As soon as you walk into the front door foyer, you will know you have chosen the right home! On the first level, you will find two garages for private parking for four and beach equipment for guests. The second level offers four primary bedrooms, a large family room w/a flat-screen TV, a private deck, a laundry room, and a wet bet w/ an ice maker. Gorgeous hardwood flooring, ample guest seating, a powder room in the main living area, and an updated state-of-the-art kitchen. BEDS- Third Level- Luxurious Primary Suite w/ Soaking Tub, Private Deck, and King Size Bed Second Level-Master Suite # 2 w/ Queen Bed. Second Level-Master Suite # 3 w/ Queen Bed. This property requires a seven-night reservation; no partials are permitted. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
