The townhouse is very nice inside and out - the swimming pool is only a few steps from the patio. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach, and the Thursday Night Fish Fry.

Excellent location. 5 min walk to Grace Bay beach. Communication with property manager prior to arrival was great. Property mgr had someone check in on us midweek as well to see if we needed anything. Check in was no problem whatsoever. Unit was clean, spacious & well equipped. Nice pool. All linens, beach towels, coolers & beach chairs were provided. We will be back for sure. Cheers.

This property beats staying at one of the all inclusive resorts on the beach. You have plenty of space to unwind and your not overcome by crowds. House was very clean and beds were super comfortable ! Kitchen was also very well stocked.

Really, really excellent stay, experience, and property. It was 1/3 the price of the local resorts, was walkable to anything you could want to visit, and the service/communications around the property were top notch. I highly recommend!

The pool, steps from our back patio, was cleaned daily, always empty so we had it to ourselves! The location is great. We did not rent a car and even with a 2 1/2 year old, easily walked to the beach at Grace Bay (near The Sands) where chairs and umbrellas were available. We didn’t need them as the house was fully equipped with all beach supplies, including kids toys which we carried to the beach with us. Several highly recommended restaurants on the island (Hemingways, Mr Grouper) were also within a 10-minute walk. We could also walk to the location of the Thursday night Fish Fry and the Regent Village shopping area. All-in-all, this is a great choice for a stay in Turks & Caicos. We highly recommend it!

The property was perfect for our family of four. It is within walking distance of grace bay and the beaches. It has all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and coolers. The owners were responsive and helpful.

Not being directly on the water or the main strip makes it a lot quieter while still being within walking distance to most things. Of course, renting a car opens up a lot more of the island as taxis are very expensive.

Our family of four, mom/dad/two daughter (6 and 4) had a fabulous time in Turks and Caicos, just a short walk from Grace Bay. The property was exactly what we wanted/expected - it was huge, with plenty of space for our family. Sure - it wasn’t brand new as compared to some of the brand new hotels on Grace Bay, but it was clean, all of the appliances worked well, it was well stocked, and affordable as compared to what the beachfront properties were charging. This was a fantastic deal for a trip over the Christmas holiday. About the property - again, it was huge and clean and had everything we needed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, new beach chairs and umbrella, two large coolers. Just great. The pool was right off the screened in porch and it was well maintained. The kiddos loved swimming in the pool after spending time at the beach. Grace Bay was a short walk or drive (plenty of parking). We drove every day because we packed up chairs and a cooler and beach toys - too much to carry with two kids. But it was a simple 10 minute walk if you didn’t have a ton of stuff to carry. Plenty of restaurants, grocery options and shops in the area too - again, a short walk or drive with plenty of parking. Definitely recommend renting a car but not a necessity. Shanta was awesome to work with. Great communication and checked in on us often. We had a small issue with the coffee maker on the first day, and she brought over a brand new coffee maker the same day. Nothing on the island is more than 15 or 20 minutes away and most places are within a couple minutes of Shanta’s place. We also did the Love Buggy Tour (good vibes!) which was super fun. And we did the Island Vibes Tours with Captain Dre and Palmer, which was fantastic! We snorkeled where they caught lobsters and fish (and cooked them for us!) we went to iguana island, saw turtles, did some shelling, and the highlight was swimming with Jojo the dolphin! That doesn’t happen often, but we found Jojo and was able to get in the water and swim right next to him (with my 6 year old). Overall - great place for the holiday! Highly recommend! Property was very nice, as the pictures show. Area was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. Street leading in could be a bit better lit for night walks, but overall the stay was GREAT! Perfect unit for 2 couples or family.

