I liked that it was near the ski resort.
Already complained to the customer service department about the heating problem and that the old guy that was managing the house, was very rude and didn’t want to help in any way… We didn’t have where to dry our skin equipment clothes, the heating system was set to 17 degrees, it was very cold.

It was perfect for an overnight stay. Had parking on property which was really good. Basic accommodation but good value for money. There was an en-suite, two single beds side by side, wardrobe and window for natural light. I try was clean and fresh linen. Easy access to old town.
No tea off coffee making facility.

Very calm. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Wall outlets near the beds was a huge bonus.

Quite a walk from the center and gondola, not easy in ski boots.

Great location, very close to town centre and about 10 min walk to the gondola. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help.
If I had to pick one thing… it would have to be that my room was quite small (as advertised, so no surprises there).

We rented this house for all our company. Host was really friendly, allowed us to check in earlier. Rooms were clean. We left two cars (no pay for parking). Also, host provided for us taxi service for good price to resort (cause it was a big line to Gondola). Apartment contains a kitchen, where we were cooking, eating, smoking hookah and playing border games. Two refrigerators allowed us to keep all our food. Bonus - coffee machine, we really enjoyed to have a latte before skiing.
Wifi connection was really poor. In a shower water was or too cold, or too hot.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly! The location is a mere 10 minutes from the centre of town.
The apartment was warm with constant hot water and ample room for the ten of us.
Perhaps 2 keys could have been provided, but this wasnt really an issue.

House is nice and comfortable.
Worst costumer service ever experienced. My check in experience was LITERALLY a list of all the "extras" I had to pay. Extras that were not even clear before the reservation, but once you get there you'll know. For example paying 10€/day to use a kitchen 🤣🤣🤣 all this with 0 English of course. And when I complained about this not being clear in the reservation, the host even called me a "problem" and was even more rude!
I'd only book this place if really last resource.

Truly clean, warm place, hot water. Inside yard barbecue and utilated kitchen.
The main problem was that when we arrived at the property, a guy came around and said it s the administrator and he needs to colect 150 euro as a guarantee for the property and no paper in exhange for having this guarantee legally. I don t know if it is an usual practice out there but it s not fair at all. We could not see any detail about a possible guarantee on the description of the property. From another point of view, booking will automatically get money from the card the booking was made in the eventuality of some damages after our stay. We need to mention that we booked the entire property, and we were not allowed to park in the inside of the propert for free. It was mentioned that the parking cost is 10 leva/day. Also, on booking it is not mentioned that the kitchen is 10leva/day. As we rented all the property, we did not have to pay for that, but there were some inside rules not mentioned on booking description. The distance till gondole is 10 min by walk.

Good parking for at least 3 cars. Cozy kitchen and dining room with space for 8 or more people. Quiet street. TV in every room with lots if channels. The host was friendly. A 10 min walk to the city centre and ski lift.
Stairs are tight. It was a bit cold in the rooms. The dining room and kitchen are shared with other guests. Luckily we were alone during our stay.
