**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath 2,500 square foot townhome is located at the base of Purgatory and offers convenience in all seasons. It was gutted and completely remodeled and professionally decorated several years ago and the huge deck off the main living space with the hot tub was added in 2022. The townhome features amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain and features 4 decks (and gas grill) to enjoy the views in all directions. It's a very short walk to an easy ski run that takes you to the base area. The townhome also features a 2 car garage and the usual amenities such as a washer/dryer, highspeed WIFI (via Starlink), fully stocked kitchen etc. etc. Bed Configuration (all 3 bedrooms are upstairs): Bedroom 1 - King (TV) Second Floor Bedroom 2 - Queen and Single over Single Bunk Bed (TV) Second Floor 3rd - Full over Queen Bunk Bed and Double Bed (TV) Second Floor The townhome is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
