Located in Fripp Island, this lovely condo for $562 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC! Centrally located, with amazing views, and an easy 2–3-minute walk to Fripp's wonderful 3 miles of beach. Our published rates include wi-fi, linens, 2 amenity cards, a golf cart, and cleaning at checkout. Everything you should need for a great Fripp visit! You can get up to 2 additional cards if needed. If you don't need any cards, then let us know and we can provide an updated quote with substantial savings. Most people do purchase amenity cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are several good restaurants nearby off-island. Our rates are based on a basic 2-night stay or a discounted weekly stay. If you are looking to stay more than 2 nights but less than 7, please ask us for a special quote. We can consider a pet with a non-refundable pet fee. $75/weekend and $150/weekly. Be sure and view our photos to see just what you are getting with your reservation. This is our 25th year of making 165 Beach Club Villa available for a great Fripp Island experience. Any questions? Description There's lots to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience. The main living area provides great marsh and canal views, comfortable seating, and a 39” Vizio smart TV with soundbar. Enjoy a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes. TV in each bedroom as well as access to almost unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available in the unit or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-quiet and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and utensils. There is a small office area just across the street where you picked up your amenity cards. There are a couple of computers and a printer. We will do our best to see that your visit is a great one! Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed when we got there. Good view of the marsh from the screened in porch. Golf cart and amenity cards available really added to the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!

Steve was very prompt in his communication with us. They are in the process of preparing the parking lot to be repaved. Steve prepared us for that prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before in a different unit. Steve's was much more fresh and updated than the other unit we stayed in. Fripp Island has become a favorite destination for our family.

Steve was very communicative and gave us all kinda of info about the island and everything around and kept in touch on the day of our arrival. The condo was very clean and nice and taken care of and the kitchen had everything you could need or want and in a good location to everything. The screened in back porch was a plus and we used it just about everyday. The beds and couches where very comfortable. And the bathrooms where very clean. We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo for the week. The location is an easy walk to the beach when you are carrying everything, or an even quicker walk when it's just coffee or wine! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The furniture is very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and plenty of dishes. The screened deck was great - we sat out there every morning and evening almost. There is a back staircase off the deck leading to the grill and dock, making it easy to access. Met a couple of neighbors who were owners and everyone is super friendly at Fripp. Communication with Steve & Millie was great - they sent us all the info we needed and the resort calendar even. We will definitely stay there again!

The condo is perfect for my family of three to stay for our week long vacation to Fripp Island. The kitchen is well equipped, bedding is comfortable and cozy, living area is set up nicely for an evening in with NetFlix and a Google speaker for listening to music. We loved it!

Just before our arrival, the owner wrote to tell us that the electronic lock on the door was malfunctioning so the unit could not be entered by typing in a keycode, but that there was a separate lockbox with keys. When we arrived, the lockbox was also broken so we were stranded outside the unit with our groceries, including ice cream and other frozen groceries, for an hour while he had a cleaner some use her spare key to access the property. Half of our groceries melted and had to be thrown in the trash. Without a lockbox or electronic lock working, we had to keep our key with us at all times because the door would lock behind us when we left. This unfortunately led to us getting locked out for 5 hours one evening when our key was lost swimming, and the owner charged us $50 for getting locked out even though a working lockbox or electronic lock (which the unit was supposed to have) would have prevented the situation. I offered to cover half the cost since losing a key was partially our fault too, but he never responded and simply submitted a charge for "damages". Disappointed that he was unwilling to have any conversation or acknowledge that his malfunctioning locks contributed to the situation. The money isn't the issue, the lack of communication was a problem.

We just got back from a week in this condo on Fripp Island in South Carolina. We had an absolutely fabulous vacation. The condo was just right for the four of us -- me, my husband, and our two adult daughters. The condo was very clean, and had terrific features, like up to date technology, 3 TVs, an amazing view out of the back, a Keurig, a dishwasher, a washer and drier, and more. It was very conveniently located on the island. Fripp Island is truly gorgeous, with lots of amenities -- 5 pools, delicious restaurants, and a beautiful beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart -- what a fun way to get around the island! I can't say enough about how much we loved our vacation, and Steve was a terrific host. He was very responsive in answering questions and providing information about the island and the area, and checked in with us leading up to our departure to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

CLEAN!! Beautiful!! Safe!!! I traveled alone and felt very comfortable and secure. This condo was so welcoming! My favorite spot was the balcony with the rocking chairs. Sunsets are beautiful from this vantage point. Short walk to the resort amenities and beach. The hosts were very helpful throughout my stay and available. Felt I had made a very special connection with the hosts. Will be returning!!

We’ve just returned from our stay at Fripp and can’t wait to return! The condo was as described and convenient to everything on the island. Steve and Millie were very helpful. The condo is well furnished and it’s clear it’s not just a rental. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We were unsure if we needed the golf cart, but were so glad to have it and park the car for a week. I was also pleased by the adherence to masking at shops and restaurants. They also don’t joke about the wildlife, we saw deer and many dolphins as well! We also had our kids go to camp for a day and they loved it, and I appreciated the break! I’d suggest doing this early in the trip because they met several friends as well. They also walked next door to take Tennis lessons, and Daniel was awesome with them. I loved that the island had class, but it didn’t prevent people from being very friendly. Fripp is a new favorite vacation spot for us!

My husband and I rented this condo so we could attend a wedding on Fripp Island. The condo was very clean, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. We really appreciated being able to get to amenity cards for Fripp Island. The condo was within walking distance to the beach club. Plus the owners were very helpful and great to work with. If we get the opportunity to return to Fripp Island we will definitely stay here again!

All you need to enjoy a wonderful beach getaway. Walkable to food and the beach, the location is perfect. Inside was very clean when we arrived and I felt safe staying here. The little view from the balcony is a stunner! Only issue I had was that someone was having a lot of fun above me for a few nights late into the evening. Nothing that can be controlled though and I travel with ear plugs so it wasn't a problem for me! Condos come with neighbors. Steve was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions I had before arriving. I believe this was the easiest and most stress free vacation rental experience I've ever had.
