Great property, not so decent condo.

The property where this unit is located is beautiful and looked well cared for. It was adjacent to two golf courses where we played at and was in a good location overall. Also, had a very nice pool.

The cleaning......they did a very poor job cleaning prior to our arrival. Carpets dirty, some unknown fluid on the walls, hairs in the shower, someone's panties in the dryer, very dusty. The unit was in very bad need of a facelift.... painting, new flooring, new bed, dining table. The only good thing to say is I did not see any bugs inside the unit.

This was a great place to stay for a honeymoon.

I liked that the property had just about everything we needed and the host provided multiple things for us from toilet paper and paper towels to dish detergent and laundry detergent as well as a cozy layout for the home, the only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was firm and I personally sleep better on a softer bed but my fiancé slept great on the bed so definitely not bad, would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the beach. Very close by to everything important.

The only thing is my personal preference for a softer bed, it was firm but not hard and my fiancé slept great on it so no complaints.

Very good

Property was nice and conveniently easy access to stores, attractions and pretty much anything needed.

Wish I had known there was no elevator as I have a bad knee so getting to the 3rd floor was a struggle daily. Also saw throw up on the 1st floor the first day we arrived and it was never cleaned! We left a week later and still the same mess outside.

Very good

I like the location, the quietness. I liked how the placed looked honestly. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and we're were comfortable.

Everything seem good but the cleaning could've been done a lot better. It was juice stains on the kitchen counter we had to clean and disinfect ourselves. The table and chairs were dusty. And I wish he had better pillows. The walls need to be cleaned or new fresh paint.

Upon arrival the place looks nice. We get in and the carpet is stained, there is literally about 4 inches of dust caked up on the ceiling fan hanging above our faces in the bedroom, I complained Bc I’m confused as to why I’m paying $88 in cleaning fees if that’s the case.. I was told the last 2 days someone would be out to clean it, I’d be contacted directly by someone and I’d get $25 in cleaning fees back bc of it. Never once did someone call me I kept getting a response back through this app when I’d complain again. There were only 3 pool bracelets and the moment we got outside to the pool we were confronted about not having enough I stated we contacted them about not having enough they let it slide that time but said we’d have to have more to come back, we are checking out today and still not enough bracelets! Also, the first time the toilet was used it basically just slid off, my husband attempted to tighten it but it did no good, this was also suppose to be fixed after the first night and nothing, ever. No one showed up the whole time and I was never contacted except for by message on this app when I’d ask anything and I’d basically get an “I’m sorry and someone will contact you, and be there to fix it”

Not recommended

Complex had a pool. One day it was closed so luckily there was more than one to choose from.

Didn't feel or look clean. Hair in the bed and in bathroom. Floors in bathroom dirty. Carpets stained chips and crumbs under couch and on floor. Bed so small and uncomfortable. Some dishes dirty in kitchen. Needed a spatula and there wasn't one. Coffee filters and dish soap would have been nice to have. Beach supplies in closet full of sand and dirty. Feels like housekeeping doesn't do a lot deep cleaning. Stains on towels and only 2 face clothes and 2 towels were left for a 5 day stay. We had only 2 detergent pods to wash things so we had to be choosy about what we washed and when.
