbor, and the Landing restaurant. OPTIONAL PONTOON BOAT: Enjoy the lake with our optional 22-foot pontoon boat. With a 115-horsepower engine, you can pull the kids on a tube or just cruise the lake with your friends and family. If you are interested in renting the pontoon boat for an additional $300 per day plus gas, which is available May 1 - October 1. Please ask in advance so we can confirm availability.

Great stay. easy check in and rented the boat which made it nice not to have to get one from Marina. Boat was not exactly full when we got it which was strange with Smith marina being in site. Would stay there again if I wanted to be on that part of the Lake .

Absolutely loved this property. The house was so spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. The view was incredible. The beach and the kayaks were a big hit with my daughters and their friends. Being able to rent a boat at such a great price was also a plus. So convenient to a lot of places. Would definitely return.

We stayed at Bolton Cove for our daughter’s graduation from Auburn and it, by far, exceeded our expectations! The pics don’t do it justice! Spacious, upgraded property with ALL the amenities at the back of a rather private cove! Owners were great to work with, responsive, and insured we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay there again!!

When we walked in we were so impressed with the nice amenities and the space. Our kids enjoyed the property just as much as we did. Property owner was super responsive and helpful when we needed assistance and had questions. My husband , who is very picky on hotels and condos told me , “you did good”, when we walked in which speaks a LOT about a rental property.

The location was fabulous. The kayaks were great as well as having the pool close by. Having the boat slips available for our boats was a plus also. Courtland was easy to work with. However, we rented 3 of the 4 houses and the furniture needs to be replaced in the den. The master bed in #10 was very creaky. House # 12 had bats in it. The houses need to be deep cleaned not just surface.

The house was just as described on beautiful and clean Lake Martin. Our stay was great - everything went as planned. The house is in a great location - both by land and by water. Plenty of things to do in the community if you decide to not rent the boat, and close to all the fun things if you bring or rent the boat that is available through this listing. Courtland was a great host, very responsive and ensured we found/used everything Bolton Cove has to offer. Would highly recommend this house and host.

We absolutely enjoyed the property and the boat. The house was gorgeous although the furniture in the living area needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. When we needed something from the owner he responded very quickly. Definitely would revisit.

Easy to work with and quick to respond to a maintenance problem. It didn’t totally fix it but was better. The place is extremely nice, but furniture and bedding needs updating. Mattresses creak when turning over in bed and upholstery has rips and tears.
