Our pavilion is 36x18 covered, and complete with 4 large decks for extra viewing of the lake and walk down to lake. We believe pets should be able to go on vacation, too! It is in a private country setting. It is on the water with 100 yards of shoreline directly across from Dam Site Marina Hike Sugar Loaf Mountain Boat and pontoon rentals available at the marinas Collin’s Creek Trail is 5 minutes away a beautiful walk to small waterfalls and wading for the children, easy walk. PET FRIENDLY and is located minutes away from downtown Heber Springs across the dam on old highway 25. Dollar General is 3 minutes away. Sit with your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the marina. Free WIFI,, 2 smart TVS with Dish network. The patio has a large stone fire pit and pavilion overlooking the lake Located just off Old hwy 25 recreation area, the boat launch and a beach and picnic area are only two minutes away. Our stay at the Mutt Ranch was awesome. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The communication was outstanding and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was right on the water and there was enough room on all the decks for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back soon :)

The only thing I did not like was the walk down to water. The path was steep and very rocky. It was very hard on a 68 YO woman. The beach had a nice area to swim.

Tons of space for our family gathering. Convenient to be able to walk up and down the hill to the water. Well stocked kitchen. The hot tip on the back porch was great, clean water. Easy check in and friendly owner.

This is a lovely property. It's right on the lake and it really is wonderful. We had 13 people and everyone slept comfortably. We had everything we needed and our host was amazing and so thoughtful. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend on the water this is your place.

Owner was great and very responsive to questions and concerns. Lots of beds. Great outside spaces. Only complaint if any is that the living room is small. If you filled up all beds you have there would never be enough room for everyone to sit in the living room. But it was a great experience. Would recommend.

The owner was the best communicator that I’ve ever had on VRBO. They would get back in a few minutes if any question we had. The walk to the water was not great for older people or small kids, but once you get there, it is a beating view. The view from the deck of the lake was perfect. The home was an older home, but perfect and great for our mini family reunion. They had tables and chairs that we sat up on the deck for one of our cousin’s 40th birthday. Over all we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed it so much. Also great location not far from a boat ramp or the marina.

Judy is fabulous! Everything is luscious and green around you. The river is so close you can feel the cool breeze. I highly recommend this rental. The massage chair alone is worth the rental price. It was a dream escape.

We had a great time at Mutt Ranch! Our large family fit perfectly, including small kids and dogs. Judy was super accommodating and responsive, from providing a packnplay to firewood to kayak rentals. The path to the lake is very steep, but we were able to haul kayaks up and down. Kitchen had everything we needed. This was a great rental.

We had the best time at Mutt ranch! The outdoor spaces were amazing and where we spent most of our time. The view was beautiful and the hot tub was so fun after a long day on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and plenty of refrigerator space! We also got to bring our dogs who had a great time smelling all of the lake smells! 10/10 recommend!

We celebrated my birthday with family at this central (for us) location. Evenings in the hot tub or first thing in the morning, dinners on the magnificent porch, family time was the main goal, and that we got! The fireplace warmed up the house, and there were plenty of sleeping spaces. It’s the feel of camping with the accommodations of a lakeside spa, complete with a massage chair! Greers Ferry Lake is at the back door and is a delightful exploration, The owner has her own rental options, and there’s a marina across the lake also. We highly recommend getting a boat and going explore, even in rainy weather we went out and made beautiful memories! We took a 12minute truck ride to Sugarloaf Mountain where there are several hiking options, intermediate, beginner, and challenging, it’s a little bit of everything to offer (1-4mile), it also has a 3/4 mile accessible trail! Our canine family, which are two very large dogs, joined us for this trip and were more than happy! The owner was very accommodating and welcoming to our crew! The waterfront along the cabin is very steep and rocky, it’s hard to walk any distance there, but it’s certainly a fun careful exploration! My husband and children also enjoyed golf that is available 30 minutes and 45 minutes away. This place feels very secluded and is a great place to stock up your cooking supplies and get away for some R&R💙

My family and I enjoyed a quiet getaway at this home. Plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting out reading with a nice lake view, exploring alongside the lake, sitting in the hot tub, and down time to do a puzzle. Town isn’t too far to pick up last min supplies. We brought a projector to put out on back deck to enjoy movies around the fire pit. Excellent communication with the host.

The house is setup perfectly for a multi-family or extended family get together. There is plenty of kitchen space and the rooms are comfortable. The covered decks/patio make for a great outdoor gathering in any weather, in addition to the hot tub, which was a favorite hangout spot. The walk down to the water is short, but coming back to the house is uphill so be prepared. The water is beautiful and the fishing was great. We caught bass, brim and catfish. The kids had a great time. The house is located on the lake and near the river for some quick trout fishing. It feels secluded and safe. We even befriended a neighborhood dog that hung out with us - 'orange collar' was super friendly :) The host was great

This a great location and the home is Immaculate. Owner is on the property, very friendly and helpful. More suited for couples or adults with older children. Judy really went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. If the waterfront at the home is difficult for those with bad knees, there’s a sandy beach not far, approx 1 1/2 mile, with a good boat ramp, 6-7 draft; depending on lake level. Great place!
