This stylish refurbished townhouse features ducted air conditioning, private spa, Bose surround sound, Platinum Foxtel, and North-Easterly courtyard complete with gas BBQ to keep everyone relaxed and entertained. Terrigal Beach Spa & Retreat is close to cafes, shopping and the water, yet far removed from the noise. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, walk-in robe, balcony and en suite with a shower. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, while bedroom 3 contains a tri-bunk. - Living space contains a plasma TV, DVD/CD player, Platinum Foxtel, Bose surround sound; WiFi - Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas cook top, fridge + ice maker, microwave; dining seats 8 - Courtyard features a private spa, sun lounges, gas BBQ, sun umbrella, outdoor setting for 8 - Ducted air conditioning throughout; ceiling fans; single lock up garage. - 300 metres to Terrigal beach; 7 minute walk to Terrigal Esplanade; 15 minute drive to Erina Fair - Main bathroom with spa bath tub, shower, toilet; laundry contains a washer and toilet LINEN: Linen is not included at this property. BYO sheets, pillowslips & bathroom linen. However, there is a local linen hire shop in Terrigal. SECURITY BOND: A security bond of $600 is required for this this property is $600. Bond is returned once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages. Before Enquiring Please Know: OUR LOVELY HOLIDAY HOME IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Bookings are NOT accepted from schoolies, OR teenagers, OR groups of young men OR where the youngest guest is under 27 years (UNLESS as part of a booking by a family group, a couple or multiple couples). Visitors or "drop-ins" are NOT permitted at any time during a stay. The townhouse is NOT available for functions or gatherings including hens or bucks celebrations. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply and the Security Bond will be automatically forfeited.

Amazing weekend at this beautiful location. The girls and I loved how quiet it was, the house was perfect with everything we needed. We also loved that it was walking distance to Terrigal and the local pub. Would highly recommend anyone staying here.

We loved this place. It was spacious, especially for the two of us, but would comfortably fit a family of 6. The kitchen had all the mod cons incl. big fridge/freezer and pantry. Free Netflix and 2 big leather lounges to relax on. There is a spa bath in the bathroom plus a big, warm outside jacuzzi that was very relaxing for two (but could easily fit 6). The walk to Terrigal beach and shops/ restaurants was about ten minutes so very convenient location in quiet street. Parking in driveway right near front door. Good air-cond. The only thing we needed to bring was our own sheets & towels incl. bathroom floor mats & facewashers. Owner gave us flexibility with check in and out time. We would be happy to go there again soon.

Great place & location very happy with the property, well equipped so much of everything, nice jac bath & outdoor spa. Went above & beyond to accomodate our family needs of 4 adults & 2 kids spacious. We really appreciated having everything what we needed for family lovely stay, beach & local shops 10/10

What an amazing weekend away we had in this A+ property. The owner has generously provided so many extras that one does not usually receive in a self-catered property. It is a beautiful, spacious townhouse and a super-quick walk into Terrigal to enjoy the beach and cafes. The unseasonally hot weather meant that we did not get the chance to use the outdoor spa or BBQ so ... we will definitely return.

Easy book in and was a wonderful place for us to stay in Terrigal for a sporting event. clean place nice area and BBQ and jacuzzi work well after a long day at sport. Hosts were easily contactable and very informative and easy to work with

Paul’s townhouse is conveniently located near the centre of Terrigal: shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. Paul was easy to communicate with and very helpful in helping us organise our activities. The townhouse is super clean and comfortable.

Great position for myself and two teenage girls to stay. Downstairs and kitchen facilities fabulous - entertaining would be a breeze, very well equipt kitchen! Bathrooms were good & shower pressure in ensuite great (although bring a floor mat) Carpet upstairs does need replacing and a coat of pain would make a real difference. Would highly recomend
