EXPLANATION of pricing policies: Maximum occupancy at Big Pine Lodge is 25 guests. The base rate is for 8 guests. Additional guests up to the maximum will add to the nightly rate at $33 per person/per night with a minimum of nights equal to the requirements of the booking regardless of the nights each guest stays. In other words, the smaller group of 8 pay $699 per night, a group of 14 pays $1095, and a group of 20 pay $1491. Charging for the size of the group makes it fair and affordable for smaller groups. Children 6 months and under do not need to be counted in your guest count. For example: If the base nightly rate is $699 it includes up to 8 guests. If you have 11 guests, the rate is $699 for the first 8 and an additional $99 for the additional 3 guests for a total nightly rate of $798 and so on up to the max occupancy allowed. It can be traveled by all vehicles in good weather, but 4-wheel drive is required in times of heavy snow and ice. During winter weather, we do our very best to keep the driveway cleared of snow and ice. The minimum age to rent The Big Pine Lodge is 30. A copy of the current state-issued id is required. The renter must be present for the entire booking and is responsible for all additional parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside The Big Pine Lodge. Smoking outside in designated areas is permitted. Please dispose of all smoking items properly. Pets or other animals are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
