Located in secluded St Joseph's Shores in the middle of Windmark Beach is 209 Sea Shack (Right hand side of duplex). This 2bd 2.5ba duplex offers up comfortable accommodations located directly on the beach. With only a few houses around, you're all set for a quiet getaway. Want to relax and stay on your fitness regimen, you've not only got miles and miles of secluded beach to walk or jog, there's also 5 miles of paved beach walk at your command. So, bring your bikes and strollers and enjoy the gulf breeze and the sound of the waves as your thoughts and calories float away. You can even bring "Fido" as this home is dog friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas Grill. King in Master, 1 Queen and a twin bed in the additional bedroom, and 1 Queen sofa sleeper in Living Room. If you have a large family and need more room, ask about renting 213 Sea Shack which is the left-hand side of the duplex. "Free Wi-Fi" Bedroom 1- King Bed Bedroom 2- Queen Bed & Daybed Additional Sleeping Arrangements- Sofa Sleeper 209 SeaShack is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

One side of blinds to back porch stuck.
Kitchen cabinet door broken off.
No kitchen sponges to wash dishes and only one kitchen towel.
Ceiling fan in master BR doesn’t work. Lighting above Master sink missing.
No way to rinse off feet when coming in from beach. We used the neighboring condo’s hose.

Love this house!!
My husband and I rented this house for our Baby Moon and absolutely loved it! The beach was literally steps away and was so secluded! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Well spaced from other properties. Great set up on the house, fantastic views (double deck off the main living space and a balcony off the third floor). Definitely the place of sunset happy hour. Could use a few minor things in the kitchen (measuring spoons and a few other small pieces). Overall, would go there again and highly recommend it.

We had a great time! House was clean and comfortable bed. It is a duplex and it has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Beach is secluded perfect if you want to stay away from people due to COVID. Beach is nice however the water is not clear.

What a wonderful time of making precious memories
The privacy my family experienced while making precious memories was priceless. We laughed, we cooked, we fished, we swam, we collectec shells...my my my....it was wonderful !

Relaxation in these crazy time
It was a great stay. The home is perfect for a family. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. The views were spectacular. There was a pod of Dolphins and a beautiful beach.

Port St Joe
Overall, this is a nice condo and we would stay there again. Unfortunately for the owner of this property, the overall area was hit by Hurricane Michael last October and a lot of damage was done to their specific property and to this area. This specific property has been well repaired and maintained. The condo was very comfortable.

March 2017 Stay
209 Sea Shack is a very beautiful place to stay. The location and size of this rental are perfect. The beach access is spot on and we were happy with the layout. Most of all we were really impressed with the staff at Forgotten Coast. They are all so professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. The house was clean and neat. We will definitely plan on staying here again!!

April 2018 Stay
After paying for a week at another rental we were shocked to see the place so dirty with mold throughout the home. Thanks to Drew we were able to get another place within 24 hours. The Place was a breath of fresh air! The home was very clean and nicely furnished. We had an amazing time!
We will definitely rent through Forgotten Coast on our next visit. Thank you!

Delightful stay! Felt right at home. Secluded location, very peaceful. Enjoyed grilling on the deck with the gulf breezes. Cleaning staff did an awesome job. However, outdoor shower is a hose, but glad we had it, but not a shower.

We brought our two dogs. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach. It was very relaxing.
The house was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the view from the decks. There are no stores or restaurants nearby, wich we loved. It takes about 7 to 10 min drive to a supermarket or restaurant.
