Bay Villa #7 offers three bedroom/three and a half baths and is fully furnished, has private decks with water/sunset views right on the bay! Guests can enjoy the property’s bayside boat dock along with the private community swimming pool, and walking proximity to the best and most popular restaurants in the Keys and many other incredible wildlife and fishing attractions. Bicycles, paddle boards, & kayaks can be delivered directly to your villa for use during your stay. There is great bike, running & walking paths in Islamorada. The pool area has lounge furniture, bathrooms & is heated, or chilled for year-round swimming. You can watch our beautiful sunsets as you sit under our large tiki hut! The property is fully stocked with everything you need, and a fulltime property management team to assist in making your stay comfortable. Location made walking and biking very easy to restaurants. Very clean. Pool was heated. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our trip. Very clean, great location. Pool was nice, location is great. We’d stay here again. A couple things to note: no dining table (there were 6 stools at counter), I think these are all corporate owned so there’s nothing in the kitchen (maybe coffee), but no oil, condiments, sugar etc. Not a big deal but a lot of individually owned vrbos have some stuff in the kitchen.

Great property. Clean and centrally located. Nice pool area and water access. Need a gas grill and a few more accessories in unit. Overall great stay.

Great, Comfortable Location!
We spent 3 nights in the condo and wished we would have booked longer. The location was great, walkable to many restaurants, shops and a small market. The unit had everything we needed and the property amenities were really nice.

Awesome 50th Birthday Party!
We had a pretty big group renting two of the villas. We loved the pool and how easy it was to walk to restaurants, bars, etc. The only issues were no hair dryer and our AC stopped working. Luckily our trip was in January and it didn't get too hot. Highly recommend and would love to go back!

Awesome Property Great Location
Great place for a group to stay! We rented 2 units for our family and it was so nice to have lots of room right next to each other. The units were beautiful, clean and had everything you need. Loved that we could walk to dinner.

Perfect Accommodations for an Impromptu Trip
We decided to take an impromptu trip to end the summer and Little Basins was a great find on such short notice. With it being Labor Day there were lots of crowds but we felt luck to be private and not fighting the crowds we saw at other places. Highly recommend!

Great property that was extremely clean upon arrival. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops and the pool right outside the door was especially nice for hanging out in the hot afternoons. The kitchen was big and well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Overall great experience and we would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great property that was extremely clean upon arrival. We had a great stay at Little Basin Villas and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit the Keys. Comfortable, clean and very accurate to the pics and description. Only issue we had was parking. We always found a spot but it was tight some nights for our big SUV.

Great Vacation Spot
Property was perfect for our family. We brought our 23 ft boat and the dock was perfect. Cannot say enough about Angler House Marina where we launched and stored trailer - dock master was great. Kids enjoyed pool, everyone was friendly and great location.

We stayed at this property as a family of four and our friends stayed in 2 other villas with their families. Our teen children loved this little slice of paradise as much as we did! You can walk to SO many restaurants or use the spacious kitchen or outdoor grill to prep whatever you'd like. The setup of the house was ideal and the owner has thought of every detail. PERFECTION! Our families loved the pool and dock space. We brought along our inflatable paddle board and enjoyed making our way around the mangroves. We would give 20 stars if we could and hope to be back again one day.

Best place in Islamorada for sun and fun.
The property with 9 total units was great. The people in the other units were very nice and considerate. The unit was impeccable and very well laid out and roomy for the four of us. Emile and team were just a call away if there had been any issue. We will come back as Little Basin Villas is now our Florida Keys go to place.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and lovely
We will come to you first when we decide to return to the Keys. Very nice location to see the entire length of the Keys!
Having salt and pepper and 6 pods for the coffee maker would be a nicer touch. The eating arrangements are not the best for older people and having 4 chairs on the front porch would also be nice. We really enjoyed the arrangement of sofas and the ample LIGHT!
(I left a phone message for the management about some of the furnishings and never got a return call - It was OK; we made do.

End of summer get together
This property was clean as a whistle, with outstanding amenities. The manager(s) communicated clearly and timely, and when I had questions via email, they were answered within a few hours. It is a great property, great pool and area around pool, with outstanding service from the management company.

Great place. Villas look new. Everything functional. Comfortable bed. dockage for 3 to maybe 4 boats. Awesome pool. The management company hooked us up with a place to keep the trailers. The only complaint is not with Little Basin but with Islamorada's lack of good public boat ramps.

It was paradise for four days.
The only problem was we had to return home. Brought my four son-in-laws done for a couple of days fishing, the property was clean, crisp and looked better than the pictures. Not a single problem for our group, if I come back there is no question where we would stay! Nice jb Little Basin Villas.
