About this condo rental
6/18 /23, Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Some construction is still continuing. What it does offer is a beautiful sunrise from your PRIVATE balcony or beach access just footsteps away. Clean oceanfront condo. Two queen beds, 1 queen/murphy ( orthopedic mattress), One queen pull-out sofa bed. 1 full split bathroom, vanity separate from tub/shower, and commode. Saves time while other takes shower. Full kitchen with all appliances (toaster, can opener, blender, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer ) everything you need to fix your favorite meal. Dining table seats four. Forty-two inch SMART TV with three HBO channels. Free WiFi. This is a second-floor unit with steps or elevator access. My favorite is, waking up and catching a beautiful sunrise. The resort features a remolded fitness center with a great ocean view and coin washers/dryers, all with elevator access. So bring your bathing suit and enjoy one of the most beautiful spots on the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, and nightlife all within walking distance, or hop on the city bus to other attractions.

Kitchen utensils, silverware, dishes, & equipment totally disorganized. Not a complete set of anything. Coffee maker & toaster missing parts. Not a (1) bedroom main complaint. Great location & clean.

The listing was accurate but the check in information never gave the room number. I had to contact the host a couple of times and she did get back to me. Overall good stay. Thank you

Absolutely loved the view, ocean, sleeping accommodations wonderful. It was so nice to have a full bathroom and a nice kitchen it was very accessible to other stores within walking distance from Burger King, miniature golf, CVS and so much more. We had A blast!!!

Lovely studio in a great area right on the beach. Quiet at night, beautiful during the day, and everything you need including games for the kids.

Nothing better than being able to watch the sun rise from your room/balcony with a nice cup of coffee- maybe my favorite part of this stay! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, and equipped with what you need for a beach stay. Loved my time here.

Was as described, right on top too ocean. Only drawback was no bathroom by pool, had to take elevator to next floor. Condo had everything needed for stay.

We really liked the oceanfront view and the pool. Really the only thing I had an issue with was the AC didn't work very good. Set on 62 it was still very hot in the room. Had to go buy a big fan to help it stay cool.

Host responded quickly to any questions i had. Check in was a little tricky with the lick box for the key but host helped me through it.
