Nestled in Seward, this attractive house for $349 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Fishers Hideaway - Two Bedroom Townhouse with Epic Views, Sleeps 6 Sweet townhouse located right in the heart of Seward! Perfectly situated between both the harbor and downtown, this townhouse has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), one full bathroom and one half bath, laundry, kitchen, dining room, a queen sleeper sofa and amazing deck! As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area! The layout is perfect for up to 6 people. There are two large bedrooms (one queen and one king) on the lower level that share a full sized bathroom and also have access to a laundry room. The upper level features a cozy kitchen that opens up to the dining and living room area. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is top-of-the-line with a memory foam mattress that is just as comfortable as most beds. There is also a nice half bath on the upper level as well. Access to the large outdoor deck space is on the upper level, and the views will blow you away. Take in the towering peaks of Mt Alice just across Resurrection Bay, and watch the boats come in and out of the harbor, while you enjoy grilling and relaxing outside. As a free resource, my husband Clay, a local boat captain, and I are here to answer questions or help you book the perfect excursion to explore Seward and the surrounding Kenai Fjords National Park. We offer discounts on many tours to our guests. The property does contain several sets of stairs (one set to enter the unit either from the front or back entrance, and another to get down to the bedrooms). The unit is located within a condominium building, so does have shared walls and parking with other renters. Parking is available right in front of the unit or behind from the alley entrance. This property is not suitable for toddlers and unrecommended for children under 8. We do not allow processing of fish on property. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. Public fish cleaning stations are available to use for free at the Seward Harbor. Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey. This property is conveniently located, so you won't need a car. It's close to the Cruise ship terminal, perfect for pre or post cruise stay and a short walk to downtown Seward, the Waterfront and Sea Life Center. The City of Seward provides a free shuttle that runs from the Harbor to Downtown with stops in between. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property. ----- This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective on the date of guest booking confirmation (the “Effective Date”), by and between Seward Vacation Stays LLC | Seward Properties LLC, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 3745 Seward, Alaska 99664 (the “Manager”), as agent of the owner of the Premises (the “Owner”), and you (the “Guest”). By booking a reservation with Seward Vacation Stays in consideration of the covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and therefore, the Manager and Guest agree as follows: 1. Rental of Premises; Term. Guest agrees to rent from Manager the reserved property from 4:00 p.m. Alaska Time to 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time on the confirmed booking dates (the “Term”). Guest understands and agrees that it cannot access the Premises for any reason, including parking or loading/unloading, prior to check-in time unless otherwise approved by Manager as Manager will be preparing the Premises for your arrival. Guest may not remain on the Premises after check-out time unless approved by Manager, and Guest understands they will be charged a minimum of a full day’s Rent if they remain on the Premises after expiration or termination of the reservation dates. Manager may remove all Guests and their personal belongings from the Property. 2. Rent. Guest will pay Manager the total sum of which includes the nightly rental rate, fees and taxes. Guest has reviewed and approved (collectively, “Rent”). Guest shall pay 100% of the Rent to Manager when booking. All payments made to Manager shall be by credit card. Guest authorizes Manager to automatically charge Guest’s credit card for any payments owed pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation any portion of Rent due and repair costs and expenses. Guest understands that there are no refunds or reductions to the Rent for early departures or late arrivals, no matter the cause. 3. Communication. Guest consent to receive email, phone calls and/or text messages (SMS) from Seward Vacation Stays and its hosts and co-hosts. 4. Cancellation Policy. a. Cancellation by Guest. Unless otherwise provided herein, if Guest cancels at least 7 days prior to the start of the Term, Manager will refund all pre-paid Rent to Guest, except the processing fees. Because Guest’s reservation precludes other rentals of the Premises, Guest agrees that if Guest cancels or shortens its stay less than 7 days prior to the start of the Term, for any reason, Rent is non-refundable to Guest. Guest understands and agrees that the processing fee is non-refundable regardless of when a cancellation is made and will not be returned to Guest under any circumstances. b. Cancellations by Manager. Manager reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement for any reason within 24 hours of the Effective Date by providing notice of termination to Guest. After this 24-hour time period, Manager reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement should circumstances arise that are outside of Manager’s control, including without limitation the following circumstances: (i) if the Premises become unavailable prior to the Term due to structural damage, leaks, fire or other conditions that would make the Premises potentially unsafe or uninhabitable for Guest; (ii) sale of the Premises; (iii) transfer of the Premises out of Manager’s property management program; or (iv) force majeure. For the purposes of this Agreement, “force majeure” includes power outages, governmental or quasi-governmental laws, regulations, and orders, pandemics, including without limitation COVID-19, riots, war, natural disasters, or other circumstances of a like nature outside the control of Manager. Manager will notify Guest of such circumstances as soon as is practicable. If Guest desires to be transferred to alternative premises, Manager will make reasonable efforts to relocate the Guest to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Guest agrees to pay any increase in rental charges, fees and taxes associated with the alternative premises should those premises normally rent for a greater rental fee. If Manager is unable to secure a reasonably comparable property for Guest, Manager will refund all pre-paid Rent to Guest and this Agreement shall automatically terminate. Said refund shall be the full extent of Manager’s liability to Guest in such circumstances, and Guest understands and agrees that Manager will not be responsible or liable for any other costs or expenses in connection with cancellations pursuant to this section. 5. Security Deposit. The purpose of a refundable security deposit is for general property upkeep and to repair minor, accidental damage caused by Guest or Rental Party during the Term. Whether damage is considered minor and accidental is in the sole discretion of the Manager, and Guest by booking the property below acknowledges the same. If the Manager determines the damage is accidental and minor and Guest timely reports said damage to Manager (which, at a minimum, means reporting prior to departure), the Security Deposit in part or in whole will cover such minor, accidental damage. Timely reporting of any damage during the Term is critical. Guest understands that in the event damage exceeds minor accidental damage, Guest will be responsible for those amounts above the Security Deposit Fee. 6. Channel Terms. If you are booking through a third-party marketing channel, your booking may be subject to that channel’s own terms and conditions (“Channel Terms”). If any provision of applicable Channel Terms differs from the Terms in this Agreement, the provision of the Channel Terms will control. 7. Use and Occupancy of the Premises; House Rules. a. Guest shall use and occupy the Premises in a careful, safe and proper manner and in compliance with all laws, regulations, orders, covenants, and rules applicable to the Premises. Guest agrees not to use or permit the use of the Premises for any purpose prohibited by law or for any purpose deemed extra hazardous or which would make void or voidable any insurance on the Premises or which would cause or be likely to cause damage to the Premises. b. Guest agrees not to damage or deface the Premises in any manner. Guest shall immediately report any loss or damage to Manager. Guest is responsible for all losses and damage to the Premises and property therein during the Term, and Manager is authorized to charge Guest for the cost of all repairs. c. “Quiet hours” for the Premises are from 10:00pm until 8:00am Alaska Time. Please keep noise to a minimum during this period and be respectful of surrounding neighbors. d. Only maximum amount of property guest occupancy are permitted to occupy the Premises during the Term. The authorized occupants may be referred to herein as the “Rental Party”.

