My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cupecoy is an excellent location which proved to be our favorite corner of the the island. Great beaches and restaurants nearby, and the property is flawless - even better than the photos online. Tommy is an excellent host and provided great recommendations to us. Hope to be back in the future.

The Cliff is a beautiful property. The hosts were very knowledgeable and thorough. The condo is very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I slept better than I have in years! The kitchen was equipped with all you could need and more! The pool is much bigger than the pictures. I was able to swim laps daily. Mario’s restaurant did not disappoint. The daily pastries were an extra treat! We cannot wait to return. This will be the only place we will stay in the future!!

This condo was amazing! Water views from each room and ocean front view across whole condo! We could not have asked for more comfort and our experience was perfect perfect perfect! The oasis at the cliff is arguably the nicest oceanfront building in cupecoy with a truly beautiful lobby and restaurant and spa and pool and staffing concierge….we travel all over and found this to be a fantastic way to spend time in Sint Maarten cupecoy. Great water pressure in showers. Foam bed topper on king size bed. Large and well appointed bedrooms. Huge dining and living room and gorgeous patio on ocean 6th floor. Superb security at gate all the way to security at desk, card access elevators, and multi point locks on condo. TVs in every room. Washer dryer worked well and detergent and fabric sheets were in the laundry room ready to use. This owner husband and wife are great and very eager to assure our stay was perfect! Easy communication. Detailed check in info sheets. No weird clean up required beyond normal tidy and take all belongings. They state that this is our vacation and we don’t need to clean! Nice! This condo had an endless supply of dishes, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, glasses, containers, and plenty of towels, beach towels, extra sheets, pillows, beach chairs, and a quality blow dryer and appliances from toaster to coffee maker. So much was supplied that we felt like we were at home away from home and wanted for nothing! A+++

Oasis is the perfect place to spend an amazing vacation, whether you want to stay in an enjoy a book in the balcony or the pool or you want to venture out.
We rented a vehicle and explored the island, private and convenient parking in the garage. Kept car cool and gave us access to load groceries, beach bags, cooler, etc.
Oasis has all the amenities you need, from beach towels, to comfortable beds. Beautiful decor.

Million dollar view! Property was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tommy was attentive and easily accessible. Infinity pool was beautiful and loungers were great. We simply couldn’t believe how pretty the “private” beach was. Easy walk to 2 markets and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to Mullet Bay. Would highly recommend. Hope we can make it back again some day!

The beach is almost perfect as they come and private. Pool is as pretty as they come. Condo is fully stocked overlooking the pool and turquoise beach. You can watch the planes land from the balcony. Croissants and French pastries are 5 min walk. Also 5 mins is a mini grocery store( very well stocked) and about 10 restaurants. All tourist things are a short drive at the most. Tommy and Pam provide some great guides to enjoy the island. This island calls itself the Friendly Island. That is underselling their friendliness. We will be back.

Rent this unit right away! Our family of four, with 2 young adults, rented Tommy’s unit for a week. Tommy is truly a great host. From dinner and night life recommendations to rental car referrals, he knows it all! The unit itself is better than advertised. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is a ½ bath that also serves the rest of the unit. The views are million dollars plus. We were there for New Year’s and saw fireworks off the balcony that the Cliff property put on, to the left, we saw fireworks nearer the airport and we even saw the Saba island fireworks off in the distance. The kitchen also has everything you need. The pool area is very nice (and I think newly renovated) and not crowded and the beach is beautiful. We are already looking forward to our return trip to SXM and staying again with Tommy.

Loved how convenient this place was to the airport, yet still beautify and quiet. Stunning views and a gorgeous beach within walking distance. Tommy is an awesome and communicative host. The condo is beautiful. The pool is currently under construction but we really didn’t miss it. Would absolutely come back to this location again!

We loved our stay here! Right next to Mullet Beach, the best beach on the island (which you can see from the balcony). Tommy was super accommodating, especially when our trip was delayed due to weather. The kitchen has all of the supplies needed for cooking, and the beds are very comfortable, and there were even beach accessories readily available for use. There were four of us here and we all felt right at home. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

You can really tell this is someone’s well-cared for and loved vacation home. Top-quality appliances, decor, etc. Tommy checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure I had evetything I needed, and the house manager was kind and helpful too. The unit has a great view to the ocean from the main balcony. I stayed at the Cliff several times, and it is hands down the best location and building on the island - the luxury and service of a hotel, with the quiet and personal touch of a residency.

