About this house rental
Located in Summerlin, this lovely house for $282 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The whole house with all kinds of amenities less than the price of one hotel room. Airy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath plus a den, a large living room, tile and wood floors, approx. 1900 sq ft. All white kitchen, pool/spa, outdoor dry sauna, kids game table, charcoal BBQ grill, parking garage. Free high speed Wifi, Roku TV. Pool/spa Just remodeled but may not be always available due to the frequent high wind storm or emergency repairs, heating fee is $50 per day for that pool and $25 for the spa and sauna with advanced notice. Early check in fee is $25/ hour based on availability. Clean towels, sheets, shampoo, soap, and kitchen utensils are provided. Tv in the den and master bedroom. The mattresses are medium firm. I will do my best to accommodate you with all of your needs asap if possible as i would like to obtain a 5 star review. The decoration in the pictures may vary due to continuous up grades, but not brand new so please do not expect perfection. FYI There are 4 security cameras outside of the house 3 at the front, the one at the back overlooking the pool and in the garage. You may turn off the one by the pool if you need more privacy and plug it back in after use. There are many great amenities near the property, a few are listed below: Walk across the street to a beautiful park with all kinds of amenities, basketball court, children playground, jogging/ walking track, exercise bars etc. Also minutes away from to the Charlie Kellogg and Joe Zaher Sports Complex and Amanda and Stacy Darling Tennis Center which has many great facilities; 11 lighted soccer fields, dog runs, Covered picnic areas, playgrounds, Multi-use 2.44 mile track surrounding the park. Only a short 20 min from the beautiful Red Rock canyon hiking/park and the LV strip and the great downtown Summerlin mall and resort hotel with a bowling alley. Also nearby Marriott hotel resort and golf. Grocery shops 5 min away and many restaurants are nearby. City business license number; G67-00279. Wifi info located on the modem

It was nice to have all of the comforts of home. We were able to have breakfast before adventuring out for the day. It was disappointing to find out that the pool and hot tub were only available at an additional expense, that was not stated in the description of the property That was not stated in the property description. One of the benefits of having a Vrbo is having access to the washer. There is an out of order sign on the washer, and there is water on the floor. I will provide the owner with pictures of additional cleaning needed.

Overall the house need a lot of tlc. Holes in walls, trim pieces missing or in need of paint, window blinds that did not work or missing pieces, stains on cabinets, carpet on stairs was so disgusting we never walked Bear foot on it, the front yard was not kept clean and the biggest disappointment was the pool area which in the photos looks amazing and I won’t forget the two junk grills in the back pool area. I do not recommend this house to anyone, for this price stay at a hotel and save yourself some heartache. If home was in the condition of what the photos show- we would definitely be a returning guest.

It is obvious the house was not lived in for awhile. Outdated. Sheets don't fit. Not enough towels, we had to buy more. Pool was to be heated which it started to be, but wasn't cleaned until after a few days of being there, so it was not used. Roof pins for pigeons all over pool area, dangerous.
Security bars on some windows were not secure. Fridge water and ice machine not working. Garbage disposal not working. Garage a mess. Limited instructions by owner. Place needs help! Not worth price.

When we showed up the pool was dirty and patio had hoses laying everywhere to be tripped on plus the hot tub was supposed to be heated in the instruction I know we had to pay extra for pool plus water pressure and heated water sucked and the dishwasher really does not clean

We love this area and we were not disappointed. The house had a lot of things ready for visitors. The only problem we had was that thr Keurig didnt work but there was another coffee pot so it wasnt too much an inconvenience for us.

Pictures were misleading. Beds were extremely small and uncomfortable. Hot tub was not hot when we checked in. Hot tub and pool heater did not work. Will not book this house again.

No water for over a day and no heat. Owner expects for us to fix the heater and turn water back on which we ended up going to Home depot to buy tool to turn the water back on . Would never go back.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Our stay for New Years was not worth the money I paid. I want to first start off by pulling up to the house it’s in a rough area with two rough neighbors. We get to the door and the codes do not much anything online in the description. Second there are signs posted if you write a bad review the owner will charge $500 immediately to my credit card. That’s not right. Also, the pool the bottom of the hot tub was peeling off and was all over the backyard. The blinds in all rooms are ripped and just dirty. The showers all have mold and mildew in them. It’s very very dirty house to stay at. The signs throughout the house say different things then was is disclosed on VRBO app.
I do not recommend this property to anyone. And if my card does get charged I will go to VRBO direct.

Great for families
We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The pool heater controls could use improvement on the last day we turned the heat on in the morning expecting to come back to a warm pool but it didn't work and the pool was cold. Being the end of our trip there was no time to fix it. Otherwise the pool and house were great.

Perfect place for my family. 1/2 block from a awesome walking/running path and park. Quiet. Communication with owner almost instantly. Plenty of sheets/towels. Kitchen adequately supplied with needed items. We will stay again next time we come. Thanks Ben for a great place.

Stay away! We were really conned.
We arrived at this property and were devastated. Nothing like the photos, the backyard & pool (which the kids had been so excited about) were filthy, and worst of all, there were two fewer usable beds than were promised (the owner has sinced changed the description and lowered the number of maximum guests on the website). He made no real effort to help with our concerns (3 families all agreed) but directed us to two crumpled air mattresses, complete with dirty sheets, on the floor of the closet. HomeAway found us "emergency" alternative housing, but the stress and inconvenience of dealing with this, especially while traveling with children, was really tough. We were there for about 2 hours trying to decide what to do before letting the owner know we were leaving. We decided to place a claim with HomeAway including photos of the issues (we took lots of pictures) but did not receive any refund from the owner. What a nightmare, and HomeAway can't refund your money. Oh, and while filling out a claim, I realized that I had been charged extra or double for several fees. My fault for not checking closely to begin with on that one.
I've never complained like this about an experience on any service, let alone felt I had to leave, risking the money we'd spent already.
Stay away from this property. The owner is dishonest and it's not worth it.

Spacious home in a great neighborhood.
This house has a great layout. Downstairs is the living area with a nice sunny open kitchen with access to the outdoor patio and pool area. There were even fresh lemons for us! Also 2 living area’s - one with a TV and another with a mini pool table which was alot of fun. There was ample space upstairs where the bedrooms were located. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great place for a family vacation
This is a wonderful large secure home that is close to entertainment yet located in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from a large park. The owner was very easy to contact and he cares about your comfort. I’m not giving this a 5 Star review because the home needs some minor repairs and upgrades. I would suggest upgrading the tiny towels, buying new bedsheets, purchasing a few new pots/pans for the kitchen, and fixing minor broken items.
