Situated in Corlette, this lovely house for $427 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Truly relaxing, light-filled, spacious and well appointed three bedroom house in peaceful location away from main roads with a leafy outlook over the bush reserve with water glimpses through the trees to the bay . Level indoor/outdoor access, with enclosed central grassed courtyard offering alfresco dining and gas BBQ, accessed directly from kitchen. The courtyard is enclosed by a 90cm high fence, providing security and easy supervision of toddlers and pets, facilitating relaxed holiday living for families or groups of all ages. The grassed courtyard is ideal for a game of Boules or Croquet. The sunny and protected, north-east aspect of both living rooms and courtyard make the house a perfect getaway in both summer and winter and the bonus of having a retractable awning provides shade for the outdoor dining. Two spacious attractively furnished living areas offer opportunity to watch TV on the large flat screen TV, the property also provides Netflix, DVD player, BluRay and air conditioning in the back living area, this is a fantastic room if you want to get away from the family action for a quiet read, making it a great multi-generational holiday house. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large family size fridge. Three way family bathroom with bath and shower, separately vanity area and a separate toilet, there is also a powder room giving an additional guest toilet. The property is located immediately adjacent to the Corlette to Nelson Bay walking/ bike path, a 3 minute walk takes you to the natural bushland setting of Bagnall's beach which is a 24hr Off-leash, dog-friendly beach, but also great for walking, child-safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. 10 minute walk to protected Dutchies Beach, which offers a playground and BBQs, swimming and stand up paddleboard hire, or if you are wanting to head into the heart of town you are only a 20 minute walk along the waterfront path into Nelson Bay where you will find cafe's, shops and restaurants and D' Albora Marina. Salamander shopping centre, Aquatic Centre, the Anchorage Resort facilities or golf courses are all within 5 minutes by car, while the surf beaches at One Mile and Birubi or Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay are a ten or 15 minute drive from the house. There is a $200 security deposit required prior to arrival. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1:- Queen Bed + Ensuite + Walk-in robe + Ceiling Fan + Linen + Bed Making Bedroom 2:- choice of either 2 x Long Single Beds or 1 x King Bed + Ceiling Fan + Linen + Bed Making Bedroom 3:- choice of either 2 x Long Single Beds or 1 x King Bed + Ceiling Fan + Linen + Bed Making Linen: - This property includes sheets and towels with beds made up, please bring your own beach towels. The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. Parking: There is a single garage (only 1 side of garage can be used) and room for a boat in the driveway. Lift: No Notes: By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

A beautifully decorated spacious home, that we all loved. Everything we needed was provided - far more than you often see in holiday bookings, (and an excellent optional linen service). The location was excellent - 5 mins walk to a dog friendly beach, a tropical inspired back yard to relax in and a short drive to the shops. We were aware there was only one air conditioned room (a lounge) with ceiling fans in the other rooms, but were a little unprepared for the impact of an incredibly humid week. That’s the only drawback for a middle of summer stay. Fantastic communication from the agents, we’re returning home feeling relaxed and highly recommend the property and service.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful, well-appointed home. The location was excellent and we enjoyed time at the beach with our fur baby and our daily walks in to Nelson Bay to get coffee. The house had everything we needed - and more!

We arrived on a extremely hot day to find only one air conditioner in the rumpus room and ceiling fans in the other rooms. We were disappointed to see the ducted air conditioner was disarmed especially when the listing states it has air conditioning. We rang the property manager and were told if you clicked on the drop down box next to air conditioning it states it is for only one room. Unfortunately we found the communication with the property manager poor and many things were incorrect. The accommodation spacious and clean with a dog friendly yard. It is a great location only 3 min walk to Bagnall Beach which is a off leash dog friendly beach . Our dog loved it.

Well equipped spacious property. It’s a shame bedlinen/towels were not provided for guests as part of the package. Hired sheets and pillowslips did not really fit some of the bedding configurations. No fitted sheets supplied. Pillowcases very small for large pillows. Back Garden well fenced for pets. Not too toddler/young child friendly with mainly spiky plants, aloe and cacti featured in garden. No high chair provided. Apart from the above points enjoyed our stay in Corlette Port Stephens and would recommend this holiday home for a relaxing stay.

This property is so wonderful everything you could ask for is included and it is so roomy .Loved the enclosed yard and the beautiful garden for our Bulldog . The walk to the dog beach was great so quick . It being a no through road street it was so quiet . There were even newish bikes which we enjoyed and a Heston BBQ Thankyou for a wonderful week .The Jones Family

Thoroughly recommend this property. Added bonus was that it was pet friendly. Conveniently located to nearby Bagnalls beach which is also dog friendly. Level property with double driveway which was perfect to store our boat. Very well furnished and equiped house including wifi/Netflix and loved that they had two push bikes available to use. Can’t wait to return.

What a fabulous holiday rental. Clean and so well equipped with everything we needed for children and the dogs. Perfect location to beach and walking/cycle paths. We have been holidaying in Nelson Bay for over 10 years with pets and this is by far the best house we have stayed at during that time. We hope to be back next year.

We had a lovely long weekend at this property - family of four and medium sized dog. Proximity and access to dog friendly beach fantastic, fenced yard great, lovely home decor and everything we needed. Great local attractions and beautiful walks. Highly recommended.

The house is extremely well equipped, Comfortable, Spacious & super clean. The owners have thought of everything!! A short stroll through the nature reserve, across the road & you are on a dog friendly off lead beach. The perfect location. 10-15 min drive to most local Beaches, cafes & shops. I’m definitely returning to holiday here.

Loved our stay at Bonito. Very child friendly for our one year old toddler, with no steps and easily sectioned off rooms in the house. Our dog loved the yard and being so close to the beach for his morning swims. The house is nicely furnished and beds comfortable. The house was adequately supplied with cleaning products and cooking basics whilst the property manager advise it is not stocked with anything. We can’t wait to go back and stay at this beautiful property.
