The apt. was centrally located and nice they had parking out front. The place was small and cute and loved the fixtures and they way it was decorated.

Solid location to Uber and take off from a rental car from to other locations like Condado, San Juan, El Yunque, & Others. Otherwise it’s an okay location with quite a bit of noise. Away from the main roads so little to no car noises in the place. Not very walkable. Decent location if you rent a car and go with 1-3 people.

This place is exactly as nice and clean as it looks on the posting. The host was attentive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will stay here again in August.

Uber was easily available and most of the trips were less than 10$. The place was clean and the host responded to the messages promptly. Highly recommend this place.

The unit looks just like the pictures. It was perfect for our needs because we were just staying 1 night before flying out early am. It’s definitely a quick easy drive to the airport and easy to find a restaurant close by. For us the unit wouldn’t have worked for a long term stay but everyone’s needs are different. With that said I would definitely stay again when flying out on a early morning flight or if we coming in late didn’t want to drive to far. We had a few questions while we were there and the host was quick to respond. It was a good stay. Thank you.

The place is really clean and cozy right near the highways! Perfect location for someone who wants to be close to the city! It’s conveniently minutes from the airport! Mrs Robinson was always helpful. Quick response and she also lets you know you can call her anytime.

Very clean and has everything you need to stay just before you take a flight from sju or come into sju airport. The owner was nice enough to allow us entry at 2pm and was fine with us leaving at 12 noon. He was really flexible.

First i want to start saying that it was an awesome experience, the place was clean, was quiet neighbors were nice, management was responsive no complaints at all will stay there again my wife and i love Ii, easy access from the airport no problems getting in or out of the house/apartment Señor Lantigua was very polite work with us when we needed rescheduling previously, it was worth it, thanks againg

Pros - (1) Location was perfect! About 10 minutes from the airport, 15-20 minutes to Old San Juan, Walmart also nearby. (2) very clean (3) coffee was so good! (4) shower pressure was great and water was warm! Areas to improve - (1) the bed wasn't very comfortable (2) if you're the type who likes cool showers, the water might be too warm for you, but like I said, it was wonderful for me, especially since we learned there were many places in the San Juan area that did not have running water at all for a day! (3) I wish there were some shelves in the bathroom/shower area to place toiletries. All in all, great place to stay! I would recommend :)

Robinson was excellent hosts. Check-in/out was super easy, and the room was set up great. The room was clean, and everything we needed to start our trip was provided, which was helpful . The location is great (about 5 minutes from the airport, and within 30 minutes from some wonderful sights). The neighbors were friendly, with lots of free-range chickens, dogs, and cats around - Super great introduction to the island!! I will recommended to my friends. I don't mind staying again.

Robinson and Maria were excellent hosts. Check-in/out was super easy, and the room was set up great. The room was clean, and everything we needed to start our trip was provided, which was helpful until we could get to the store to purchase those items ourselves (shampoo, conditioner, soap, q-tips, etc.). The location is great (about 5 minutes from the airport, and within 30 minutes from some wonderful sights). The neighbors were friendly, with lots of free-range chickens, dogs, and cats around - Super great introduction to the island!!

The room was excellent and local to everything. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. The only thing is the roosters waking you up early lol. But the mostly a peace of heaven.

It was great just like the photos. The owner was very informative an available at all times very clean and secure. Offers toiletries and kitchen supplies. All I would of like 2 more pillows. Other than that it was perfect. I all ready recommend it to my friends.

It was a pleasure fornme to have found this little piece of heaven and tranquility The apartment was clean and the owner very nice and accomodating. I was teaceling alone to see my husband who is been working in the island for about 3 months and wenjust wanted to spend some time together with out any family. And it was like our little honeymoon . Neighbors very nice and pleasant.close to everything .and i felt sade cinaidering my husband works nites . Thank you so much

Used property to sleep. Clean, comfortable and good location. Owner available for any questions or concern. But, Needs a new shower faucet so water temperature can be easily controlled. Your shower experience will be a downfall. Everything else is Good. I would stay again, but first, would ask if the shower faucet has been replaced.
