About this house rental
Situated in Boulder Bay, this lovely house for $395 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Modern, nicely furnished home with large HDTV, 5 person hot tub, BBQ on lower deck, Game room and modern stainless steel kitchen. Game room has pool table, and air hockey. We have three bedrooms with log style king bed in large master bedroom, queen beds plus single beds in each of the the other two bedrooms. Living room has two single chairs, love seat, and couch. Dining room has log style table and chairs that seats 8. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family of up to 8. There is a washer and dryer. Walking distance to Boulder Bay park with kayak, biking and paddle board rental a block away. Park has large fishing pier and picnic areas with restrooms. Many hiking trails are nearby. Alpine water park and snow tubing a couple of miles away. Ski resorts close by with bus stop right in front that takes you there or to beautiful downtown area with many nice restaurants and great shopping in stylish boutiques.

Overall, we had a great stay. We liked that the property was secluded in Boulder Bay. The cabin is very roomy and conducive to hanging out. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room (just know the room is chilly, even with the provided space heater), and cooked many meals.
Sleds are provided, too, and there was a small hill behind the cabin for quick sledding.
We slept well. The cabin is equipped with most amenities.
We'd definitely return.

Convenient location to lake and park
The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy. The grandkids loved the game room and hot tub. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Decorated cute and lodgey! Kinda was perfect for our little family of 4! Beds were ok but if you bring your own pillows you should sleep good. Location was great and prop manager was super nice! Overall it was a great stay for us! Hot tub in snow was NICEEEE! Would stay again for sure! It was clean too :)

I loved staying at this house. It was beautiful, clean, cozy, had everything I needed, spacious, and the property management was very friendly. I would recommend if you want to stay in a nice quiet place like this please do. We stayed from Friday to Monday because it was a surprise proposal for my daughter and everything turned out great.

Cabin was great, fun for the kids, perfect location very short drive to everything in Big Bear, small stroke and liquor store right around the corner. Close to the lake walking distance.Check in host great!!Cabin was clean and well stocked with all your basic needs!I would recommend a stay here to my family and friends.

Had some issues with the hot tub, TV remote, and heater but they we're quickly resolved with swift communication from the owner. Bring a spatula if you plan to cook! All in all, this was a great place and we would come back again.

We had a great time this past weekend. We arrived at the house, and it was a breeze getting in to the property. The hot tub was heated up and ready for us to use that evening, and my son absolutely loved the game room. The house is very cozy, and we were very happy and felt right at home.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a pre-Christmas getaway and a few days of skiing. The home was decorated for the holidays and perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was well maintained. The game room was fun for the kids. The master bathroom was big and luxurious.

Great weekend away!
The location was great (walked over to rent paddleboards, steps from the lake), and there's a corner store nearby. It was a very short drive into town for socially distanced restaurants. Hot Tub was perfect, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools, and the TV was great to use Netflix and such. The game room was also a very nice touch (though a little outdated). Overall very comfortable stay with lots of room.

We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. There is a house next store that we will look at renting if we return with other family members or friends. The bedrooms were very nice. Great getaway
We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, walking distance to the lake. It had everything we needed for preparing meals and was very comfortable. The kids loved the game room! I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because there were a few things that needed a little more attention. But overall it was a very nice place to stay and we would recommend it.
