The townhome is as advertised and is quiet and well maintained. The location is wonderful, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and more. Property Manager was very kind and responded quickly. Wish the pool had been heated.

We love the area of a Paseo, and all the restaurants, especially during the Christmas season. The condo worked out perfectly. It had everything that we needed. The manager was very attentive to all of our needs.

This property is located in walking distance of the famous El Paseo Shops and restarants.
This kitchen is hands down the best equipped kitchen for in house cooking and baking, so lends itself to long stay people. Thie kitchen itself is a little tired and could use some updating..
IT faces to the east so you get morning sun and evening shade on the patio, the pool and spa are steps away and rarely used so it's almost like a private pool.
Aimee the property manager and her husband Peter were awesome to deal with and accommodated the one request we made. The living area would benefit from an overhead fan.
If we were traveling to this area we would book this unit if available.

Loved the location. Close to everything. The property is beautiful and love the yard area with all the birds. So relaxing. The only thing is that the pool is not heated so in the winter months would be cold. Our weather in April was very warm so that did not effect it.

We were very pleased with this rental. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive to any need or question we had. The condo was well equipped, had comfortable furniture and a lovely outdoor space, both the patio and self-contained yard. We would gladly stay here again.

Walking distance to nearly everything (except groceries), fantastic 2 BR condo. Fully stocked unit, pool is very quiet and right outside the living room door. Walking distance to the hiking, tennis and pickleball. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raila’s El Paseo condo. The Check in process was seamless, and Raila was very willing to help with any questions throughout our stay. The condo itself was immaculate, and we especially enjoyed the back patio which was steps up the pool (which felt like our own private pool.). I would highly recommend this condo rental for anyone to enjoy time in the desert

Best location in Palm Desert
Fabulous ,spacious two bedroom home in choice location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Easy quick drive to whatever you need. The house was spacious with fabulous outdoor patio for sunny breakfasts and afternoon shade for relaxing by the beautifully kept gardens. House was so well equipped and Raila was a gem taking care of every detail and request. Hard pressed to find a nicer spot.

The owner is always accessible and she is amazing! The location is great....walking to El Paseo is such fun. The condo patio, which is poolside, is a lovely place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. While you stay don’t miss the art gallery across the street...Imago Galleries. Their Chihuly exhibit & outdoor garden is fantastic. Sit back & relax.

Lovely comfy condo nicely located within walking distance to shops and restaurants on el Paseo....a shoppers paradise!! Owner is hands on and just a phone call or text message away if any problems occur. Swimming pool and spa located just steps away in beautiful garden area.

Great Quiet condo nextto El Paseo
I could only list positive things. The Condo is a short walk away from the shops and restaurants in El Paseo but still quiet in a small complex. The unit is nicely furnished and very well equipped; you do not need to take anything but your clothes. There is a private large patio with a grill. The owner, Raila, is very responsive; she gets back to you immediately if you have a question or issue. The only minor issue I could bring up is that the nice pool is not heated. I like to have a swim after a hike (the area is great for hiking). Fortunately, the weather was very nice and warm at the end of March, so the pool warmed up enough for me to take a dip. But there is a large big hot tub for you to use any time (few people are staying at a time at the complex, the pool and tub are mostly there for you only). The unheated pool was an HOA decision; the owner cannot do anything about it. If we come back to the area, we will definitely consider this unit again.

Superb Location
Very well equipped townhome within easy walking distance of El Paseo. Pretty patio with grapefruit tree overlooking the pool and spa. A couple of minor problems were taken care of very quickly. Our stay was most enjoyable.

A treasure location!
The condo was exactly as appeared on the site. I have stayed in many high end "Golf Resort" locations in the desert over the years and found this condo to be the best place so far and really enjoyed being so close to everything a vacation needs. Although an older unit, It was very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped with every item you would ever need supplied. There were only 12 units in the complex, a few of which, were occupied by full time residents, which we hardly noticed, we literally had the entire pool/hot tub to ourselves for the full week. It was so very relaxing and quiet, so much so, I read three books on the very spacious, shady patio. The condo is on a lovely street and I quickly found a good 5 mile block to walk around in the morning to get some exercise, while viewing all the local houses with beautiful desert landscaping. The walk also included the entire strip of El Paseo which is fun to do.
The location of the unit was amazing, we didn't have to drive at all for evening dining. We just had to walk down to El Paseo to enjoy many first class restaurants, we were so stuck for choice, although our favorite eats were Pacifica on the second story deck, Mama Gina's and Tommy Bahamas. It was also easy to drive to many golf courses and grocery stores, very close to Trader Joes.
Ralia was an enjoyable host in the booking process, we didn't need to contact her for anything during our stay.
I would certainly recommend this unit and we would absolutely no doubt go back to this location again. Thanks for a much needed recharge, Kim

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Miss Raila's place and look forward to renting it again in the future , the house was everything we hoped for and more. Very confortable and spacious it was like having a private spa only steps from the patio. With The shops of El Paseo and all of it's restaurants literally a short walk there was always something to do. It was very relaxing to have miss Raila's place to come home to and everything in perfect working order. . We recommend this place for anyone who is planing a vacation in Palm Desire.

Home away from home
We rented this condo for the month of February and enjoyed every minute of our stay. As others have said, the condo is in an excellent location - within walking distance of El Paseo, a short drive from tennis courts and golf clubs, close to a great church - and the cultural life in the Valley provides for unlimited entertainment. El Nino even ensured that the weather was hot and dry! The kitchen was well equipped with everything one needed for making nourishing meals or entertaining. We particularly enjoyed the private patio with a wonderful grapefruit tree that even while producing our fruit continued to bloom (the aroma was magical) ensuring fruit for future guests. Our only disappointment was that the pool wasn't heated - although the hot tub was overly warm some days. Raila was quite helpful while we were making the booking and very responsive during our visit for any deficiencies that needed to be attended to.

Fantastic Location!
This condo was great for our 1 week in the desert! The location was superb...a short walk to my favourite street...El Paseo. Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful view of the mountains outside our front door. My husband and I had the best sleeps in the most comfortable King Size Bed! Very important when renting, to have a comfortable big bed! The back yard was lovely and quaint. The owner was extremely responsive and wonderful to rent from!
The only downside was the teeny BBQ.

The location and condo are fabulous. The condo has everything you could want, including a patio overlooking the pool and a short walk to El Paseo's fine restaurant's and shops. The owner is incredibly helpful with all your needs. I highly recommend this property. you will not be disappointed.

Great time in the Desert
We enjoyed our 6 weeks in this very quiet and well equipped condo. The location is ideal..walking distance to shops and restaurants. We really enjoy the patio for quiet dinners and the beautiful garden and pool area. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to returning next year.
