Basic staples like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and spices are provided for your convenience. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with starter kits comprising dishwasher pods, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and face tissue. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided for your arrival. ENTERTAINMENT: Entertainment options abound with a large HD TV in the living room and a 32-inch HD TV in the primary bedroom. Both TVs are set up with a FireStick for live TV streaming, featuring all major networks, cable channels, movies, and music. MINIMUM STAYS: Please note our minimum stay requirements: 5 nights year-round, except during Christmas/New Year when a 7-night minimum applies. A 13% government tax applies to the rental rate.
