We have stepped up our always of the highest quality cleaning standards (see reviews) and added to our kitchen supplies to ensure that you find anything you need for cooking. Great cookware, serving pieces, Crock-Pot - even cookbooks - will add to your relaxing time away from home. Enjoy the beach, the great view, books, games, and movies. Smart TVs (3) have been installed, so Netflix, etc. can be an option. Great Wi-Fi. Come and enjoy this well decorated, oceanfront, large, fully stocked, and ultra-clean condo in uncrowded and family-friendly Windy Hill. Make it your tradition to enjoy the direct ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, dining area, kitchen, and large covered balcony with plenty of seating. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms with hairdryers, sheets/towels, TVs, and DVD players and are comfortable and private. The kids will love the game system in the twin bedroom. Everyone will appreciate the stocked beach closet, movies, books, games, wireless internet, phone, and all the extras that we have added. You will find the kitchen to be delightful - bring your K-Cups but leave spices, coffee filters, and starter paper products at home. We have ample parking - covered and outdoor, a securely locked lobby, and since we are a mid-rise building - easy access to the carts and elevators. Oceanfront pool - wonderful beach with a lifeguard on duty. Water sports are also available just down the beach. Beach Club 1 is close to everything but away from the crowds and central to many golf courses and much entertainment. We want your vacation to be easy, special for all ages, and memorable. I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30+ years. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this wonderful condo or Heather. Her home is beautifully decorated. Most importantly very CLEAN! Anything you could imagine needing is there. The balcony and view sealed it for me. Having a lounger and table and chairs allowed us to spend most our time enjoying the beautiful views and soaking up the sun. Best location as well. Close to everything. Quiet. Convenient parking. Easy check in and check out. Heather and I communicated several times prior to our stay. She was very quick to respond. She wants your stay to be the best and she delivers! We loved it so much we stayed an extra 2 days. This will be my go to for as long as possible. Just PERFECT! Thank you Heather!

We have been going to the Myrtle Beach/North Myrtle Beach area for about 10 years now and this was our first vacation at this condo. We were so impressed with how clean this property was and the views were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make it feel like home and the elevator was quick too. I look forward to next year's vacation, our family had a great time.

3 bedrook condo oceanfront jn great NMB location. Kitchen adequately stocked. Safe and clesn. Property is maintained well and includes pool, walkway to beach and 2 elevators. Closet full of books and games. Some beach gear onsite and free to use with your stay.
Porch was great but size of furniture on the porch was a little big and made it feel crowded.
Kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates and cups. Baking pans, seafood cracker and mallets and tupperware were missing.
Overall great spot! I would rent again!!!!

This condo was amazing. It was so clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well.stocked, including the crockpot, which made dinner prep so easy. Heather was so prompt answering my questions. We definently will stay there again. Perfect location and size for our needs.

We loved absolutely everything about the condo! It was so comfortable and clean and definitely the best stocked condo we've ever stayed in also the view from the balcony was gorgeous! Highly recommend this gem!

(Late May/Early June 2023)
My family and I had a wonderful time here. There is an entire closet of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. There were also board games and puzzles that my 4 year old could play as well as my senior parents. There was plenty of parking available for our two vehicles and the beach itself was not very crowded-which was nice. The rooms were clean and communication was above and beyond! Everything felt safe, quiet, and friendly. It's on the eighth floor-about 5 steps off the elevator. I thought it might get noisy being by the elevator, but the building itself was surprisibgly very quiet. There were baggage trolleys available to help bring up luggage and groceries as easily as possible. At every turn, they had thought ahead and provided all the essentials and some extras. It made for a very relaxing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great with comfortable furniture and easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need and there were plenty of games and beach furniture available. Heather made the whole process simple and she was easy to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Our family enjoyed staying at Heather's condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed. The oceanfront view was spectacular. We saw and listened to the surf, saw dolphins and pelicans, and spent quality time shelling on the shore and in the surf. We hope to return next year. Terrific hosts prompt response to all inquiries.

This property was just as listed. Clean, great layout with 3 Bed-3 Bath for everyone to be comfortable. Primary Bedroom was in the back of the unit and it was peaceful to sleep listening to the waves.
Owner was great to deal with and made check in and check out a breeze. Parking was convenient and building was safe. Plan to visit again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We are foster parents and for some of our kiddos it was their first time at the beach; to say this place hit it out of the park is an understatement. Lots for the kids to do, beach steps away, a nice pool with a grill, etc. Heather was also a great host and super responsive!

This was our best VRBO rental yet. It was furnished with absolutely everything we needed and then some. Heather was a joy to work with and so accommodating. The location, the amenities everything was perfect right down to have shopping carts available to move your groceries from your car to you unit. The property was everything we wanted and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were great. The location was ideal. It was so nice to be steps away from the beach and have the beach chair rental so close. Heather was easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent beach vacation!
This property was exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent with the host. Checking in and out was seamless. The property was beautiful, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. and the view. We would love to stay here again in the future, if the opportunity arises.

It was a beautiful property! We did a lot of cooking because of young kids. The kitchen was fully equipped. Absolutely loved the large balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. We had 7 people and were quite comfortable. The Master was lovely and jacuzzi tub delightful! We had a great family vacation! It wasn’t too crowded staying at a 9 story complex. We enjoyed the pool a lot also. The carts and grocery carts were so helpful. I will definitely come back.

Condo is awesome. We arrived got in right away. Never had a problem with a parking spot. Never had to wait for an elevator. Condo is stocked with kitchen essentials and lots of games, books, beach toys. We rented 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for the week. They were always set up and ready for us early in the morning. So much easier than setting up ourself. Enjoyed our time and will definitely rent this place again!

The beach was just steps away, chairs and boogie boards available in the condo. The condo was clean and well stocked. We are a family of 5, with three teenage girls and there was lots of space and bathrooms for everyone! Loved going over to barefoot landing for shopping and drinks…we even walked over once with a stop for ice cream in the middle…about 1.5 miles. I loved nacho hippo, it was a long wait so went mini golfing after putting in our name in, but the price was great and food was good…live music. No negatives about this place at all, it was perfection. Thank you for a great time!

A nice place to stay!
We had a great time with family. A safe area to stay at. There was plenty of room for all of us. The closet with beach chairs and sand toys was convenient. I would suggest light blocking curtains in the master bedroom. The owner was great with correspondence!