We had a great stay over Christmas and New Years with our 8 and 9 year-old kiddos. The beach is an easy 10-12 minute walk, and the coffee shops/restaurants/shops are all about a 15 minute walk from the property. Check-in was easy, and Shanta emailed me throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We will likely rent a car next time as we heard great things about other beaches and restaurants (taxis are quite expensive), and the grocery store is a bit too far to carry back more than 1-2 bags. Overall, excellent stay, and it was nice to be in a quiet area in the evenings and nights away from the large hotels. Looking forward to visiting again next year! Rebecca Madison, WI

This townhome was exactly what we were hoping for and more! It is in the perfect location in the heart of Grace Bay walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Shanta was always available to answer any questions we had. The home is stocked with everything you could need during your stay (cooking supplies, towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc). We had another couple with us and both rooms were very spacious with their own attached full bathroom which was ideal. The community is gated and we never felt unsafe during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting TCI!

we enjoy a lot, we were 5 adults and a baby. so it was perfect for us with enough space for everybody so we didn't feel squeeze. the only enhancement would be a better sleeping sofa, the mattress was too soft. kitchen is perfect, dining space too

We were 2 couples staying for 10 days shortly after Xmas and I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo owned by Marc and Shanta. The location was perfect as we were within walking distance of many restaurants, beaches and the shops at the Salt Mills just down the street. We did have a car and explored many of the great beaches on Turks and Caicos. The weather was absolutely perfect for the entire 10 days with bright sun and blue skies every day. The condo was exactly as pictured with a well stocked kitchen and was was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was just outside our screened porch and was a great place to relax after the beach. The condo came with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella which we used each and every day. The only issue we had was keeping the front bedroom cool at night however we learned that if you keep both bedroom doors open during the night everyone was very comfortable while sleeping. Marc and Shanta were very accomodating and wonderful hosts during our entire stay. We would certainly consider returning to this unit in the very near future. I would have no problems in recommending this unit to others.

The location was ideally located in Grace Bay and close to the Salt Mills shopping area. Our condo was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Though not directly on the beach, the beach was easily accessible. The host was also very accommodating to ours needs. We had a nice vacation and would recommend to others.

Great stay on TCI at this condo 7/2-7/9. Lots of room for our family. We had a great time, Marc & Shanta were great, meeting us at the condo late on the night we arrived. The condo comes "fully equipped" as we didn't find ourselves needing anything that we wish we had. it truly felt like a home away from home. We did make the walk to the nearby grocery store - probably great in the winter but a little warm during the summer. We rented a car from Grace Bay Rentals and had a great week in TCI.

Marc did a great job of preparing us for our stay at TCI as well as meeting us at the condo. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos, clean, well furnished and appointed with most of everything you would need for your stay including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. There is pool right outside the condo as well as a deck and BBQ grill. Walk to the town is about 15 minutes, beach about 7 minutes. Town has access to a supermarket as well as car rental which I highly recommend. As an aside AC is unfortunately central and you can't control which room you are cooling so keep that in mind. Access to bicycles would have been nice, although you can rent them in town for about $20/day. Overall great stay on this beautiful island.

My husband, myself and another couple stayed at Palmyra Villas April 2nd - 7th. It was our first time to TCI. We absolutely fell in love with this island. I must start by saying my husband and I island hop quite a bit, but this place has the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The villa was perfect for 2 couples. Mark met us upon arrival and was great to work with. He made sure we were all set before leaving. The unit has beach chairs which we used quite a bit and everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The island can be quite expensive, but once you figure out where the locals buy their groceries and personal items it is more reasonably priced. We had a car which made life even easier. I would definitely recommend a car rental because it allows you to explore various beaches on the island. The condo is also central to shops and restaurants which was great. Most beaches took us no more than 10 minutes by car. However, there is a beach right near the villas which is about a 5 minute car ride away. It could be walking distance but may be difficult if lugging equipment (snorkel, chairs, food, etc.) I would definitely recommend TCI and staying at this condo. The upgrades were a nice touch and the condo is very clean and well maintained. We would for sure stay here again!

We stayed at Palmyra Villas from March 12-17, 2015. It was a girl getaway to TCI..Shanta meet us at the villas and explained everything to us. She was very welcoming. The villa comes complete with EVERYTHING ie, silverware, cookware, towels, beach equipment. They also included a binder which answers all common questions relating to the villa... They also gave us a cellphone to make local calls.. If you get a chance dine at Crackpot Kitchen which is located behind Palmyra Villas. The ambience is nice and the food is great. The location couldn't get any better.. We were a 8 minute walk to the beach through the Sands resort. The walk to Sand Mills wasn't bad either.. We spent ample time on the beach AND we did a lot of activities also. Everything was in walking distance so we just made sure we put on some sunscreen and walked the Grace Bay Area.. It was an EPIC weekend and the accommodations were REALLY NICE... I would stay at Palmyra Villas on my next trip...
