This Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at Southshore Shores Resort. The unit features wood floors and many upgrades. The condo includes a King in the master and a King in the Guest. Boat slip available upon request! Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable '7 South' area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun. Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right near the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive! Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property! Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs at a property that is setup for a perfect stay! Guests have sole access to their unit. Southshore has a lake-side pool and hot tub that are available for you to use, along with an additional pool located by the "K" building. There are also tennis courts in the neighborhood that are open for guest use. Also in the Southshore Neighborhood are a few buildings of Timeshares. There are specific amenities for the timeshare owners that are not available for our guests to use. Please note, we do not control issues and closures of the pool and hot tubs. We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. Our staff and myself are looking forward to helping you enjoy your trip to Hot Springs. Southshore is a very desirable neighborhood with prime real estate on the water. The Southshore neighborhood is a very safe gated complex. Guests are provided with entertainment at their fingertips while staying at Southshore, including access to a waterside pool and hot tub, and access to tennis courts. Each unit at Southshore has an immaculate view of beautiful Lake Hamilton and of the Ouachita Mountains. Guests have prime access to Lake Hamilton, as Southshore is located on a main area of Lake Hamilton. Southshore is beautiful, serene and very close to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, all restaurants, shopping, and all that Hot Springs has to offer! Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Parking is right in front of the unit. Please note: - We do not control issues and closures due to maintenance of the pool and hot tubs. - The Southshore Neighborhood also includes the Southshore Lake Resort Timeshare- the amenities you may see such as mini-golf, sauna, basketball courts and playground are for Timeshare guests only. - The POA does not allow boat trailer parking for guests or owners at Southshore. Guests are able to park their trailer at our office at, 105 Grand Isle Drive, during the tenure of their stay. Our office is less than a mile away from Southshore. - There is NOT a boat ramp at Southshore, so please make prior boat launch arrangements before arrival to eliminate any confusion. Nearby locations that have a boat ramp include: Salty Dog Marina, Gregg Orr Marina, Willow Beach Boat Launch, and The Fish Hatchery. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY. NO PETS are allowed in this unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NO-PET POLICY. If any damages occur to the property or if any excess cleaning is needed, your card will be charged accordingly.

We will be back!
This is larger than it looks in the photos. Plenty of sitting room, comfortable beds, large comfortable rug for children to play on in the living room. They have a new dining table that isn’t pictured, it’s a wooden corner table that has lots of seats and really cute. The natural light that Rama through the whole condo is wonderful! The back balcony is really long and the views are awesome. One of the pools is really close and has a great setup and big hot tub. The whole complex is very hilly and beautiful in a rustic way. This place is just great, look no further!
Good to know for packing:
-everything you need to cook is in the kitchen
-no beach towels
-no toys or games

My nephew and I enjoyed our stay in this South Shore condo. Very modern and comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. Hope to rent again for future family reunions!

Very nice re-done condo. Perfect for two couples going racing. Everything worked exactly like it was supposed to. This condo has a really nice view of the lake and Hwy 7 bridge. Very nice.

The condo was perfect,. All one level, furnished nicely, beautiful view. We didn't spend much time there but when we got there we felt loke home. Will definitely keep this on our favorites list.

Well appointed, comfortable, great location, great Wi-Fi, had everything we needed. Living area had comfy seating and room for several folks and everyone had a view of the gorgeous lake. Parking right outside the door. My one complaint as someone else mentioned were the plug-in scents in every room. Once we found them all and aired the place out it was fine.

The property was in a nice location and had a good view but was not directly on the lake. Check-in process was very good and a very nice condo; however, we did have several issues. When you enter the property there are no signs showing which way to go for Building "G." We felt like you need a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. The weather was cold while there so we wanted to start the fire in the fireplace however there were no instructions on how to light the fireplace. We noticed a cord was not plugged in inside the fireplace and we couldn't find the key to turn on the gas for the fireplace. Otherwise good location. Safe.

This is a beautiful, clean and spacious condo in a wonderful location with a great view. It is just off Central Ave with easy access to everything in Hot Springs. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in and probably the best value for the money. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hot Springs. We also brought her dorm-mate so they could have some time to hang out and be friends away from college and it was just really fun watching the girls be girls. We took them into Hot Springs one afternoon and gave them the opportunity to do a touristy sort of thing and they wanted to go back to the condo and just lounge. I think getting them into a quiet place was exactly what they needed and we really appreciate the time away.
**SPECIAL NOTE** The hot tub is seasonal, so please be mindful of that when booking.

Midterm Getaway
Our kid goes to school in Arkadelphia and we wanted to give her a refresh weekend before midterms so she could go in bright eye and bushy tailed. I found a few properties on VRBO and she picked this one for a few reasons
1) OMG! THERE'S A TUB! (dorm life means showers only)
2) Ooooooooo! A fireplace!
3) I've never stayed directly off a lake, this feels fancy!
So, we booked it and it was exactly the place she needed and wanted.. We also brought her dorm-mate so they could have some time to hang out and be friends away from college and it was just really fun watching the girls be girls. We took them into Hot Springs one afternoon and gave them the opportunity to do a touristy sort of thing and they wanted to go back to the condo and just lounge. I think getting them into a quiet place was exactly what they needed and we really appreciate the time away.

As soon as we opened the door we saw the lake view and was glad but then smelled the extensive amount of potpourri. It was excessive. We unplugged 6 of them and removed 4 sachets (put in pantry with the other packs) I’m not sure why any place needs that much fragrance. Much better once all that was removed. There is a deck which we enjoyed both morning & evening. The location was good. We thought we had access to the amenities but we didn’t. An info sheet on what restaurants nearby offered delivery/ lakeside dinning, would’ve been helpful. The condo layout felt spacious. We have never stayed at a Vrbo that had so many personal items, it was a bit odd at first - a little like we were intruding.

The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, dishes, etc. The only drawback for us four were all the stairs outside to get to the condo (for 65 yrs and above and 2 persons with knee replacements). Overall we were all very pleased with the property.

We had a great time at Will’s place. Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed while we were there. The grounds were nice — the children loved going to the playground. Just a short drive from everything to do in the area. The best part was relaxing on the back patio and watching the sun go down at the end of a busy day.
