Nestled in Nuevo Vallarta, this lovely condo for $166 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Escape To Paradise!!! Stay in one of Puerto Vallarta’s Newest and most upscale resort areas. Nuevo Vallarta is approximately fifteen minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta, International Airport. Have your taxi driver take you from the airport to the Paradise Village next to Paradise Village mall, you will find Gran Marina Villas. It takes a 20 minute taxi ride to old town PV. Our beautiful one bedroom condo (approximately 1100 square feet) is situated within the Paradise Village Resort area, in a gated residential community (Grand Marina Villas) looking the Marina. The condo is in one of the best located because of the lots of amenities and activities that surround it. Here you are just a couple minutes walk from incredible beaches, great shopping at Paradise Village’s two-story air-conditioned shopping mall including McDonald's, Subway and Dominos, for the kids, there is also a grocery store. Within the area there are numerous wonderful restaurants located nearby -- within 5-10 minutes away! There is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere on the grounds of this huge five-star resort. The entire complex is a secure gated community which has 24 hour Security service and also has medical doctors in an on-site clinic on duty 24 hours a day, every day. The condo’s LUXURY kitchen has brand new GRANITE STONE SURFACES AND BACKSPLASH along with BRAND NEW washtub and faucet. Also is fully equipped with ALL APPLIANCES NEEDED such as a full size stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and mixer. Our unit includes air conditioning, huge closets, electronic safe, two cable new LED TVs, Blue-Ray players and NETFLIX. Laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board; hairdryer; linens and towels all available. It has also a double sofa queen size bed for 2kids or an adult. Terrance I can warranty that is the most equipped at GMV with luxury furniture, marvel stone table dinning with chair for six if you want to have some guests and very comfortable sofas, plus beautiful and very different plants. Two shared pool one with hot tub and a large palapa with new Webber barbeque are available at the unit's location and is ideal for entertaining larger groups. Or you can take a 5 minute stroll to your own private beach club with air conditioned change rooms, steam bath, sauna, showers, lockers, and the finest beach in Nuevo Vallarta. Wireless Internet inside apartment available at no charge. I love the area, close to restaurants. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I. Very quiet and peaceful. My daughter who is 12 was very comfortable on the food out couch. Firm mattress in master bedroom but I was very comfortable. Lovely balcony with nice furniture. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool. Armando, Pablo and Hose were very kind and helpful at the gate. Checking in was a bit challenging because the gate and management had not been notified of my arrival. Eventually the owners of the unit were reached and everything went smoothly. I was unable to get internet in the unit itself. I spoke with the owners and they said that they were calling the internet provider to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue, whatever was causing it,was never resolved. I had to rely on cellular data for the entire stay. The owners were very nice and tried to be helpful. Nice people. I would definitely stay there again. I repeat that I love the area and was very happy with the unit. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay. Best, Martie

We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, the community area is beautiful and well kept. The condo was very clean, exactly as the photos. Very convenient location in Nuevo Vallarta within walking distance of Paradise Village Plaza and Joya Hospital.

Because of Problems between Administration & Owner we had no Social Membership Cards and could not Access any Parts of the Resort or the Beach for the first 4 Days. Otherwise we had a nice Stay

We stayed for eleven weeks through January and March. Initially Luis was very helpful, and bought what we needed to enjoy our stay. That changed however when there were any problems that needed to be addressed. Internet was one thing, and then the day we were supposed to leave, the safe malfunctioned and we couldn’t open it to retrieve our valuables, passports included. If this had been addressed when we contacted Luis, we would have made our flights. However it was left too late and we had to stay another night, and pay a penalty for flights to return the next day which wasn’t cheap. The condo itself is very nice, but really only good for two people. A very comfortable bed, and the rest of the furniture was getting a bit tired, the patio furniture on the other hand is beautiful. There is a room right outside the door for garbage, recycling etc, and this can be quite noisy at times. I can’t say enough about Grand Marina Villas, it is absolutely stunning! The grounds are beautiful, and the two pools are excellent. The security is top notch, and the two main guards on the front gate go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Loved it. It was every thing the owner,Luis Fernando, said it was. Well situated close to all the amenities, well decorated , quiet and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hope to be returning. And Nuevo Vallarta is a wonderful place to holiday.

I spent an incredible week at Grand Marina Villas. I was impressed by the location, amenities, an overall cleanliness of the condo. I was treated like a valued guest, and when I arrived I found the fridge stocked with drinks and a message that I was to help myself. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. The in-suite laundry was definitely a plus! The facilities are great as well, with two nice pools and a hot tub. A quick trip out to the golf course enabled me to get a temporary social club membership with full access to state-of-the art athletic facilities (and beach club!). I would highly recommend this rental!