We are not nooby in SXM, but this trip was something special for us because of the E6 we were staying in. Clean, beautiful, very well-equipped condo - big thanks to Fidelia. One thing we only missed was - downstairs restaurant - it was closed and it was opened the day we were leaving - It gives us the opportunity to be back exactly to this condo if Tommy does not mind :)

Dear Tommy and family,
I wanted to reach out to you and simply say thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. In fact, out of all the places my husband and I have had the opportunity to visit; St. Maarteen is by far my favorite island. The Cliff was certainly a lovely place to call home for a few days. The condo itself is unbelievable. Surrounded by beauty, the wonderful colors and sounds of the sea it was like living in a fairy tale. We spent many an hour just sitting around the table on the patio, sipping our wine, and watching the cruise ships, airplanes, and local fishing boats dot the Caribbean Sea. Life is Grand! Every individual that is associated with The Cliff went up and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but the finest. The lobby is certainly impressive.
The amenities are just as described: beach towels, laundry and supplies, full kitchen with dishwasher, lots of privacy, and having accessibility to many shopping and dining options were just a short walk away... we could go on and on! We rented a car and spent quite a few days exploring the island. Again, the people are what make this island so special.
After a few days I finally put two and two together and realized who you are after seeing your book on the coffee table. By the way, your book was quite an interesting read. I will be implementing several techniques and ideas into my own life. Sometimes reading a book, such as yours, makes one identify that there are alternatives to a problem and if the problem is broken down into smaller steps things can be accomplished.
Once more, thank you for opening up your condo to us. It certainly is an extraordinary place. Our group will be back to enjoy the grandeur and magical feeling we walked away with. Much of which was due to staying at this fabulous condo! Thanks again for letting us create such great memories.

Communications, cleanliness, and overall experience were top notch. Tommy was an outstanding host, as were the building attendants. The condo views, as well as the gym, pool, and snorkeling from the shore made it hard to leave, though we did get out to explore the island. We are true beach snobs and the water and sand need to be very blue, clean, and not a wide beach. The food at the beach was great, reasonable and convenient. We go from early morning to about 4:00 every day. Parking is steps from beach!! Tommy has great Tommy Bahama chairs and beach floats etc! 5 minutes to beach from the condo. We sit at the end where the rocks are near restaurants and always plenty of room!! This condo has so much to offer!! Looks just like pictures, but better! We look forward to renting again as all the boxes were checked for a perfect beach vacation! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Cupecoy is the best area to stay in SXM. Its out of the craziness but near everything at the same time. Safe area and great local restaurants. The Cliff is the best place to stay and Tommy and Pamela's place is so clean and nice. You will not be disappointed and they are great hosts as well. They made sure everything was perfect before, during and after our stay. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place and I hope to be back soon.

Ok, so this property - both the location and the owner - were superb. If I could give 20-stars, I would. My husband and I had the best anniversary vacay ever thanks to Tom and this property.While beautiful and accurate, the photos do not do it justice. If you are looking for serenity with easy access to good food, sun and fun, this property is perfect.The cheerful front lobby clerks were always smiling and willing to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The marble-floored, classy lobby with piano playing is perfect for an early morning coffee or evening cocktail, adjacent to an upscale restaurant and bar. It hosts swanky furnishings and sweeping ocean views. At night it's truly magical. The zen-like garden grounds facing the ocean are meticulously manicured and are perfect for meditating or just sitting in peace while enjoying the breeze and views.The 6th floor condo unit sits atop breathtaking turquoise waters and a small, private beach. It has everything needed and then some - including beach and snorkel equipment and more. We felt right at home. The large ocean-facing deck with glass fronts is where I spent every morning sipping coffee and taking in beautiful ocean views. The sunsets to the right made for beautiful photos.Shout out Tom for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He stayed in contact with us ahead of our travel to make sure we had everything we needed for COVID-testing/rules for entry to the country as well as making suggestions for where we might dine and visit based on our particular desires for this trip. It was like having a private concierge before, during and after -- something most VRBO homeowners don't do. Ex: Upon learning that I live for my Panera Salted Caramel K-Cup each morning, he arranged for a Keurig to be on premises right on time for our stay. I mean WHO DOES THAT???? Tom does and thanks to him, I sipped a nice cup of java each morning overlooking the ocean.Thank you Tom for your kindness, attention to every detail and the most memorable anniversary yet - we'll be back for sure. The Cliff is a beautiful building, in an excellent location, with amazing views. It has all the luxury amenities, including its own private beach. It is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and more stunning beaches. The condo itself is nicely appointed and has everything you could want for your home away from home. They've thought of everything. Hospitality and communication from the host were superb. We would absolutely stay here again (and again, and again).

