Great views of Flathead Lake and at least three mountain ranges including the Mission Mountains. Property comes fully furnished with washer and dryer, kitchen, two baths, 2 refrigerators, and an outdoor grill. All sheets, towels, pots and pans, everything that you should need except your toothbrush. There is a private day use boat dock across the road.

We had a wonderful time at Flathead Lake. The accommodations were perfect we will definitely be back to stay again. The Lake is right out our front door just across the street. He had a private dock so we swim every morning and night and watch the sun come up & Sunset. The beds are great plenty of room for our group. We loved our stay

This place was perfect for our weekend in polson! We had 15 girls for a bachelorette party. It had more than enough room an the dock was awesome! No one complained about noise, an dale was always reachable. He responded to every text right away. Highly recommend for any big groups!

The place was just right and worked out very well. I recommend to any large group. Lots of places to sleep, kitchen worked great, and the place was clean. Dale was easy to work with and knowledgeable of the area.

Rented this space for a bachelor party! Good place if you want to sleep a large amount of people. The only negative thing I will say is that if you have boats or multiple people with vehicles, parking is a nightmare. Besides that it was great for the 14 guys that stayed.

It says there is 5 bedrooms but there is only 4 and one of those is accessed thru another bedroom. what they are calling a 5th bedroom is just an open space at one end of the kitchen. we made it work but not what we were expecting. Access to the dock was great except that the road that it is across from is Highway 93 and there is a lot of traffic so a bit of a challenge to get across sometimes. realized when we got there why there are no picks of the outside area. there's just the parking lot. The grill was nice but was out of gas the first time we went to use it. Luckly one of the people with us had a tank with them. Dale got it filled the next day. He was great to deal with and very helpful. The lake was great and we probably will come back again to that area but I'm not sure we would rent this place again depending on what else was available.

This house was perfect for what we needed with a big group of multiple families. There was plenty of space and Dale was great to offer recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our time here. It was a friend gathering of 16 and Dale was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is fantastic, perfect walkability to downtown and across the road from the water. The amenities and cleanliness of the place was top notch. Definitely recommend for a large group. Thank you!

We had our wedding at a venue in Polson and booked this place for our bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. So many beds! A full kitchen with an extra fridge (perfect for all of our cupcakes!), two full bathrooms, and an additional TV room with a table and a couch. Super clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We had three families (total of 13 ppl) share this VRBO and had a wonderful time. The location and VRBO was exactly what we needed. Dale, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. He went out of his way a few times to help us with additional requests and always came through. The house is on a main road but it wasn’t bad as we were still able to sit outside and the lake was right across the street. He has a private pier for his VRBO residents where we were able to swim, watch the sunset and fish off of. For the inside of the house there were two private bedrooms and two other large rooms that had multiple beds. In one room each of our 7 kids got their own queen size bed which they truly enjoyed! He had several small eating tables set up though out the house though it would have been nice to have one large table set up in the kitchen area for the whole family to sit at together. Plenty of kitchen supplies, nice bathrooms, washer/ dryer, lots of towels, small TV room, but spacious overall. The house was clean but you could smell that pets are allowed in the VRBO. The VRBO has all your basic needs so it was perfect for what we needed and Dale was the perfect host! Definitely would stay here again.

The bedroom with the 4 single beds can only be accessed via the bedroom with the one queen sized bed, so keep that in mind. We loved the washer and dryer being there so we could clean up after family get-togethers around town and after being in the lake.

Exactly as advertised! Lots of beds and a ton of room! The washer/dryer make an extended trip much more pleasurable! Several different rooms for gathering so the house never seems crowded.

The space had everything we needed and plenty of sleeping room. Able to BBQ and sit outside and enjoy the lake on the dock. Dale took care of everything, highly recommend this space for a vacation on the lake.

This was a perfect place for our family get together. We had a friend's wedding in Polson and wanted something where our family could spend some time together. It was wonderful! The cousins loved that they could have a room for themselves to visit, and each had their own queen bed which was a huge hit! The kitchen was well furnished for our needs. The view of the lake was beautiful and right across the road so the kids could visit. I would recommend this as a perfect spot for large family get togethers.

We booked this property so our families could visit and attend the wedding of a friend. This property was perfect for us! My 6 grandchildren enjoyed the fact that they could all stay together in one room. The kitchen was well furnished, and our host, Dale, was wonderful to work with. There is a beautiful view of Flathead Lake which is right across the road. Perfect place for large family get togethers.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious for my husband and myself. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the washer and dryer. View was terrific. We were able to easily travel to Glacier National Park, Whitefish, Bigfork and other attractions. Owner was very helpful, giving us suggestions and directions.

We had a family reunion in Polson, MT this past weekend and booked our accomodations with Group Vacation Rentals. The pictures on the internet did NOT do this place justice. I was so pleased when we actually saw how nice this place really was. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot! We had 19 people with four families represented and my sister and niece joined us for two nights. Never once did I feel crowded or closed in. EACH FAMILY HAD ITS OWN BEDROOM and the two bathrooms met our needs nicely. We did the cooking in the KITCHEN, but used an open area when we all wanted to gather together to eat or visit. A second refrigerator was in that area which was nice for storing snacks and drinks. One room housed a dining room table, TV, microwave, book shelf with books and DVD's. THE BEDS WERE SUPERB! And the blankets will be on several Christmas lists this year! Dale, the owner, was very nice and so helpful! Our family has been getting together every year for the past seven years and this place had a better set up of than any of the previous places we stayed, which included a family member's house, motels, campgrounds, and church camps. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, but it is especially nice for groups.
