The location was fantastic. The little gift pack given at key pick up was la lovely addition. Grateful to have the extra bin liners.

The barbecue was unusable due to the fat build up in the catch tray. The build up has created a fire risk. The. Fan over the cooktop was also thick with grease build up which we cleaned. The microwave has paper instructions sticky taped to the appliance for its key pad and we believe this is the appliance that flicked the safety switch in the fuse box, which we rectified.

Walking distance to beach. Walking distance to shops. Plenty of room. BBQ.

TV only small. No WIFI. Cleaners did a poor job. Full bin left in cupboard which stank. Leaking tap in ensuite bathroom drips all day and night. Backyard unusable.

Location, and basically it would have been a nice house . . .

. . . except the appliances and fixtures (blinds and fly screens) were mostly defective and/or dirty: rusty fridge and shelves missing, dirty kettle and toaster, ancient microwave, miniature TV; blinds that fell out of brackets or didn’t move, filthy insect screens and windows, insect screens with large holes in them, security locks that fell apart in your hands; external laundry door rotting at the bottom. It looks and fells like it’s been neglected for a long time.

Overall the size and location of the house was very good for our family of 7 adults and 1 child. Close to the beach and shopping centre. Nice quite street.

Laundry, garage and balcony was quite dirty upon arrival. Furniture in balcony very rusted and covered in bird poo. Rangehood in kitchen was dirty and grease was dripping so had to clean before use. The oven also had food stains and grease from previous use. Couldn't park 2 cars in garage because of things being stored in there. Property could have a bigger t.v for the amount of money being charged and wifi would be added bonus.

We love the house comfortable.

The table and chair on the terrace was rusty so we can't use it. Some of the things in the kitchen was not clean property. The bbq also dirty & rusty
