長期滞在に適したアパートメントタイプの宿。

自炊出来る。無料の朝食付き。朝食が日替わりの卵料理付きのパン食で、飽きません。アパートメントタイプですが、言えばゴミ捨て、ベッドメイキング、タオルの交換をしてくれます。洗濯機・乾燥機は24時間使えます。

食器が重い。薄くて、丈夫で洗いやすい皿やボウルだと（コレールなど）、家事が楽になると思います。

また滞在したいと思える素敵な宿泊でした！

部屋がとても綺麗で、期待以上の滞在でした。朝食がとても美味しかった！子供達も毎日ラウンジで遊んでいた。ゲームの部屋は外遊び目的の親からするとテレビに噛りつくことになるので、不要かも(笑) 部屋にお風呂があれば完璧でしたが、近くに温泉があるのでそれも気にならず。もう一度必ず使いたい宿です。

ラウンジが夜は使えなくなってしまうので、使いたい人やグループは申請すれば使えるようにして欲しい。朝食があのクオリティなら、是非夕食の提供もやって欲しい。

We loved Wadano Gateway, we can't wait to come back.

Rooms are generous for Japan-standards, super clean and comfy. The staff were all amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful. The amenities were such a bonus – large lobby with games, separate games room, coin laundry and shuttle made the stay a breeze. Breakfast daily from the cafe was excellent.

When we stayed, the bar was not open and the cafe was not open for dinner. Not a huge disadvantage as the location is so central we could eat and drink elsewhere.

가성비 좋은 깨끗하고 편안한 숙소

시설이 너무깨끗하고 가성비가 좋았습니다 침대가 4개나 들어있는게 좋았고 현대식 인테리어도 맘에.들었으며 옷걸이가 많은것도 좋고 냉장고 전자렌지 등 편의시설이 다양해서 좋았습니다 넷플릭스도 제공되어 아이들이 좋아했어요 조식도 만족스러웠어요

주차장이 협소해서 늦게들어가면 길가에 세워야하는것이 아쉬웠습니다 난방을 하니 방이 건조해서 비염 및 카훈이 있는 남편이 좀 힘들어했어요 가습기가 있으면 좋을것 같습니다

Megamäßiger Aufenthalt und sollten wir wieder in Hakuba Urlaub machen, auf jeden Fall wieder Wadano

Die Chalets sind eine Wucht. Groß und geräumig und sind für ca. 8 Personen ausgelegt ... wir waren zu viert und hatten dadurch natürlich sehr viel Platz. Aber auch unabhängig davon echt klasse und jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen

Ein Reinigungsservice ist leider im Zimmerpreis nicht inklusive jedoch ist aber auch bei Abreise keine Reinigung notwendig

Delightful staff, warm & cozy and absolutely perfect for our ski trip.

Thomas was amazing, as were the driving staff. So great all around. They took us to an epic onsen and were so insightful on the area. Highly recommend!

The hot dog breakfast was kind of a surprise, but it's kind of a Japanese thing—just not my cup of tea. Would be cool to have maybe a buffet breakfast, but otherwise splendid.

AMAZING place with the BEST STAFF. 10/10 would recommend.

Practically everything! There are so many amazing things to say about this place, I'll just go in order: 1) They were VERY prompt and communicative over booking.com chat for my questions and requests for my sister who is on a wheelchair. 2) They have a free shuttle bus service for pickup from the train/bus station and a dropoff. AND for whenever you want to visit anywhere in Hakuba that's within a 10 min drive diameter. HOW COOL IS THAT?! An absolute highlight and USP of this place. 3) THE STAFF! Omg, the staff is some of the BEST I've ever seen in all of my stays around the world. In particular, their managers Thomas and Rena. I cannot emphasize how immensely helpful they both were throughout my stay there working around the clock to ensure we had the best time. Seriously, words cannot describe how great they were and I cannot thank them enough. 4) Thomas, who was coordinating with me over messages before my arrival; made whatever possible arrangements for my handicapped sister to ensure she had the smoothest time and I am incredibly thankful to him for that. Not only this, he personally took so much time and effort to make sure we got to do the activities we wanted and made all sorts of arrangements including arranging for ski rentals and inquiring with the resorts before we got there. Anyone from the Wadano team reading this, please make sure this guy is taken care of well. He truly is the crown jewel of our experience there. 5) The hotel itself is equipped with an awesome lounge area with a pool table, Foosball, board games and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Never had a dull time while I was there. 6) The rooms were wonderful and spacious. A perfect blend between modern hotel rooms on one side and a Japanese inn kinda feeling on the other. Overall, this was the best stay we had out of all of the places we visited in Japan.

