Located in Atlantic Beach, this lovely condo for $331 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our Atlantic Beach Retreat has just undergone a complete renovation, including new flooring throughout, new custom cabinetry and countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms, the addition of a 3rd bedroom, new mattresses, a fresh coat of paint, expansion of the primary bathroom and new furniture in places. We look forward to you staying in our “new” condo! Our oceanfront condo is perfect for a couple or small family looking to get away at a home away from home. During the Spring and Summer months, we rent from Sunday-Sunday. During the off season months, we are open to renting this condo for a minimum of two nights and also by the month. This condo includes a primary bedroom with a king sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two twins. The primary bedroom has a double vanity sink it its bathroom and a beautiful view of the ocean. Our unit also includes an open concept layout featuring a living room, dining room, and a kitchen fully stocked with all of your essentials. The best part: a patio overlooking the beach and ocean! In addition to this space, the property has a lot to offer, including: a large, open field for sports, playground, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball goal, gas and charcoal grills, sauna, hot tub, fitness center, elevators throughout the building, and a wheelchair accessible beach access. Whether you are looking to come to the beach for a peaceful getaway or an action-packed, fun vacation this is the place for you! Neighboring cities, Beaufort and Morehead City, have a lot to offer- from well known local restaurants, museums and aquariums, to water sports and activities, to site seeing. Enjoy time away with your family while making memories!

The owner of this property is the most proactive and personal communicator I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. The condo was clean, comfortable, and modern. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The beach was a short walk. It was clean and not at all crowded. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome stay - the condo is clean, modern, well stocked, and in a beautiful location with easy access to the beach. Kathleen was super responsive and always willing to help. There was a little more setup/cleanup than expected (making the beds upon arrival, running and emptying dishwasher before checkout, washing/drying used beach towels), but the check-in and check-out process was otherwise seamless. Highly recommend!

A great rental right next to the beach. Our family was very comfortable here and we had easy communication with the owner. My only note is that Atlantic Beach is very windy. Don't bring a tent, it won't stand. We'd love to come back some time!

This apartment was located in the perfect corner of the condo. The room has a beautiful view from living room and master suite. Everything was well kept with nice updates. The amenities were perfect! It was everything we could have hoped for and more! The beds were so comfortable we all slept great all week. The owner/manager communicated with us and ensured all of our needs, questions, and concerns were addressed and quickly. Truly grateful for all of her hospitality.

The unit was exactly what we needed! Our only complaint was that the walk to the beach was a little longer than we would have liked, but with the dunes being so wide (and necessary for protection), it was understandable. The owner was super easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The shower heads may need to be replaced soon (or soaked with vinegar just to clear some hard water build up). There was plenty of furniture to sit on and I loved that the kitchen chairs had plastic on them (so the kids could come up for lunch, eat and go back to the pool without having to change clothes or worry about damaging furniture). Overall, a great place to stay!

My wife and I loved our time in Atlantic Beach. The place was perfect for us and was even hold our children too if needed. The location was convenient, and the owner was amazing the whole time. Great communication and listing. We'll definitely try and stay here if we are back in Atlantic Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had great communication with the owners and we provided everything we need. The property was clean including the landscaping, outdoor pool, and walk overs to the beach. We would definitely stay again. One small thing that would be great is kid cups and plates, so we didn't have to worry about glass.

What a lovely place! We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo and highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed and then some! A wonderful view of the dunes and the ocean made it even more special. The Atlantic Beach area has so much to offer, we have to go back!

The condo was amazing, Very clean and nicer than the pics show. Sitting on the balcony and listing to the waves in the morning was wonderful. The owner is very nice and checks to see if you need anything during your stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in Atlantic Beach I would suggest staying at Sands Villa unit 214.

The condo was just perfect, very nice and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner was incredible at communicating. Super clean, outstanding ocean views and flora and fauna watching in the dune scape right off the balcony. Speedy elevators up from covered parking areas, great for bringing in groceries and luggage in the rain. Very convenient location to stores, restaurants and attractions. If you are pulling a boat trailer, there is parking for trailers in the lot. There was literally nothing that I wished was different about this place, it was perfect. Enjoy your stay!

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door!! Condo was so much nicer in person than pictures showed. Gorgeous view from the entire condo of the water, which was our #1 priority! House was modern, clean and cute and very open. Lots of space! Loved the fact, too, that there was a washer and dry er right in the unit. Pools were beautiful, grounds too, and the walk to the beautiful beach was easy and just awesome! Was a great experience all the way around, and we would all highly recommend!

This was an amazing getaway from start to finish. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the water! The kitchen was well equipped for the fresh fish and shrimp we cooked. Kathleen went above and beyond to be a gracious host. We felt at home and hope to be able to get back there sometime!!

The condo was great and was exactly how it was described. It was the perfect size for a family of four with all the amenities needed. The beach was wonderful as was the pool. Kathleen was a great host who responded quickly and sent more than enough suggestions of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
