Located in West Beach, this attractive condo for $445 per night is a great option for your next vacation. A newly top to bottom renovated condo with a gorgeous front ocean view! NEW as of November 2022: Dryer/Washer; Recliner; Outdoor furniture. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, located on the 7th floor, sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for a couple or a family with young children. Everything in the unit, including appliances and furniture, is brand NEW. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a King size bed in the bedroom, adorable built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room and a rocking recliner. A privacy pocket door can be used to separate the bedroom and bunk beds from the living area. We provide table and board games (checkers, dominoes, monopoly, Jenga, junior scrabble, etc), DVD movies and several books for your enjoyment. The unit has 2 HD TV’s, a blu-ray/DVD player. Mediacom cable and free wi-fi are provided by our owner association. We also provide Beach chairs (2) an umbrella and kids sand toys for you to relax at the beach. The amenities include a Gulf side pool, a hot tub, boardwalk w/shower to the beach, pool side restrooms, gulf side grills and a bicycle parking rack. The building has 2 elevators, luggage carts and a covered entrance with automatic doors to make it easy for you to unload as you come in. Note: no rentals will be allowed for guests under the age of 25 per our association rules. Please call the owners if you have any questions.

This place was AMAZING! From the minute we arrived we felt like we were at home. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins every morning was one of the highlights of my trip. The owners were so easy to deal with and answered all my questions. When we come back down, I will definitely be booking this place again if it's available.

The condo is fully renovated and immaculate. I would recommend this unit with two caveats: you will be awakened early on weekdays because the complex is being renovated and the unit sleeps a bit warm for my taste. There is no way to manipulate the thermostat.

Unfortunately....we had to leave. Other than sweating like Sasquatch in a tanning bed my family and I had one of the best trips ever. The condo was wonderful. Great view we saw dolphins ever morning from the balcony. Marina was great no problems during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay. My only recommendation would be to put a blackout curtain on the bedroom window as the security lights shine through too much. Otherwise it was great!!

We enjoyed our stay! Especially the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys since we flew in. The view was amazing! Communication was good. My girls loved the bunk beds! I enjoyed the Beach House Kitchen within walking distance; try the crawfish mac & cheese! FYI, bring extra toilet paper.

Marina was very prompt and cordial. Any and ask questions were answered whenever we had one. The listing was clean when we arrived and all pictures are accurate. There’s an amazing view from the balcony. Definitely recommend this listing

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very nice and had no issues during our stay. We found the unit as listed. Wonderful views. Bed was not to our liking but that differs person to person. We enjoyed several of the movies provided as there was not much on TV, so that was a nice thing to have. We appreciate you sharing a little peace of your heaven with us. Definitely on our list if it is the two of us again.

This was an amazing find! We loved the space and the location! Just turn left and walking distance is an amazing bar and restaurant. They supply you with all the beach goodies so you don’t have to. This was everything that was shown. Definitely a must stay! Thank you!!

The condo was nice and clean. Liked the location. Wish both elevator would have worked. Parking was very scarce. If you didn’t get back to your room early then you wouldn’t be able to find a park. Also dryer didn’t work. Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. This condo was not as expected based upon previous reviews and pictures. Pros: Wonderful view and balcony, Nice kitchen, Easy access to the beach, Fast elevators, Nicely decorated, Easy check in Cons: Very hard bed: This bed is not comfortable as is stated in other reviews. No blackout curtains in the bedroom. There is constant light into the room from the hallway light. Linens on the bed were stained. The comforters had obviously not been washed and also had a musty smell to them. Notified the dryer did not work ONLY AFTER arriving at the condo. Very dirty a/c vents! If you have any breathing issues, beware! Towels were thin and even fraying at the edges. Recliner was extremely worn. There was a blanket lying over the recliner to cover up the worn spots. Wi-Fi extremely slow; you can barely browse the internet. Other tips: bring your own tp, there were no cleaners left for the kitchen to clean up, only one roll of paper towels, only 2 trash bags

We had a great time here! My kids and I loved it and we will definitely be back. Check in was easy, communication with owner was great, pool was nice and clean and we were right on the beach and had an amazing view from our balcony. There’s a pull out couch and I’m glad there was because my son wouldn’t have fit in the bunk beds. He’s 6 foot. Other than that, it was perfect!