The only things I'd say weren't great here were: 1) The breakfast menu. Not a proper buffet and the meals weren't that great to be honest. Although I think that's probably because we visited at a time when there were very few guests. 2) There's one central wifi in the hotel for everyone to use. The signal in the rooms therefore is quite weak. But that's all.

The Chalet itself was absolutely beautiful! Everything was spotless, special request were taken note of and actioned even before we arrive and the staff were extremely helpful

この度は宿をお貸し頂き大変ありがとうございます。　良かった点は3点あります。　1点目は、インテリアのセンスの良さです。机や椅子などが北欧風に統一されていた上に間接照明が効果的に空間を演出し、心安らかに過ごすことができました。　2点目は、2日目に提供して頂いた朝食です。バイキング形式のパンやシリアルだけでなく、気さくなシェフによるバター香るパンケーキで心もお腹も満たされた状態で1日の始まりを迎えることができました。　3点目は、夜空に燦々と煌めく満月です。おすすめの場所も教えていただき、夜の散歩も楽しめました。　最後にはなりますが、感謝の想いを下の一句で締めたいと思います。月笑う　夜の白馬に乗る我ら

Excellent location and facilities

Kids love the common area facilities. We love the complimentary bike rentals and we were able to explore the town. Location is excellent due to proximity to many restaurants. Staff were helpful with reservations and breakfast was excellent, made upon order. Room is very clean and well equipped! Highly recommended and we will definitely return if we visit Hakuba again!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay in a clean and well furnished apartment. We went with 4 adults and 1 child and there was more than enough space. Beyond the lodging, the staff were all also excellent. Top class service. The breakfast every morning was also delicious. I will definitely be back if I ever return to Hakuba.

Equipment a bit damaged (foosball table, which we enjoyed a lot). The second bedroom does not have air conditioning, which meant that we needed to open the windows for ventilation. In the summer, this meant quite a bit of bug bites.

Super spacious and modern interior design, very clean room with big windows! Bed was very big and comfy as well :)

Can’t rave enough about this place

We are so happy we chose to stay at Wadano Gateway, a stylish lodge with amazingly friendly and obliging staff. Big thanks to Rena, Atsushi, Tim and Mike for a wonderful stay. The suites are beautiful, clean, roomy and comfortable. Even the ensuite is large by Japanese standards. It was great to have a king bed, dining table for 4, full kitchenette with everything you need - microwave, toaster oven, good size small fridge, cleaning products and condiments like cooking oil. Not that you need to cook, they offer a great breakfast with a different daily gourmet hot food option – croque monsieur, French toast, egg benedict etc and the village has some excellent eating options for dinner only 5 to 10 mins walk or the lovely staff are only too happy to shuttle you there. Sadly both restaurants were closed during our 6 day stay late in the season. A large party was held on Saturday night but the staff did a great job to minimize the noise.

Would happily stay here again thanks to the team at Wadano and the excellent service.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly. We made use of the free shuttle service and found that super helpful.

Rooms were a bit cold if the curtains were left open.

Exceptional

The location was sensational. Close to the Happo One ski village, slopes, the infamous Nagano Olympics sign and supermarket. On arrival, the hotel mini bus met us at the bus terminal and took us to our hotel. They assisted us with all our luggage. The hotel manager, Islam, was very helpful and went above and beyond. He took us to our ski lessons each morning which started well before the regular ski field shuttle service. The kids loved the cosy games room as well as interacting with other children staying at Wadano. Happy hour was great too. We also liked the Thai restaurant attached to the resort. Huge drying room for ski gear, you were never fighting for space. Big open areas where you can play pool or lounge around. Rooms were both comfy and warm with everything you needed in them. During our stay we were lucky to see some snow monkeys! An added bonus!

Exceptional

We had such a great stay here! Firstly the staff are amazing, they have a very ‘yes, can do’ attitude. Yujin was such a happy and friendly face to have around and very helpful. Islam was fantastic at catering to our questions and requests. The hotel also provides a complimentary van drop off service - Atshushi and Dragon were always happy to drop us to restaurants and pick us up. The rooms are very clean and the recent renovation is very stylish with elements of traditional Japanese interiors. Overall this was a 10/10 stay and our experience made even better by your staff. Thank you!

Exceptional

The staff the food everybody was helpful they had a van to drive you anywhere if they wouldn't take you there was a courtesy bus that would great location.

The only real downside I could possibly say and it's not really a downside it was just personal inconvenient but no biggie. Was that there was a lineup for the dryers after I did some laundry. Probably because it was a Sunday night and everyone did it the same time.
