About this condo rental
This spacious three bedroom and four bath condo with exceptional amenities is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. Comfortable places to sit fill the large living area, and you have access to a large flat screen television, DVD player, and a stereo system. The couch is a sleeper sofa. Beautiful kitchen appliances accent the large gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a large formal table that offers plenty of seating for large families. A built-in wet bar has a sink, ice maker, and lots of glassware on the shelves. Dining on the tiled balcony, which has a table with six chairs, lets you enjoy meals while watching the action on the beach and the water. All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a luxurious bathroom with an extended vanity counter that has two sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large step-in shower with glass panels. The first guest bedroom has a pair of full-size beds and a full size bathroom with a combined tub and shower. In the second guest bedroom you have a queen-size bed, full size bunk set, and a bathroom very similar to the previous one. The fourth full bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes the laundry room. This complex features an elevated parking garage. You can park on the 5th floor, so there is no need to use an elevator! Bedding: Master Bedroom- King Bedroom 2- 2 Full Bedroom 3- Queen and Full Over Full Bunk Beds Living Room- Sofa Sleeper The complex has indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, exercise room, and BBQ grills. * This nonsmoking unit will sleep 14 * Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25 Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Passes are around $60 each. Parking is limited. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, please check with the building HOA desk to confirm price of parking. * Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

The unit is nice but has some issues: Ice machine makes horrible noise and doesn't work, Living room furniture is stained and uncomfortable, Master Bedroom TV wouldn't work and bed is really Firm which I find uncomfortable. Layout for condo is great - view from balcony is great. The complex itself is showing age - noone ever cleaned up around the pools - same trash,broken shells, earring and bobby pins never moved the entire 8 days we were there. There is a spot to leave boogie boards, sand toys, etc for others to use - someone cleaned out the entire area when those items were being used by guests. Hardly ever anyone at front desk - lots of employees standing around talking - only saw one young girl cleaning. This complex needs new management!!

Condo needs updating. Much of the furniture shows signs of wear and tear. Dryer is very loud indicating it needs work or replacement.

The room smelled and looked fresh and clean when we got there. This rental was perfect for our group of 13! Parking on the fifth floor was so convenient for us, we had seven children with us and 6 adults. The lazy river and slide were amazing and perfect for the kids. I didn’t like paying separately for the only two parking spaces that we were allowed( we had a 3rd vehicle and had to park in a church parking lot the whole trip).
Overall it is was a great place to stay and we’d stay there again!

Phoenix West is the best condos we have ever stayed at. We have stayed there twice now and will definitely always stay there when in Orange Beach which is also our favorite beach!

Very nice condo in a very nice building. Great pools and access to the beach. It’s on the 5 th floor which allows you to park on the corresponding parking deck and avoid the always crowded elevators.
As with most beach condos, the floors could use a good mopping between guests instead of just sweeping. The TV in the master suite, the ice maker in the bar, and the coffee pot were all not working. We did not contact management since we were only going to be there three days, so I can’t comment on their response time. I would stay there again.

Everything we needed was stocked! Our family had all ages and different ideas of 'fun' but ALL had a blast! Bedrooms were set up to enable a good night's sleep and private bathrooms/showers. Indoor/Outdoor pools, lazy river and beach were all utilized daily without overcrowding. Eateries and shopping are all nearby. Condo was clean and homey! Balcony was spacious, comfortable and provided fantastic view of the gulf. We loved everything about it and would HIGHLY recommend this unit to others!

We took a group of seniors for spring break. This place was perfect for that. It’s nice but not so nice that you’re worried about messing things up. A few things didn’t work (ice maker) but no biggie. 5th floor is great bc you’re not waiting forever for the elevator. Surprised that I didn’t hear much of anything from neighbors.

It was right on the beach and had a lazy river which the kids loved and an indoor pool to get out of the sun for a while. Will highly recommend it.

The rental company (housekeeping to be specific) did not do the best job for cleanliness. There were tons of issues. Dirty/unclean towels, sheets, and gritty/sandy floors. Condo needs dusting. The list goes on….

The kids really enjoyed the slide and lazy river. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Our feet were black after walking around day 1. The ice maker didn't work. A little short on blankets. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Condo
Very nice condo. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that I emailed to the management company on Sunday morning. On Monday mid morning someone came out to check. Although the main issue needed a part to be ordered and couldn’t be repaired that day I was pleased by the quick response. Condo was clean. Everyone enjoyed the lazy river. Torn patio chair needs replacement. Will probaby book condo again next year.

I called White Shore Realty on Tuesday 7-20-21 about an issue, left a message to call me back & as of today I have not heard from them. Not very responsible to deal with.
