About this house rental
Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Our home is designer decorated and has wood floors that run throughout. There are four Cal-king masters, three of which have an ensuite. The two remaining bedrooms are children's bedrooms with full over full bunk beds. One of the children's bedrooms shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom with the master bedroom that does not have an ensuite. The remaining children's bedroom has access to a shower/tub combo hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled vanities, travertine tile floors, and custom travertine/marble tile inlays in the showers. The open-concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with an additional breakfast nook and kitchen countertop seating. The family room has plenty of seating for the whole family on the oversized sectional. The family room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. The home has Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. Access to the private rear yard with a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi through the sliding glass door. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. The game room in the garage has a ping pong table & billiards table for the children. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests to use. In addition, there is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. 1/2 mile walk to Disneyland and about 1.25 miles to Anaheim Convention Center. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yards. The home has Central Air & Heat. This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. Perfect place for our family of 2 grandparents, and three families with young kids. There is a large living space and plenty of seating for meals. The house is much larger than it looks from the outside. There are 4 master bedrooms and two rooms with double bunk beds. We loved that each family had its own bathoom, with bathrooms to spare. The huge couch and ottoman made for lots of snuggle time with grandkids. The back yard is beautiful, and the hot tub was great after along day at Disney. We walked to the park daily, and it was no big deal. Some of us took an uber home at the end of the day, but others still had energy to walk. It is fast-- less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the most important. The King beds were awful. Guests in each room complained of sore backs and would rather have slept on the sofa. For the price think you might consider new mattresses.

My family and I have stayed at one of LaDonna’s homes before and am pleasantly surprised with each home. This particular home had plenty of rooms and a bathroom in just about every room, which made it easier for 11 people each morning. The home is also super close to Disneyland.

Communication leading up to the trip was seamless. Had a small issue once we arrived but the host was able to resolve it immediately, and on our schedule. Did not require any further communication throughout our stay, and overall had a great time.

The home was amazing. It was large enough to accomodate 14 of us (10 adults and 4 kids) and had plenty of space to run around. The pool and jacuzzi were also so much fun. We spent one of our days lounging around the house and swimming between our days at Disneyland.
We were within walking distance of Disneyland. It was about a 25-30 minute walk to the park entrance from the home, but it wasn't bad at all. We loaded the kids in the stroller and took off each morning.
LaDonna and the staff were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall the place was a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend it.

The home was perfect! It is very spacious. Everyone was very comfortable and had their own bathroom. It was our granddaughters 4th birthday so we planned our annual family trip to Disneyland. We spent one rest day at the house swimming and having a BBQ. Our questions were answered promptly. We will definitely stay at this property again. A grand time was had by all!

There was some fear about the security and being fined if we didn't follow exact instructions. We made a game out of the 20 seconds that the front & sliding glass doors could be opened and closed, so that helped.
The space was great! It allowed all of us room and social time together to have special moments and memories of our time as a family on our vacation.
We did find that not everything was clean, but it was easy for us to clean what needed to be cleaned before we could use it.
Communication between the company and Ladonna (the person/team) wasn't always clear to me. I found I was responding to texts that went to corporate and not the team that was over the location. The team was great to deal with once I figured out who to text and communicate with.

The home is very spacious, including bedrooms. Everything was clean and in order. Very close to the parks ... you could walk but after walking all day in the parks you wont want to walk back! Due to ordinances you cant park on the street and the garage is now a game room so think about what cars will be in driveway. We had a Ford duallly, Ford 250 crew cab and Q5. It was tight. Home is easy to get to and the back yard pool and spa are lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and plenty of bathrooms.