This rental was very clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need in way of equipment and a supply of seasoning plus a few extras. Property management is great and very responsive when you need them. The view is great but the floor of the deck has old outdoor carpet that has been very wet over time and looks moldy. The deck is actually the roof from the lower level and wasn’t designed properly for drainage. I imagine this would be very expensive for the owners to fix. For us, it didn’t matter. We were there in “sitting on the deck” season. Font let the deck carpet stop you from renting this unit, it really is nice everywhere else.

Great location, very close to downtown; dedicated parking right in front. Check in process very easy; host very communicative with info and open to early check in if could accommodate. Well fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities. Very comfortable bed.

This was a great spot for our group! Loved the view from the deck and the newly renovated space is very clean and crisp. Great location in downtown and close to walk to many restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. The washer and dryer came in handy after our very rainy day on the Lost Lake Trail.

4 of us stayed here for three nights. We are extremely happy with this choice. Besides the views and the location it's nice to call out the kitchen which is equipped with good quality pots and pans. It seems a small thing but it's just no fun staying someplace for more than a night try to cook with junk. Thank you for making your place available to us.

This is a great spot to stay in Seward in terms of location, just halfway between the train drop off and the Bay Sealife Center area. It was rainy and overcast, but still a nice spot for us for a quick overnight stay… Thank you.

Our family of 4 stayed at Fisher's Hideaway for a week. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the harbor and downtown. The house is very quiet with dark bedrooms with nice blackout blinds. The beds were the most comfortable we had in our 3 different locations. The kitchen is well appointed and we loved having laundry in the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this townhome! The bottom floor has two bedrooms, with a full bathroom and laundry room in the center. The top floor consists of a well-stocked kitchen, large dining room table and living room, and a half bathroom. We always parked in the back, coming up a long set of stairs onto the nice deck and entering through the living room. On the one clear day that we had, the view from the deck was beautiful! The host is very responsive and helpful, even responding to my panicked text at midnight on our first night when we got a tsunami warning (Seward was fine, we did not have to evacuate). This was a really good location, but everything in Seward is really close together anyway. We had two large suitcases and did not feel like taking them down to the bedroom and then back up the stairs when we were leaving, so I just opened our suitcases on the dining room table and took 4 days of clothes and our toiletries downstairs. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a variety of dvds to watch, but we watched a few movies on Amazon Prime. We enjoyed our 4-night stay in Seward and would highly recommend this townhome as long as no one is mobility impaired as there are stairs to navigate. Our wonderful host helped us book a whale watch tour with Northern Latitude that was amazing! Favorite restaurants were the Highliner and Woody’s Thai Kitchen. Very responsive and caring host!

The location of this townhouse was perfect. You can walk into town or down to the Tour Rentals & shopping. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. Kaylee was so easy to work with coupled with an outstanding book on what to do in Seward!!!

This townhouse was in an ideal location, halfway between the marina and downtown, with a great view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and in all, it suited our needs perfectly for our 3 nights In Seward. I would certainly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great house with a view that did not disappoint! The home had all the essentials - including laundry facilities, bath essentials, and kitchen with plenty of ziplock bags and containers. Easy walk to downtown. Great for our family of 4!

The deck was beautiful! The fire in the table kept us comfortable when relaxing on the deck. The decor was nice and beds were comfortable. I do have to clarify that the bathroom downstairs with the bedrooms had a sink, toilet and shower. The bathroom upstairs with the living area did not have a shower or bath tub. It was only a sink and a toilet.

Even though the weather wasn't cooperating the house is wonderful and a great view. Cute place. Very clean. I love the Alaska decor in house. Very comfortable. Beds are awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Very accommodating.

Good location for walking to harbor or into business district of town. Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking and utensils needed to prepare meals. It was nice to have a grill outside to cook on. Since we were notified at check in that cooking fish in the apartment was prohibited, we cooked on the grill. Easy solution! We would absolutely stay here again.
