My son and I rented this home for a week. We got 5 rounds of golf in. Location was perfect. Great grocery store within walking distance. Once we got the spa working, things were great. Would absolutely rent again.

This property was wonderful for our families with 4 younger kids. The house is laid out well with great furnishings. The pool and hottub were enjoyable for everyone. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

A group of us stayed here for a mountain bike event and we were so happy with the home and location. The home is great for a large group - comfortable and well stocked. We had an initial issue with the remote control that heats the hot tub and pool, but reached out to the contact listed and he walked us through it (main control unit is on the side of the house and new batteries fixed the issue with the remote). Backyard is private, with great views and we felt like we were centrally located to everything Sedona has to offer. Jeff is a fantastic host - very thorough and quick to respond when we reached out. Thanks so much!

Tucked away, but close to everything. Great location to all the best hikes Sedona offers! Away enough from Sedona to avoid the mid-day traffic. We walked to the grocery store, breakfast, & coffee shops. It was great!

Beautiful home in the perfect location! We where in Sedona for my son's wedding at Hilton Bell Rock which is only a few blocks away from the home. Jeff the owner was very easy to get in touch with, and responded right away to the concerns we had. There are a couple of things that could be addressed in the home. The beds are in need of an upgrade, along with the pillows. There where no extra sheets or linen left out, but Jeff responded very quickly and resolved the problem. However there where no washcloths or hand towels in the bathrooms and a few of the towels are in of replacement. We had some issues with the pool being too hot and hot tub not hot enough, the pool system is a little confusing to operate, but overall we enjoyed the pool. The overall cleanliness of the home was good, except for some cob webs across the ceiling in kitchen and living room, hanging kitchen lights haven't been dusted for a long time. The cleaning company needs to pay a little more attention to the details. I would recommend this home to anyone and Jeff was a delightful host. I hope to return to Sedona soon !

My friends and I stayed at the property for a long weekend on a girls trip. The house was in good condition, had plenty of space for the 4 of us and provided beautiful views of the surrounding area.
To get to downtown Sedona was about a 15-20 minute drive (not far, but depending on the time of day a fair amount of traffic) but we knew that going in and based our decision on being off the beaten path a bit.
Jeff and Erica did send a list of instructions prior to the stay that were not included in the listing. At first, this seemed a bit daunting, but we quickly realized this was likely standard and intended to eliminate a constant back and forth with questions, which was understandable and appreciated. It posed no issues for us, and was quite helpful in the long run.
If you’re looking for a family stay or a long weekend in a quiet, comfy, residential setting, this is the spot!

From the time we walked in the door, got the garage door opener, turned by on the pool and spa heater, it was the beginning of paradise. The view out on the red rocks from the living room was sensational. The walk-in shower and the Jucuzzi tub in the Master bath were large and easy to use. The closet and the size of the master bath overalll were outstanding. The gas stove and the outside grill were large and a pleasure to us. Thanks, Jeff, for the use of your wonderful home! You are a wonderful host!

The house was beautiful but the pool was not taken care of like it should have been. It was not clean and the hot tub was only 1/2 full of water. It did not meet my expectations for the cost.

This is our second time staying at this house and it was as great as the first time. The first time it was just my husband and I and this time we brought our boys. The location is awesome as it's not in the hustle of Sedona and it's really close to a grocery store and several wonderful hikes. The house is very clean and the private pool is the best part of the house. It's a great way to relax and cool down after a morning of hiking and the kids absolutely loved it.
This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Sedona and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family (including 4 teenagers) absolutely loved this property! The pool was fabulous - both the teenagers and adults LOVED it! This location was a short and scenic 10-minute drive to Sedona, but Oak Creek also had great amenities to choose from. Great little grocery store just down the street for quick stops, Ace Hardware for non-grocery needs, and wonderful coffee shops and restaurants close by. We absolutely LOVE Sedona area and this property and hope to visit again soon!!

This house is great! We had a girls trip to Sedona (4 of us). The house was big enough for all of us. The laundry and kitchen were well stocked with things we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was 400 degrees while we were there! Okay maybe not 400 but it was hot! Great location for the activities we had in mind. AND, there is a grocery store in town, its called Clarks. We didn't see it at first and ended up going to another store about 20 mins away. The owner was easy to contact, he provided us with clear instructions as to what we could expect and what was expected of us. PS....we only saw 1 bat!