First I must say that communication with the property management was excellent. One of our party is disabled and I needed to make sure this home would work for her before booking. Property management answered all my questions quickly and completely.
The property is clean, well taken care of and the setup is perfect for multiple adults. We each had their own bedroom and bathroom which made getting ready in the morning quick and easy.
The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and the BBQ in the backyard was nice to have. I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of dish soap and laundry soap for our stay.
With 9 in our party having a large dining table made it easy to have meals together. Since this trip was a family celebration having a table big enough to hold all of us made for some special evenings.
I do have a couple of suggestions, there needs to be visible house numbers on the house. The numbers on the curb were blocked our entire stay. UBER drivers even complained about no numbers. Second suggestion, the Departure Checklist states: "Please dispose of trash in appropriate bins. (sorted recyclables)." We do not live in an area that recycles. We have no idea what a sorted recyclable is nor how to tell which bin is appropriate. We did our best.
I'd like to thank you for a great stay and when we travel to Anaheim again we'll be looking for properties managed by your group.

This house was perfect for our family of 12 for our visit to Disneyland. We were able to walk to Disneyland every day - nice, flat, mostly shaded walk. The house was as advertised and had plenty of room for everyone and the large family room was great to spend time together. The pool was great at the end of a long day. We couldn’t see the Disney fireworks from the pool but you could see them from the front yard. We probably won’t make it back to California again any time soon but we would stay here again!! Thanks to the staff!!

Very happy with our stay. Enough bedrooms to support our family reunion. We had lively discussions in the large living room. We also enjoyed cooking a family dinner in the kitchen and eating at the large dining table. If Disneyland is in your plans this this the perfect house to stay at. The Mouse House is only minutes away.

Great stay, absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Excellent air conditioning which was needed at the end of August!
Fridge didn’t work so that was a bummer but the organizers offered to pay for spoiled food. Still a hassle though as we had to shop again and also the new old fridge was in the garage.
Overall a great stay though, large bedrooms and tons of bathrooms.

We had12 people ranging from 6-87yrs old there for Grandma's Disney Adventure. Large rooms, huge dining and living area to hang out and a beautiful backyard. We were there in August and it was hot. A/C didn't go lower than 73 and it was very warm overnight in a couple of the bedrooms (Mgmt Company: I'd reco to have portable fans in every bedroom
to help with that). We walked the 20 mins to Disney (which was 30min at then end of the day because we were pooped) but then started taking ubers because they were only about $10 each. Worth it to spare our tired feet and bodies.
The amount of rules was a bit daunting but really was fine. I was a little concerned about how loud it might get in the pool with everyone in it but we never had an issue.
Overall great place and we had a blast. I would absolutely stay there again.

Our family of 15, from age 9-70 had an incredible family weekend! We all traveled from several different states and found this VRBO to be clean, spacious and welcoming. It was our first time all together in 5 years and this home was perfect. The pool and game room were a big hit! Thank you so much!

Absolutely fabulous! It was spotlessly clean. The layout was prefect. The three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms allowed all three adults in my party to have their own space. The bedrooms with the jack and jill bathroom worked very well, as did the sixth bedroom with the hall bathroom, which was pretty much the sixth bedroom’s bathroom because everyone else had their own.
The outside pool/whirlpool area was like an oasis with a large table, chairs, and a couple loungers. This was the perfect place to just sit and relax or eat a meal. Although the huge dining room table inside was perfect and was plenty big for our party of nine.
We ate in most of the time we were there, and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly wanted, including utensils, pots and storage containers.
The washer and dryer in the garage/game area was certainly a plus. And I think everyone enjoyed a game of pool and ping pong.
We did end up using Lyft/Uber to get to Disneyland, something I would recommend as it was only between $7-$10 each way and brought us right to the gate entrance.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone.

This home is accurately listed and has everything you need to make a memorable family vacation. There was an abundance to towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a wonderful bonus to find a much needed stroller and car booster seat for our 5 year old traveler. There were 3 chairs, and sand toys we took to the beach, as well as a beach style mat and microfiber beach blankets. Of course a house so well equipped was clean. Communication with property management was very easy. The pool was wonderful, and had everything we needed to keep the children safe and happy. You can easily see the Disney firework display from the corner; just a few steps from the front door. Three generations in one house and we had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The beds are very comfortable, as is all the rest of the furniture. A few family games would have been a nice touch. You can walk to the Disney parks but most of the time we used Uber. We had 2 large vans in the driveway with ease. Allow for LA traffic if you are heading anywhere but Disneyland.

