Quaint Cottage with 5 Stars and Amazing Beach Views!
About this house rental
We have a 30 day minimum for February and March 2024. We require a 7 day stay during the week of July 4th. Gulf View is back on the rental market! The Gulf View Beach House offers 2 bedrooms, all of the amenities you could ask for, and beautiful views of the beach. The free trolley picks you up on the corner to take you exploring and there are restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance! Walk the beach, look for dolphins playing in the surf, relax with your toes in the water and read a book. The house comes complete with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, wireless internet, washer and dryer, beach towels and more! We do limit the number of people staying or visiting the house to a total of 4 people. We want to keep this place in great shape. We have parking behind the house for 2 cars. Convenience and location makes this the perfect vacation Getaway! Just to be fair, at this time, there is road work going on in front of the house.

I cannot say enough about this little gem of a property! It was just as described, neat as a pin! But the best things were hidden in the details…the property manager’s thoughtful touches — night lights (for those of us who need to make our way to the restroom at night), blankets, games, dvds, books & magazines, beach chairs and an umbrella. Everything we could want! Can’t wait to come back again!

This is our second time coming back to this place. Bruce the property manager has been very welcoming since the beginning,easy communication from check in to check out. LOCATION IS SUPERB!!! Beach access is just across the property. Near everything!!!

We had a wonderful time! The location is ideal- steps from the beach and just a few blocks away from restaurants. Bruce is great; if you need anything he is extremely quick to respond. 100% recommend.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was the perfect location being right across the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We live about two hours north of Bradenton Beach and this was the perfect escape. We would definitely come back!

Bradenton Beach is a great vacation spot. This house was easy walking distance to the gorgeous beach, restaurants and shops. Nice large bathroom with washer and dryer. Owner was great supplying everything we needed. Only downside is it’s right on the main street so traffic can be loud throughout the night. Overall a great place and we’d be back.

You're right across the street from the beach. Maybe 30 seconds away! Easy walk to Bridge Street and several restaurants. Property was great for the 3 of us. Would DEFINITELY stay here again, and Bruce was easy to work with.

We had a great stay at this property. Bruce kept us up to date and responded to any questions we had. The house was very clean with great views. Steps from the beach and an easy walk up to Bridge Street. There is parking on site. And the bathroom was big and roomy .
We will definitely come back to this property.

My wife and I had a great time in the rental just a few steps across the road to get to the beach, everything you would need is provided in the house, very comfortable and cozy, most likely will go there again!

This property was perfect for a family with kids. It was clean and well stocked with anything you might need for the beach, including toys for the kids to enjoy at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would definitely stay here again.

The house is on the street and during the day the traffic can be annoying. At night, all you hear are the waves and the wind through the trees. This was our third stay at Bradenton Beach and this house was the best of the three.

We had a great time on the island. The house was comfortable and the location was better than good. This is a great location right across the street from the beach. The house was very clean, Bruce the owner was excellent, there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels everything that you need to go right across the street and have a great time. There was no lack of hot water for the shower so when coming back from the beach to get ready to go out and explore clean up for us was a breeze. Even though there’s not a patio to sit outside all the windows in the sitting living area and the dining room area in the kitchen have a great view that at night you can hear the ocean. We will definitely be back to stay

Great Getaway
This is a great location right across the street from the beach. The house was very clean, Bruce the owner was excellent, there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels everything that you need to go right across the street and have a great time. It just needs a deep cleaning and some minor repairs done. I did not notify the property manager with these issues because I really didn’t want someone coming in during our stay.

Beach Living
House had most everything needed and an absolute pleasure being across the street from the beach. Yes, traffic is always outside the rental, but everyone in the island must leave across a bridge. Owner, Bruce, is very nice to work with. A great vacation!

Beach getaway
My wife and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was very conveniently located to both the beach and Bridge St for all the attractions and restaurants. Bruce was more than helpful with all our questions and concerns. We appreciate all that Bruce did to help us! Until next year!!

Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. We loved that so many restaurants, shops, etc were within walking distance, and the beach across the street. So nice to have beach chairs and towels available- less to pack. Hope to visit again!
