Located in Titusville, this charming condo for $183 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home will comfortably sleep, feed and relax 6 stress-filled vacationers. As you step into the cool, quiet entry you are greeted by soothing colors and clean-lined modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a microwave, electric stove and range, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, and a nice deep sink to clean that fresh catch of the day. The washer and dryer allow you to pack light and have fresh towels for the beach. A flat screen TV, cable service, stereo and DVD player offer a myriad of entertainment choices. The master suite includes a spacious shower, walk-in closet and a king bed with memory foam for your sleeping pleasure. The foldout couch also has a queen size memory foam mattress. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with memory foam and a full bath right next door. Step through the sliding glass doors from the master suite or the living room to enjoy a beverage, snack or a few moments of tranquility on the screen porch. A short walk through the beautifully landscaped compound takes you to the on-site pool. Let the kids splash around while you relax or cook something delicious in the large covered grilling area that is poolside. Nestled in the lovely La Cita Golf and Country Club at the Haciendas your home away from home is only moments away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and historic downtown Titusville. Just around the corner is a large farm market where you can enjoy some of Florida’s freshest produce. A short drive down the road takes you to US 1 and the Indian River. Cocoa Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World and other attractions are a mere 25 to 45 minute scenic drive away.

This condo had a well stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The owners were quick to respond when management turned off the water due to a break. Very safe area.

The place was exactly as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised by how well provisioned the property was. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc. and updated appliances. Everything was neat, orderly and in great repair. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortably appointed as well. The place was also quiet, neighborhood was great and very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Communications with both the host and the caretaker were prompt, professional and very helpful. All of this made for a great experience - we'd gladly stay here again. Thanks!

We wrote in her book and told her of our visit. The property is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed walking and felt safe. Our visit with family with Thanksgiving and a 80th Birthday celebration was great. We had our own area to relax. It provided us with all our needs. We were very happy to stay there and would do it again. This was a first time experience for us.

We loved staying at this property. It was close to Cape Canaveral, the cruise ships and local restaurants. Easy access in & out of the property, lots of shopping close and the place was very cozy and homelike. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time at 961. If you are booking, it is a ground floor apartment with someone above ( although this did not bother us) Its in a great location for KSC and all space related activities with lots of other things to do and lots of great eating places in Titusville.

Came to visit family in the La Cita complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit we rented was perfect for our needs. The communication was perfect and everything was explained to us in an efficient manner. I would definitely use them again. The unit was also close to all the amenities, pool/golf course. An easy walk. Access was easy as well.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. We needed extra room for additional family in town for a family gathering. Everything we needed was there. When there was a question about the AC running continually The Host quickly responded and there was no further issue. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool and the grilling. We enjoyed a rocket launch and a beautiful moon our last evening. Thank you for this property and host!

If you are looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle this place is it. Super quiet, close to grocery store and not too far from Cocoa Beach. We even enjoyed driving a mile down the road to experience a rocket launch! All around excellent home away from home!

The property was amazing. All the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay in the Titusville area. The condo had everything we needed and more. Next year we will know what we don’t have to bring with us. We loved the lock box and not having to worry about keys. The instruction list was also very helpful. Thanks Patty.

I had put the rest of the family on a cruise ship at Port Canaveral and just wanted a place close by and also not far from the beach. This place was amazing and had everything I needed. They even had everything I needed for the beach, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. I found Playalinda beach and it was awesome. Absolutely amazing. I could not have been more happy with my stay. During the week I did have an issue with the air conditioning not running. I contacted the owner to let them know about the issue. I had a very quick response within less than 30 minutes and they had the issue corrected in no time. I was very impressed on how they handled it. I would love to return sometime myself and highly recommend them to anyone looking a nice quite place to relax.

Very nice, comfortable condo in a quiet safe neighborhood. Driving distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The pool was also very nice as we had it to ourselves one day. I recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing retreat during vacation.

Great accommodations for a family of 4 plus grandma. The unit is very clean plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. Went to Kennedy Space center. Playa Linda Beach. Fun had by all. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for accommodating us!!! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo is very nice. Owner was easy to communicate with and sent lots of information a couple days before our stay, that made finding the place and checking on very easy. Having 2 BR and 2 full baths was great. We would certainly stay there again.

This was a perfect spot for our visit to the space center and coast. It was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The condo also had everything we needed. Patty was quick to answer questions and provided great information. We would stay again if we came back.

My husband and I were pleased with our two night stay at this first floor condo only 10 miles/20 minutes away from Kennedy Space Center which was our destination. (we highly recommend the two day ticket). We were lucky enough to view the manned launch on March 2nd! Read the detailed description on VRBO. It is exactly as described by the owners, who quickly respond to any questions. The condo is clean and roomy with a well equipped kitchen. It is in a nice neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Thank you for providing your home to travelers!

Was great to experience the warm weather of Florida. When we were not out exploring the space coast, attending the Supercross race and the nature preserve, my favorite place was the screened in porch. Place is perfect for 4 adults and was just as described.

The condo is very convenient being on the ground floor and no stairs. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Modern furnishings and updated counter tops. I did have an isolated issue which was dealt with quickly and fully.

Great condo in Titusville! Everything about it was easy and the property was well equipped and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. The host was fantastic and readily accommodated our request for a late departure so we could check out cocoa beach before heading to the airport. Would definitely stay again!