This home is absolutely GORGEOUS, with an incredible view right out the back door. It is absolutely serene to sit in the hot tub at night and be able to look up into the clear sky and see thousands of stars. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this home. Every single one of us kept commenting how beautiful the home was and wished we lived here! There is so much space in this home, and every amenity you could possibly need. The only thing I couldn’t figure out when we went grocery shopping right before check-in was what type of coffee maker was available, so just fyi it is a drip style coffee maker, but there are filters here.
Highly recommend one of the local wine tours and the moonlight train ride. The train ride was definitely the highlight for me, was so much better than expected!

So grateful to have had this beautiful home for our Sedona stay. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Close to town and epic hikes, and we were able to come home and rest in the pool and hot tub and enjoy the red rock view! Beds were really comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed. Stars at night were stunning to take in from the hot tub! Owners were quick to respond to any questions or needs - book here with confidence - we are certainly glad we did!

I rented Jeff and Eli's beautiful property for a fun Girls Weekend, and I must say it was completely perfect! It is such a well stocked home (spices, oils, air mattresses, sheets, pillows, towels etc!). If you are coming with a group, this is where you must stay! An added bonus is that it is a 1 mile bike ride or walk to a great system of trails that have amazing views of Sedona and Oak Creek. Thank you Jeff and Eli-we will be back♥️🌅🏜️🦋

Our family of 5 enjoyed this location in Oak Creek very much - it's so quiet! Close to nice grocery store, great restaurants, etc. Bell Rock hike was amazing! Day trip to Grand Canyon was easy with highway access. We had cooler weather but were still able to enjoy the hot tub and a day in the pool. Owner was easy to communicate with and listing was just as described.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 elementary age children. Our hosts were on top of everything, extremely helpful and you could tell how much pride they take in their Sedona home and surrounding area. The location of the house, scenery, hiking and things to do in the area for families is on our ‘repeat’ bucket list!

Boy, could not have asked for more for wife and kids and our anniversary. Everything was clean, well appointed and jumping into a hot spa after hiking each day made our early afternoons and nights better, with great red rock views at twilight and beautiful night stars. Highly recommend this VRBO listing. Home was wonderful, actually better than pictures, and looks to be the newest one in the neighborhood with modern SW adobe style and interior when compared to other standard homes in area. Location was super. Perfectly situated so that you're not deep in "tourist traffic" but yet close to everything. Furniture and appliances all looked fresh and new and owners were easily accessible. Definitely check out Butterfly Burger restaurant down the street (it's not a burger joint as name suggests. Nice evening grill restaurant with wonderful dishes, including of course meat and vegan burgers). Or the Italian, Cucina Rustica, fine dining down street also. Heavenly and wife loved it. Golf club and it's grill for twilight beers is just a walk down street too. We'll definitely be back this summer. Thanks, thanks, thanks again for treating us so well.

The location was great, however the house was “tired” and needed care. We rated it lower on cleanliness due to the condition of the furniture, mattresses, rugs, carpet, and even the towels. Two of the sinks were clogged and a faucet had a drip. Several lights were burned out. The sofas were completely shot and need to be replaced (one smelled of vomit). The master mattress was also worn out. Would have expected better for the price.

House was exactly as described! We were up for holiday fun in nearby cottonwood and this place met all our needs! Hot tub was amazing! Great communication with host! Coffee maker stopped working and we had a new one in under an hour! Thank you again! We had a great time!

We selected this home to spend Thanksgiving for our family in 2022. The home was clean, in a good location to grocery store and close to hiking trails. Two suggestions to the home owner. They need to get new couches in the family room. Being that these are the only place to sit, they are extremely worn and when you sit on them dust flies from the cushions and pillows. Second, upgrade your tv's to smart tv's. There is a whole page of instructions on how to use the TV and even a tech person to call when you have problems. In 2022, if you have to have a tech person on call to fix the tv setup (for a charge) then there is a problem. We couldn't get any of the TV's to work in any of the rooms. You could get rid of this whole page and having frustrated guests if you upgraded to smart TV's and allow people to plug in their own Apple TV or Roku. We never were able to watch tv except Netflix that was already loaded on the family room TV. Other than those two issues, we had a fun time sitting in the hot tub gazing at the stars at night. I've never seen so many stairs.

The house was beautiful. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only things that could be better are the beds, pillows, and couches. The beds are pretty hard, the pillows are flat and hard. Couches are hard. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

He was clear that the sheets were not fresh in the master bedroom There were no clean towels. We had to wash our own towels. Otherwise it was a terrific experience and I was still return to this location. I reached out via the app to get clarification on spa instructions, and never received a message back.
