You'll enjoy this new since 2017, well decorated 3 bedroom plus bonus room, 3 ½ bath luxury townhome with all its amenities including a private elevator, granite countertops, ceramic tile showers, glass shower doors, outdoor gas grill, all Bedrooms with smart TVs, 55-inch smart TV in Great Room, 3 decks/patio with beautiful ocean views, hardwood and tile floors throughout. This 2nd row beach home is the perfect size for a large family or two families. It sleeps 10 comfortably and is equipped with a Master 1 - King bed, a Master 2 - Queen bed, a Bedroom - one full and twin bunk bed, and bonus room with Queen bed. New Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattresses. A fully outfitted kitchen is open to the bright, airy living space, which has a dining table for eight and breakfast bar for four. If you prefer to dine al fresco, a gas grill, wet bar, restrooms, outdoor shower, dining tables and comfortable lounge chairs are available at the pool area just steps away. Or eat out at one of many wonderful restaurants nearby. Beach access is directly across the street with the cross walk a few steps from the patio. You can swim or surf in water warmed by the gulf stream, build a sand castle, or walk down the beach to the Kure Beach and Carolina Beach Boardwalks. Washing off the sand after a day at the beach is easy with the outdoor shower. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The property was clean and well maintained and the amenities were perfect. The responsiveness from both Brenda and Barbara was wonderful. Barbara was kind enough to offer us a late checkout and we were so grateful to have a little extra time in the morning.

Our family loved our stay. The location is great and close to many restaurants and local attractions. The communication between the property manager/owners was excellent. They were very accommodating and readily available for anything that we needed. The kitchen/common area on the 3rd floor was a great space and perfect for our family. The elevator was a game changer making packing/hauling groceries a breeze. The beach was also easily accessible. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

Great unit! Clean, cold AC, excellent location to beach access with a great view. Manager was very responsive and even had someone to the property within 10 minutes to fix a minor issue. Would stay again!

This was a great property with the perfect amount of communication with the hosts. Other than some Wi-Fi blips the week was great! Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to the pool. The kids loved it as much as the adults.

This house was perfect for our family and we had a great time. Everything was very comfortable and welcoming with enough space for us to spread out for some quiet time or come together for fun!
Location was perfect, with a view of the beach with access right across the street and a nice pool as an option. Easy walk to great restaurants, fishing pier and arcade. This place offers something for everyone.
And the property manager and owners were very helpful and available, responding quickly to any questions via text.
We hope to come back again on our next family vacation!

Location great, easy walk to the beach. The elevator was great for those of us with mobility issues. The only improvement that would make it better would be easier chairs to get in and out of for seniors. We ended up bringing our folding chairs up for the decks and the living room.

This was our first time visiting this area. The house was perfect for 10 people. Lots of bathrooms and the upstairs was awesome to sit, visit, and cook. Great location to the beach and pool. Loved having a grill and a garage for storage!!

This house was perfectly located at a crosswalk to the beach, with a pool sized for the kids! Check in was easy. The property manager was responsive to requests, and it was a great location to explore the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice town house located on a family friendly beach and away from the tourist area. Quick walk to the beach! Home was well stocked and enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided. Lots of sand toys available to use. Plenty of room for our family which included 2 littles! Brenda was very responsive and helpful with answering questions before our stay, and Barbara was very helpful with check in and responding during our stay. A beautiful place to vacation!

The property was beautifully and so clean. Was better then the pictures on the website. The house was far enough from the busy town but close enough to food and entertainment. Will definitely be booking this property again.

Great location with beach access across the street. Great amenities with beach chairs and assortment of bikes provided. We enjoyed watching some of the old DVD movies provided and The Masters while it rained. Very comfortable and great location. Would definitely rent again.

The accommodations were prefect for our 2 families. Has 2 master bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We were super grateful for the elevator as one of the guest has a leg injury.
We all loved the 3 floor outdoor seating and the house had lots of board/card games.
Would recommend to anyone looking to spend the week at a clean and quiet beach.

Kure all your worries at this beautiful beach condo!
This spacious condo was perfect for our multi-generation beach trip! The elevator provides safety for elderly guests or those with limited mobility and was so convenient for grocery and beer runs, since the living area is on the 3rd floor. The home was clean and cute, and best of all, it’s conveniently located mere steps from the beach. No need to load up the car, look for parking, etc. We loved popping between the beach and pool, then back to the house for a quick meal or reprieve from the sun. The bikes were a fun and convenient addition, but be sure to pack all your own beach gear— towels, chairs, shade, cart/wagon, etc. When we had questions or minor issues throughout our stay, the property manager and host were responsive and helpful. If you’re an early bird, the sunrises on the cheerfully decorated 3rd floor deck are not to be missed! This beach and home convinced this lake-loving family of boaters that beach people might really be on to something!

Beautiful vacation home. Plenty of space for our entire family of six adults and three children. Perfect location - Right at the beach access. Close enough to Carolina Beach, but far enough away that there were no big crowds. Great, well-maintained pool. We would highly recommend this property.

Brenda’s house is clean and comfortable with updated everything. Walk to the pool And beach are short and easy. Loved the bikes and chairs being available to us. The road was a little noisy for a couple of bedrooms, but a sound machine was helpful. It also was Jeep weekend so that may have made it a bit louder.

Beautiful property, great location!
We had a great stay here. The property was just as described; reverse layout was perfect for watching the sun rise & set 😊. The beach was being serviced/resurfaced during our stay, so we had to use another access point, but wasn't too much of an inconvenience. We'll be back!

The property was very nice, kitchen was far better equipped with all necessities than many beach rentals. Property manager was very attentive and responsive to any concerns. We would definitely consider a return rental.

We had a fabulous experience!! From check in to check out all went so smooth! Property was incredible. Amenities were tremendous. Elevator was greatly appreciated for spinal cord injury guest, hip and knee issues. View was beautiful. Access to beach was convenient and easy. Beach was spectacular. We had plenty of beach space. Easy to access restaurants and activities. Host was friendly and helpful. Really terrific vacation. Hope to be able to come back in the future!!

Scott and Brenda's home was a perfect midway retreat for us and our two grown children and their families coming from different states. It is located in a small townhome community right across the road from the public beach access. Parking is tight with 2 cars in driveway and a few auxiliary areas for the 3rd. The one-car garage has a ping pong table, bikes, working grill, and assorted beach paraphernalia. You provide your own beach towels, but other linens were plentiful. Kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pans, hand mixer, blender, spices, Keurig and drip coffeemaker etc. Appreciated elevator to get belongings up and down. Quiet washer, dryer, dishwasher. TV's in all bedrooms. Upstairs family room has large TV and lots of games. We liked that the 8 of us could all sit together at the large dining table. Upper floor deck has lovely ocean view. Would definitely return if opportunity arose. Three bedrooms on middle floor, one with bunk beds and double bed for kids, a hall bath, a small bedroom in the middle, and a king size bed with en suite bath at end. Another queen bedroom with en suite bath on ground level, perfect for the grandparents. Community pool is small, but kids loved it as a beach alternative. Also enjoyed the aquarium, jet ski rental, and Cell Block D escape room.

Easy access to beach and area activities. Pool was sufficient for entertaining kids and cooling off. Would recommend a window shade on kitchen windows to allow dining at the table. Had sun in our faces at dinner most days. Had a good time with family.
