About this condo rental
Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this charming condo for $347 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This condo has been newly renovated throughout. All new tile floors, new tiled bathrooms-one with a walk in-shower, and new doors and trim to update this condo. It has all of the furnishings, from beds to furniture, from pots and pans, to linens to make your stay amazing. The living room features top quality leather sofa and loveseat with travertine coffee and end tables. The 50- inch flat screen HDTV features upgraded cable service that highlights this phenomenal picture. Relax in the side chair as you peruse the many books and magazines waiting to be read. The master bedroom features a new, high quality king sized bed and linens, as well as, white wood dresser and nightstands. Relax on your private balcony as you take in the spectacular ocean view and listen to the surf! To cap it off, there is a newly updated, tiled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed of the same high quality, along with the white wood dresser and nightstand. The guest bathroom is right outside the door and has been completely updated, as well. The kitchen features granite countertops and wood cabinets and is fully equipped with all appliances, i.e., electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and garbage disposal. All small appliances-(blender, toaster oven, toaster, hand mixer, Keurig and programmable coffeemaker), dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glassware and plasticware are provided. The condo is fully air conditioned, too! Relax on one of the many lounge chairs at your private, sandy, oceanfront beach which is raked daily! Sit under a palm tree and read your favorite book. Grill your fresh catch on one of the gas grills provided and dine under the spacious tiki hut. Or, just grab your morning cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise from your master bedroom balcony or the beautiful private beach! For your enjoyment there is a large heated pool which also features comfortable lounges, tables, umbrellas,and chairs. In between swims, play a game or two of shuffleboard on the court adjacent to the pool or enjoy a game of corn hole. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, along with pool and beach toys, are also provided for your use! If you choose to dine out, Key Colony Beach offers many great restaurants within walking distance. Whether you want to enjoy a cocktail on the beach, a casual dinner, or a more traditional-style dinner, Key Colony Beach has the place for you! For the times you wish to venture further away, there are numerous top-rated restaurants within minutes of the condo. Don't miss the breathtaking sunsets at Sunset Park just a few steps away from the condo. If you are lucky enough, you may be visiting when there is entertainment in the park on Sunday evenings, and if you are really lucky, there may be an impromptu sing-a-long, Key Colony Beach style. Key Colony Beach also has a Public Par 3 Golf Course, tennis and pickle ball courts, children’s playgrounds, as well as, walking paths throughout the community. Take the time to visit the local attractions such as the Dolphin Research Center where you can swim with the dolphins, or the Turtle Hospital where you can learn firsthand how these endangered animals are being saved. Other noteworthy attractions close by are Aquarium Encounters, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key or walk the Old 7 Mile Bridge. If you are really adventurous, take an hour long drive to Key West and stroll down Duval Street or join in the Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square. There are many places to rent bikes, kayaks, and even boats nearby. There are many fishing charters available along with other companies willing to take you on other water adventures such as sand bar visits and snorkeling trips. We had a great time staying here. The condo has everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out the beach was perfect and raked daily. Sone much to do in close proximity to the condo weather to boat,eat , shop, snorkel and even a gym. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to marathon. Never rented a condo before but as the kids got older they needed space. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living area. The pool is immaculate and the beach is cleaned daily. The sea has lots of sea-life and us ideal for snorkelling. The location us perfect for going up and down the keys. There are also walkable bars and restaurants which means you don’t have to drive everywhere. The hosts are excellent at their communications and this really is a peaceful haven right in the centre of the Keys.

We stayed in this property with our children. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and was in a great location (ocean view and right at the pool). Our communication with the owners was responded to immediately. This is perhaps the best rental in which we have ever stayed. The Florida Keys are so beautiful and Key Colony Beach is second to none. A really safe and quiet, family friendly town and location. We would definitely return to this property.

I cannot say it enough!!! Thank you Donna & Ed!! You nailed it all! Great location, extremely safe, peaceful, clean, spacious, incredible views from balcony to the beach and Sunrise! Everything is there to cook at home, you need nothing but the food! Just pack your personal belongings and your toiletries. They have bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, extra fans if ceiling fans aren’t enough or even a heater! Donna is on top of every message and gives suggestions to where to go and visit!!! Sunset Park is a must visit every evening unless you’re else where because you don’t want to miss sunrise or sunsets while you’re here!!! Thank you again for welcoming us into your home, I felt like I live here and you read my mind as what I needed in a rental and executed it before I got here!!! I will definitely comeback and haven’t stopped talking or recommending the house to all I know!! Donna & Ed you are the BEST!!!! Thank you!! Loved the upgrades and everything looks new and fresh!!!

Lovely, well stocked, roomy condo with a sandy beach and refreshing pool close to lots of fun. We LOVED our vacation home away from home had a great time snorkeling, fishing, swimming, and exploring and this condo made it all the more comfortable and convenient. Lovely vacation!
We enjoyed our stay in KCB and would love to come back. The condo and grounds were so well kept, we couldn't have asked for more. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. We had never been to the "Keys". The location was perfect for visiting Key West and other towns, but coming back for a relaxed time at the condo. Plenty of activities right in the town. Visited the turtle hospital, took a sunset cruise, went to Bahia Honda State Park and Curry Hammock. Took a trip over to Key West and right next door to the condo is Sunset Park. MIssing KCB already!

Dated but ok
Have stayed at Sea Isle many times and this unit was a little dated. There was a nasty smell and we still haven’t figured out where it was coming from. It cost a little more money than the others we’ve rented so expected it to be better but not the case at all. It served the purpose. It’s okay if no other units are available, seemed well equipped.

Beautiful spot.
This condo was the perfect size and location for our family of four. It is much larger than it seemed via online photos. We loved having quick access to both the ocean and the pool. If there is one negative thing about this stay...it’s that the pay laundry is not in unit, but a short onsite walk. The condo is clean as are the grounds. We are long term returning vacationers to Key Colony/Marathon for about 11 years and absolutely love it there. Our boys 13 & 15 have never once complained about going here, but they also love to fish, golf, swim and love all the abundant tropical critters. Thank you for sharing your little bit of paradise with our grateful family.

Best Vaca
We stayed there with our 14 an 16 year old kids and my husband and I. Perfect size condo, very clean and well equipped. Owners are super nice and great to work with. Location is perfect and beach was nice. Views are AMAZING and we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property, nothing bad to say!

Amazing getaway
this condo is everything you would want! It is very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, cooler! The location is just a very short walk to the beach and the pool as well. We have two small kids so having a short walk is a must and this was fantastic. A beautiful well maintained private beach, was perfect for my children to play. The birds were very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. We will definitely be booking here again!
