παλιό διόροφο παραδοσιακό σπίτι

Ωραίο αρχοντικό που σε γυρίζει πολλά χρόνια πίσω. Προσεγμένη διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι και στους δυο ορόφους. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 9 άτομα αφού έχει 5 υπνοδωμάτια. Αρνητικό που συνηθίζεται είναι ότι εχει εξωτερική σκάλα για να ανέβεις στον επάνω οροφο. Όλα τα λεφτά η αυλή του και η θέα του και από μέσα αλλά και από το μπαλκόνι.

Αρνητικό που πρέπει να το γνωρίζεται είναι ότι εχει αρκετά σκαλιά για να φτάσεις στο σπίτι και για ηλικιωμένους ή για κάποιους που έχουν κινητικά προβλήματα είναι πολύ σημαντικό θέμα.και βέβαια οι βαλίτσες είναι θέμα.

We have enjoyed a lot, the house is simply lovely.

Everything simply perfect. Nothing really to say, except we enjoyed a lot and we would like to be back whenever possible. Surely a booking you won't regret, but love! And we had no opportunity to use the terrace, surely amazing during hotter seasons!

Nothing! Just a note in case you have mobility issues. You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the flat, but definitely not a problem attributable to the flat.

Charme in Nauplio

A really beautiful house in the center of the town with a gorgeous view on the gulf of Nauplio. The house is really spacious and full of charme. We really enjoyed the garden at the sunset!

Exceptional

Perfect location in the very center of old town. Old house with a charming garden. Quiet street. Well equipped kitchen with all needed appliances. Perfect view from the terraces.

I would comeback for sure.

The best place to get real experience of Naphlio. Including waking the stairs, which might look hard, but it pays by the view on the town. Sygtagma square and the old town are just below with numerous place to dine. There is no way to park near the house, but we were able to find the place near the lift to Naflia Palace. Anyway you are going to get detailed instructions about parking options from the owner, which was very helpful.

Tangerines in the garden were not sweet yet. So nothing in reality.

Relaxing trip

Very good location, 2' walk from stores, cafes & restaurants. The yard was a nice extra for our morning coffee under the trees! Recommended especially for families with small children, a lot of space (& toys) for them to explore! The dining room/kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped. The bedrooms were also nice & cozy and the beds quite comfortable.

The main house connected with the bedrooms only by external stairs, overall a detail though.

Family of 5 trip to old town Napflio

This is a fantastic house with lovely shaded outside area. Wi-Fi and Ac are both good. We had drinks outside watching the local cats catch Cicadas. The views from the house were really nice down to the old town, which was really close for bars and food. The hosts were really friendly and responsive so this was a perfect stay.

Access was a bit awkward with luggage but we got used getting to and fro from the free main port car park

Roomy and comfortable with a shady private courtyard. We really appreciated the air conditioning in two of the bedrooms!

the perfect stay for your visit to Nafplio

we stayed with our family in the house with our 2 and 4y old kids. the kids loved the house because of all the toys. one big playground. we loved the sunny terrace with a nice view over nafplio and the lovely garden with citrus trees. the house is perfect situated in nafplio

the beds are a little bit to hard for us

Superb

Homely, individual and elegant old house. Spacious and well equipped for cooking. A little bit bohemian, great location. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

For guests staying longer maybe offer a cleaning service during the stay.

Great Stay

Great house right in Napflio. Comfortable and spacious with good views and an enclosed shaded patio. The ground level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second level has a separate entrance with five bedrooms, a bathroom and balconies. Two of the the bedrooms on the second level have a/c's and there is an a/c in the hallway. The location is within walking distance of the town and town sights and we parked at the port parking lot which is about a 7-10 minute walk. Great for our family of six people.

Lovely host, characterful house and location

Excellent location, decor and comfort. Loads of towels. Lovely downstairs shower. Good kitchen facilities

The outside light didn't work and a couple of the kitchen appliances didn't work but these were not essential.
