Very clean and comfortable.

We were uncomfortable (or did not understand) that common areas were shared. Also did not find instructions for TV.

It was very comfortable. Nicely decorated space with most of the things you would need for a couple nights stay. Great place to stay if headed to Bryce Canyon.

The Carriage House was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants. It was also a short drive to Red Canyon and Bryce Canyon. There was ample outdoor seating at the Carriage House. Their were plenty of hooks for towels, jackets, and bags inside. The luggage stand was a thoughtful addition. The room and bathroom had plenty of space. We had an enjoyable stay!

The power on the microwave was weak, so it took a long time to cook quick oats and to warm up food we had brought.

The space was perfect for what we needed! The fridge was lovely since we drove and had some perishables. The cleansiness was extradinaory and the home itself was so cozy. Thank you for creating a great space. The drive to Bryce Canyon was accessible and we came back to eat some lunch.

I loved everything about our stay at the Carriage House. The Carriage House was a perfect place to stay. It had everything that we needed for our stay, plus privacy, an 1890 big house on the property, we got to meet the owners and they were both good people. I would stay there again. Pam Davis

It could have had the local stations for news(which I didn't care about), but he did. I did bring up news on my tablet, but that was a pretty small screen.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. It was adorable and cozy!

Do be aware there is no A/C. But stays pretty cool at night with window open and fan on. Also there was no bbq as listed. Called property company in charge and they didn’t know about the bbq. The people at the main house “seven gables” ended up getting some code to garage to get the propane grill out so they used it but we didn’t get to. But regardless we loved our stay. It’s a clean. Comfy home.
