Absolutely wonderful condo and location. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and trip! Very clean, felt like home, friendly neighborhood. Karen is a wonderful host. My mother and I bragged on everything all week long! Will definitely stay again!

My families experience with renting this property was fantastic. The condo is lovely and well equipped with a great view of the Atlantic ocean and a short walk to the beach. It is also very close to downtown St Augustine and all of it's charm. The owner Karen was excellent and quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend staying at this property to any one visiting St Augustine. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

This was our first time staying in St. Augustine. We have done several day trips to St. Augustine while on our vacations . We wanted a place that wasn’t super busy, the beach wouldn’t be super crowded, and not a large complex. This place was just the right place. It is only 3 stories and does have a elevator. The grounds and the pool are well maintained. We a very nice welcoming gift. The condo was clean, comfortable, the process to check in and out was very simple. Karen is a fantastic host. Her response time was quick. The only thing all of us agreed on was more bed pillows. All of us like to sleep with two pillows each. The beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect to slide into following a busy day on the beach or sightseeing. We had 8 turtles lay their clutch of eggs during our trip. I am sure when they hatch there will be some very happy people. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends.

Comfortably furnished unit with special welcoming touches by owner. Great view. Very convenient location with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance or minutes by car. Nicely maintained, refreshing pool.

Karen is a doll. She was very responsive to our needs. The beds were so comfortable as was the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. We really liked the location, very close to St Augustine and plenty of restaurants on the island. You won’t go wrong renting from Karen. Karen cares about her condo and her renters.

We have rented many VRBO condos. Karen's was the best! The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Beds comfortable and the kitchen overstocked with whatever we needed. Condo area was located in an easy access to traveling around St Augustine. And the view, oh the ocean view is wonderful! Karen, thank you for your 'over-the-top care as an owner.

Stayed 4/29/23-5/13/23. Everything was better than expected. Karen is a wonderful host and seems to think of everything. Condo is well stocked and, oh so beautiful. Very quiet building and located close to grocery store and restaurants. Plan to return next year.

This condo was perfect for our one week getaway. The photos on the VRBO site are accurate and the location and views are amazing. We were thrilled to have a direct ocean view to look at all day long and to even have a sunset view from the back of the condo. We even watched the SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral from the deck! Karen is such a pleasure to deal with, and she left amazing welcome gifts for us to enjoy. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen was well laid out and had plenty of utensils and dishes for our needs. The location is perfect because it's close to the tourist center of St. Augustine but the beach is quiet, clean, and away from the bustle of town. We hope to return again some day soon!

Property was clean and well stocked. We received a welcoming gift of wine and pastry and a nice handwritten note welcoming us. Condo access to the beach was private. It was a quiet location but minutes to St Augustine. We have already booked the same condo for next year.

Our 2nd time at Karen’s lovely condo. We came in late , long day, she had savory snacks waiting for us , bottle of wine & a delicious pastry in the fridge for the morning. Great location. Sunrises, dolphins, pelicans & even an armadillo in the yard this year. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or better host. Thank you Karen for sharing your condo & caring for us so well !!! Wonderful location. Loved watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The beach is great for walking. The condo has everything you need. It is also close to a grocery store and great restaurants. We will be back next year.

We’ve stayed at Karen’s Condo before, but this year we stretched our stay out to 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The Condo is ideally situated right on a quiet beach, but also close enough ( less than a 10 minute drive) to Old St. Augustine and all it’s shopping and restaurants. The Condo itself is spacious and clean, with a great balcony view overlooking the ocean. We brought an Apple TV unit with us this year to help keep the little ones occupied during the evening. Set up with the existing TV was a snap. Karen us a great host and is quick to respond to any questions or issues. All in all, it was a quick and wonderful 3 week stay! Highly recommended

The condo was the perfect size for my husband, 2 boys and myself. I never felt that we were on top of each other and had plenty of spaces to hang out. The porch is bigger than most and allowed us to eat, stargaze and watch the waves. The owner was very responses to our questions. She keeps you informed of anything goh g on around the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Karen's condo was perfect for my family of 3. As soon as we entered we noticed how fresh and clean it was. Karen takes extra care to make sure her condo feels like home. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. were provided (which is rare for condo rental) and the towels were folded in cute animal shapes which my daughter loved so much she kept one of them folded that way all week. The entire stay was very quiet and peaceful with only a few other families on the beach. Booking was a breeze and Karen provided all the information I needed to prepare for our stay. I hope to be able to stay here again next year.