This was a great location to go to Disneyland. The house was fantastic for our large extended family get together. The backyard and pool was great to have for our down days. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. I would recommend this house.

We chose this property based on its proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center. We took a group of employees from our business to attend the Expo West Convention, which we attend yearly in Anaheim. The house was perfect for our group and located conveniently for our 4 day show. We were able to easily to the convention center or take an Uber if needed. It was also conveniently located to nearby restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider it for our stay next year.

We loved this house and how close it was to Disneyland! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of big fluffy towels! Would totally stay again in the future!

this rental was AMAZING! Our whole family (10 of us) was very comfortable and the house was big enough for all! the location to Disneyland was on hit! this was probably the best vacation home I have stayed in! Shout out to Carolyn who was awesome! I highly recommend this vacation rental!!!

We do not wish to waste anymore time on this issue, but feel compelled to warn anyone who is considering booking this location.
1. Upon arrival we found hairs in several of the beds. (made beds) this means they do not launder the beds between uses.
2. Spiders in side the rooms.
3. Spider webs in two different corners. (you know how much negligence it takes for a web to get set up...)
4. Disturbed by noise outside, to discover rummaging through the trash outside the house. When I asked what they were doing, they suggested I go inside if I knew what is good... I had kids there for Disney. Super not ok with this... not sure you would be
5. Stained dirty table clothes. (obviously had been a while between changes)
6. Super haggard towels (bleach stained, and frayed)
7. Furniture literally falling apart (The couch cushions were torn in places and exposed the stuffing.)
8. Floor had not been cleaned for some time (upon arrival my kids took their shoes off, and discovered the floor was so dirty their socks were soon black.)
9. Was offered a partial refund of a day. When pay the significant rate for this property one expects better, we gave the management/owner opportunity to reach out and make this as right as they could. (They replaced the filthy sheets, brough more (haggard towels), swapped the stained table clothes, and moped the floors) but doing a mediocre catch up job is not sufficient to "make things right" as offered.
Sadly, we could go on but... you get the picture. So if you just spend you days at Disney and try not to notice the over priced neglected space then proceed. If not, then book elsewhere.

This was such a great house to stay for our family vacation. We had our adult children with spouses & a two year old grandson with us & it was so nice that everyone had their own room & bathroom. The house was equipped with about anything you need. The game room was a hit & the pool was so fun! It wasn't quite close enough to Disneyland to walk but uber made it so easy to go back & forth. LaDonna & Carolyn were great to communicate with & I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking!

Great size house for a large group(we had 8 adults and 2 kids). We loved that 3 of the master bedrooms that en-suite bathroom and the 4th master shared a jack&jill bathroom with a bunk room(perfect for parents and kids). The house was larger then we expected and had ample space to all hangout together. The pool and hot tub we great for a relaxing afternoon break from Disney.

We usually like to stay in hotels near the property so we can come and go to Disneyland. We took a chance renting the property and are glad we did! The house looks small from the outside but has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms so that can get ready at the same time. Parking is easy and its an easy drive to Disneyland parking. The house is clean and the beds were comfortable and there was lots of space for everyone.

The house is very comfortable and well-appointed and perfect for families or groups who love to have their own bedroom/bathroom setup (who doesn't?). The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful to come home to after a day at the parks. It's an easy walk to/from Disney, and also a quick Uber or Lyft ride if that's more your style. And a nice little bonus - if you aren't in the park in the evenings when the fireworks happen, you can easily see - and hear - them from the side of the house.

Did lots of research and finally came upon this listing. Some wonky reviews, but trusted our instincts and went ahead and made reservation. First off, LaDonna was really helpful in allowing us to make adjustments (as my wife had made a reservation at one of her other properties), allowing us to switch the deposit over to this one.
We.travelled and arrived a little early, but we're able to check in earlier, with great communication from LaDonna and her team. The house was beautiful. Spacious and comfortable. The outdoor rules are city ordinance and were quite okay. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this to anyone.
We were 10 guests and had plenty of room!
