About this house rental
Nestled in Crystal Bay, this lovely house for $1,329 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful lake view home was recently remodeled by owner/architect Elise Fett. Enjoy stunning views of the lake whether inside or outside. Inside the home you will find every attention to detail. Centrally located, this property allows you to conveniently enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. We offer up to $66 of discounts per booking to all of Incline Village's amenities (golf, skiing, tennis, rec center). Great room features vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, HD TV; dining room table expands to seat 10; study has working desk and a gas fireplace; kitchen features gas range, oven/convection oven, two microwaves, warming drawer, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, veggie sink; master bedroom features a king bed, double steam shower with body spray, two sinks, soaking tub, fireplace, HD TV; bedroom #2 has a king bed; bedroom #3 has a queen bed; bedroom #4 is a separate suite (outside access) with a king bed, shower/bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a tub shower bathroom and there is a full bath on the main level. House is 3 stories tall with main living area and entry on the top level. The garage structure is in a separate building on the property and not included in the rental. We operate a small architectural office in the office under the garage. All windows in the garage structure are frosted on the house side for guest privacy. If skiing is your reason to visit, here are the drive times to the various ski areas in our area: Diamond Peak 5 minutes Mt. Rose 20 minutes Northstar 20 minutes Tahoe Cross Country 20 minutes Alpine Meadows 30 minutes Squaw Valley 35 minutes Homewood 35 minutes Heavenly Valley 35 minutes Sugarbowl 45 minutes Kirkwood 60 minutes Winter travelers please note: We provide snow removal during the winter months but cannot guarantee the driveway and walks will be clear first thing in the morning as this is often times dependent on the timing of the snowfall. Note: There is a 4 night minimum during the summer periods, 4th of July period, winter holiday periods, and President's Day period.

This property was perfect for our family over Christmas break. The owners were very helpful and stopped by to drop off wood for the fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked large meals every night and had everything we needed. The best part of the home…by far the windows and views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Elise made the stay fantastic. She even provided air purifiers for the stay as the basin was smokey from a near by fire. The views of the lake was exactly as shown on VRBO. The kitchen was well appointed. We would stay again

Amazing!
Beautiful lake views from most rooms in the house! Waking up in the master bedroom with a peaceful view of LT with mountains beyond was heavenly! Clean with all the linens, towels, sheets and kitchen gear you will need. Gorgeous trail on e-bikes to Sand Harbor with Vista Trail Bikes in Incline Village. High Altitude Fitness was a great place to work out and rock climb. Awesome restaurants! Elise and her husband were so friendly and helpful! Kids said it was one of the best vacations, yet!

Unfortunately for us with all of the hot weather and smoke from surrounding fires the house was hot and did not have air circulation. I had to ask for air purifiers and received one and then a second after a couple more days and second requests. Again unfortunately for us the house was about 75-77 degrees and with 3 couples we did not have enough purifiers for even the bedrooms at night. While I understand that the fires and heat were unusual it would have been nice and also proactive of the owner to have these for the summer visits so that you could be comfortable when paying so much per day.
Also the bedrooms and linens are very outdated. It felt like furniture was just left over and dropped randomly throughout. Again for the price you pay per day I would have expected much better. The comforters and sheets as well as the carpets were old and stained in at least 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
With a little more focus on updating bedrooms and purchasing newer linens this place would be amazing. We still had a good time but I wouldn’t have paid so much had I seen the lesser quality in advance.

A large and spacious home that's located a short drive from many hiking trails and beaches. We stayed here for a week with 7 adults and there was plenty of room. The hosts were communicative before our arrival and answered any questions we had. The views of the lake were also spectacular! I'd stay here again if I were traveling with a large group.

We had a wonderful time finally reuniting with my parents from CA. The home was beautiful and the perfect size for all of us. They kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and plates and bowls for us to cook at home while we are recovering from the morning activities. The hosts are super nice and responsive! Kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need ... we did an equal amount of meals in, great kitchen to cook in.

Lovely views, easy check in and out, very close to water. The sheets need upgrading (we went to Costco in Carson city day 2 to buy fresh new sets) and carpets need cleaning....other than that this house is super custom, beautiful and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The property has stunning views of Lake Tahoe. The home itself is uniquely laid out to the geography of the lakeside slope. We had a miner issue with a leaky shower hose and the owners’ response was prompt to resolve the leaky hose. The driveway has sufficient parking for our large 16 passenger van plus a car or two. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the bar’s gas stovetop and oven took care of our cooking needs very well. Our party of seven (7) all agreed to recommend this property. It was a great experience.

During our stay there were two snow storms and they made sure the driveway and walkway were cleared. The home is beautiful and cozy. It is 5-10 min away from shopping and restaurants. There are a lot of stairs to navigate to get to the home. Also, all the bedrooms are on the lower level of the home so it may not be the best choice for elderly people or people with disabilities. I would certainly stay here again.