From the moment you walk into this unit you know you have found paradise. The view is gorgeous of the ocean. The amenities at the resort are fabulous and include pool, beach and restaurant. This condo is two king bedroom with 2.5 bath. The kitchen is fully appointed and so easy to cook a full meal. I am sure I am forgetting to include something so my advice is rent at the cliffs unit e6 and experience luxury at its fineness.

This was our fourth trip to St. Maarten and our second staying at the Oasis at The Cliffs of Cupecoy. It is an extremely romantic condo. The view is incredible with amazing sunsets. The location is wonderful for us because we like to rent a car and visit as many beaches as we can when we are on the island. Our new favorite is Friars. The casino is a short walk and there are several lovely restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I highly recommend this VRBO rental. Thanks to the owners, Tommy and Pamela, for sharing.

Thank you Tommy and Pamela. The view from your condo is amazing. The accommodations were as promised - luxurious right down to the towels & toilet paper!! The extra conveniences - such as phones, beach chairs, laundry facilities were greatly appreciated. It was very clean & well decorated. Tommy supplied a great information list and kept in contact if anything was needed. At the time of our stay the ocean was high so not much beach right in front of the condo but Mullett Bay was an easy walk away. Many restaurants close by although some a little pricey. We would not hesitate to rent these accommodations again when in St. Maarten. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Staying at this condo was a fantastic experience! We stayed at The Cliff for New Years this past week, and had an amazing time. The owners were very helpful in offering suggestions about great places to eat or swim.
Each day is a unique experience, and this condo adds to it! Every morning you wake up to beautiful views of the Caribbean just outside your balcony. There is a really nice pool outside that everyone enjoyed swimming in. Further, our family is really big into fitness, so the fitness room came as a great surprise when it offered basically all the same amenities our gym at home does--even a lap pool inside!
The condo itself is located at a great location. You can walk to the amazing Mullet Beach in about 2 minutes. There are also great dining options located very close to the condo!
Overall, our experience was enhanced by our stay at The Cliff. It was a great place to come back to each night, after exploring the island.

We sure did not want to leave! The place is amazing, great location, with fabulous amenities. The balcony is wonderful and you get all day sun, so if you are tired of the beach and want to hang on the balcony all day, it is great. The views are the best! You can see Saba, the beach, hear the waves crashing, the cruise ships, sailboats, thunderstorms, and the sunsets. Walking distance to some nice restaurants right across the street and to the new Blue Mall. Tommy & Pamela are great hosts and checked in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was perfect for our vacation. All the staff at The Cliffs are great and are willing to help you with any issue. If we could give a rating higher than 5 stars, we would! We definitely will be back :)

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Tommy and Pamela's home. Ideal location on the Island being located just minutes from the Airport. The pictures accurately depict the home and the view is breathtaking. The home was clean and fully equiped with everything that anyone could ask for. Tommy and Pamela could have not been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. We hope to return again soon.

We stayed in the E6 for a vacation of 24 days, time enough to review the E6 very well. The location of the Cliff is amazing. We think Cupecoy is one of the most beautiful places on the island. We have never felt this safe before on vacation as we did in the E6. The staff of The Cliff is very friendly and helpful and the building and property is very well maintained.
Most of the time we had the private beach and both swimming-pools for just the two of us and that is just the way we like it. Also all the fun things to do on St. Martin are very close by, such as Marigot, Philipsburg, grate supermarkets, good restaurants etc. Don't miss Temptation restaurant across the street, they have magical food over there!
The condo itself has everything you need for a great vacation. There is only one thing we have missed in the condo which is an umbrella (just kidding!) We had a lot of rain a few times but this is not a problem with the nice temperatures.
The bed in the master bedroom is amazing and the space in the condo feels like five star luxury.
The kitchen has everything you could possible want.
Overall the best vacation we have had in the last 20 years and we will definitely return to the E6.
