The unit comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer and plenty of ways to enjoy yourself, like Free wi-fi, 3-D television, surround sound, a PlayStation 3 and televisions in the bedrooms, not to mention the Mariner’s two heated pools on spacious brick patios surrounded by palm trees. The unit also includes a beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
