The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The check in and check out processes were super simple, parking lot space is provided. Lovely place to spend a vacation and not to worry about anything.

The property is located on a pleasant street on beautiful Key Biscayne. The beach is about a five minute walk. The apartment is small but charming and the VRBO description was accurate. Our host, Raul Blanco, was excellent and responsive.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in January. The location is terrific - a block from the beach. The building is well maintained. The apartment itself could use a bit of updating. In particular, the blinds in the apartment are all vertical slats. On the days when the temperature was pleasant and we didn't require air conditioning, we couldn't open the windows in the bedroom without the vertical blinds clanging in the wind. But on the whole, we spent a comfortable 2 weeks in Raul's apartment.

Raul responded to me very quickly when I had a question. It was very easy to walk to the beach. Nice restaurants are in walking distance.

Highly Recommend
Communication with host excellent. I arrived late and he left coffee, fruit and food for me. Greatly appreciated. Very comfortable with plenty of space for family of 3. Bathroom is a little dated but clean condo with all we needed. Plenty of towels. Sat on deck each morning for breakfast. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Nice pool. I would rent again for sure.

Raul greeted us upon arrival to point out all the amenities his top-floor, corner unit had to offer. We’ve stayed in other units in this building and continue to return because it is such a quite neighborhood and a great location.

Perfect location -relaxing, quiet stay!
We recently had a ten day stay here and found everything just as promised. I am a light sleeper, and found the apartment to be very quiet, with no sound transfer from other units. The location was excellent .....literally one minute walk to the beach! The neighbourhood seemed friendly and very safe for walking. Raul was very kind, responsive and available to answer our questions. We will certainly stay here again. Thanks, Raul!

It was a perfect apt for myself and 3 kids.
It was a perfect apt for myself and 3 kids. All Rooms were clean. Bed sheets clean. Felt safe. Simple decor. Had enough space to put bags etc. Detailed book at door to explain how everything worked. Only thing was toaster did not work. But owner called and was going to come fix it but I told him we were not even using it so do not worry.
I would stay there again.

Great location, comfortable apartment, excellent owner
My wife and two college age daughters stayed here for a Spring Break week. The owner personally met us at the apartment. It was still being cleaned at the time, but we were able to store our luggage and change for the beach. The complex is VERY quiet and most times, we were the only ones down at the pool. As stated in other reviews, there is a grocery and some shops close by, but if you are looking for t-shirt shops every other store, Key Biscayne is not the place. However, if you are looking for a relaxing time on the beach or by the pool, this is the right spot.

lovely apartment, quiet building, great location
My husband and I enjoyed a week in this beautiful apartment. It was sparkling clean and comfortable. We loved having access to washer and dryer on site. It is nicely decorated and has everything needed for a great get-away. The apartment is about a block from the beach, a few blocks from grocery store, shopping & restaurants. The elevator building is so quiet and clean. Our host treated us well and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Other residents in the building were also helpful to us. The location is excellent if you wish to go to downtown Miami, enjoy lovely beaches, play an excellent golf course and / or visit Fairchild Gardens. We will check back if we return to Key Biscayne as would love to stay in this apartment again.

Excellent condo in perfect location with wonderful owner
My family had one of the nicest experiences in this special property. We have rented many condos in lots of different locations, but have never been treated as well as in this condo. The owner was accommodating to our late arrival time, and even surprised us with fruit, cereal, sweets, coffee, and other groceries so that we would have something to eat in the morning. That has never happened to us before. It was an unforgettable gesture that set the tone for the rest of the vacation. The condo itself was pristine, comfortable, and just the right size for a family of four. We had everything that we needed. The photos and listing were accurate in terms of both the appearance and the amenities. The neighbors were quiet and respectful too. As for the location, the condo was perfectly situated: close to the beach, close to the park, and close to the shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance - and what a pleasant walk it is! I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and as soon as we know what our plans are for next year, I plan to contact the owner to see if we can rent it again.

I stayed at this attractive well located apartment this winter. The listing description was very accurate and the photos really reflect the way the apartment looks. The owner was always accessible, very kind and concerned, and always helpful to answer any questions. I would recommend this apartment to a friend or a relative, and I plan to return next year. The village is charming, I did not need or want a car, shopping is great, many restaurants, beach less than a five minute walk, and beach is for Key Biscayne residents only. Building and pool are always clean and well maintained. This is ideal for people who do not want to have to drive, seniors, families. Neighborhood quiet and well kept.

Best experience
This nice apartament is a as described, well maintained, clean and the location is withing walking distance of everything you might need, from groceries stores, restaurants, parks, beaches etc. But the best impression when you enter the property is the quality of the owner as a person. I for instance arrived very late at night with my family, after a long trip, everything was closed. I found the necessary groceries to statisfy immediate needs such as cereal, milk, fruits, orange juice etc. This detail, make you smile and set you up to start enjoying your vacation or whatever you are planning to do. Everything is in order, Wifi connection, complete kitchen, furniture etc. The owner calls you the next day gives you a visit, tells you about Key Biscayne, and is available for whatever you might need you, to make your stay the best possible. I will definitely rent again.

Key Biscayne Vacation & Graduation
The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The owner welcomed us with wine and fruit and we felt right at home. The pool was just like the picture and the beach was only a short walk away. The market and restaurants were all within walking distance. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation and attend our daughter's graduation from the University of Miami. The owner was most accomodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable week.

Perfect for our family getaway. Close to Miami and attractions, but away from it all. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of great restaurants in the village with very friendly service. Walk or bike to everything. We look forward to staying here again.

Delightful, immaculate, well-equipped condo exceeded our expectations.
We spent eighteen days in this paradise. Soft breeze, no bugs, quiet, upscale neighborhood, a short, short walk to one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world. The ocean was clear as a bell and the water was several beautiful shades of blue and green.
Shopping and restaurants were super convenient and Miami and the fabulous Sea Aqaurium were less thatn a half an hour away. Our gracious host greeted us with coffee, pastries, fresh fruit and cookies.

This Island gateway is what we look forward to every year
We have been vacationing in Key Biscayne and staying in this unit for a few years. When we arrive, the unit is spotless and there is welcoming basket of fruit and wine. Having the washer/dryer in the unit is a bonus and the open floor plan works great. The beach across the street and shops, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The unit is well stocked with linen and cookware so while we are here we want nothing but sunshine.

Our stay in this little beautiful apartment was very pleasant and enjoyable.
Not only for the place itself that is quiet, very well located and very well kept, but also for the kindness and responsiveness of our landlord who, since the first email, promptly answered all questions, gave us all information needed and kept in contact for the follow ups. He is definitely a special person and an added value to the property. We do recommend this option and also wish to go back soon.

Definitely a place to come back to
We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and we wish we had more time to spend there. From beginning to end the experience was great, the apartment so neat and clean the location, the short distance to the beach is just like a tropical island. We will come back and recommended to our friends. An A+ experience.

Wondeful place to stay
This two bedroom apartment is very clean, quite comfortable and only one block away from a private beach that the renter has rights to. You can walk this beach for miles in either direction. You are close enough to South Beach to check it out and yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet.
The Village of Key Biscayne is on a car accessable island close to downtown Miami, South Beach and the University of Miami.
Raul, the owner of the apartment, could not have been a better host. We arrived late to a welcome note, water, some snacks and coffee for the morning. Raul answered all questions we had and offered some suggestions on restaurants in the area. I will absolutely book my vacation time with Raul whenever possible.
