CONDO: This beachfront luxury condo is situated on a one-half mile white sand beach overlooking the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. While sitting on the white sugar sand beach or your own private shaded balcony with table and chairs and equipped with your own grill, enjoy the breathtaking views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. For the true chef at heart, enjoy cooking in the new, fully equipped kitchen with new custom cabinets, tiled countertop and backsplash. This kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, four-burner glass cook-top, george foreman grill on patio, toaster, blender, coffee maker and several other modern appliances. We supply coffee/filters, tea, spices, paper goods, foil, soap, shampoo, etc. for your use. We have completely remodeled with a new dining set, living area furniture and two large LCD TV's. Listen to your own i-Tunes music with our new i-Pod docking station with radio/cd player. Enjoy dining in or eating out on the patio while watching the moon rise over St. John... During the day there is plenty to do! Snorkel feet from your private patio, sunbathe on the beach or take a refreshing dip in the two-tiered pool! For lunch, there is a bar/grill located on the property which serves tropical refreshments as well as hamburgers, hot dogs and even breakfast foods! You will leave your worries behind the moment you arrive at our condo! Please inquire about our other similar beachfront condos and boat slips for rent. SUITABLE for couples, families with small children, older adults with some minor disabilities. CONDO'S BEDROOM: At the end of the day, retreat to your master bedroom area where you will be soothed to sleep on the king size pillow-top mattress with a new 3' Tempur-Pedic topper. For a more private sleeping area, simply close the solid mahogany wood louvered sliders. We have recently added a new flat screen TV in the master bedroom area. THE ISLAND OF ST. THOMAS: St. Thomas is a 32-square mile island in the Caribbean owned by the USA, situated below the island of Puerto Rico. Perhaps the best condo we have stayed in over the years. Exactly as described. Very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. With a marvelous view and right on the beach. Susan was an excellent host and provided a great deal of helpful information to make our stay enjoyable. The entire experience was a pleasure. Looking forward to a return visit!

The photos do not do this place justice! We had a fabulous (but too short) 3-night stay in this condo at the Sapphire Bay Resort & Marina. Being at beach level on the first floor was heavenly, and being in the last building (furthest away from the beach bar and restaurant) was quiet and peaceful although only a short walk on the sand away from the action. The pool was beautiful and the beach was gorgeous. It was fun to have so many options for food and drink in short walking distance. The condo was pristine and thoughtfully stocked with everything one might need for a beach vacation. Susan is a great host and super responsive. She provides extensive and helpful information.

First of all, communication with the owner, Susan, was excellent. Upon booking, I was provided with really great information about the property, the beaches, and about local restaurants. Really helpful information for sure! She was very quick to respond about a lock code question I had a half hour before our rental was to begin.
The property was as described, which suited our needs perfectly and was great. All necessary amenities are there and there were a few surprises that went above and beyond. Sapphire beach is beautiful and the local beach bar is fun with great staff, Nikki "Red" and Cameron, and great food and drinks. Really a fun spot to visit and stay for 2 days before we headed on to a week of sailing in the BVIs.

We had an amazing time staying at Karen’s place. The place was exactly as described and a bit more. Excellent communication and easy check-in. Answered any and all questions quickly. Would recommend and I would stay here again for sure.

Being on the beach is very nice. It should be noted that the beach is a bit rocky on this end of the resort which is on the opposite end near the truly sandy beach which is where you will want to swim. But the pool is very close!

This was our 1st trip to St. Thomas and definitely not our last! This condo is everything it presents itself to be and more! The location is perfect! Buildings A & B are situated next to the bar and restaurant so it’s great if you want the party atmosphere but building E is the perfect distance from there!! A very short walk and you are in the action or you can step off your patio and you cannot hear them at all.
Susan was very helpful before arrival and after with all my questions. There is a lot of information of things to do and restaurants, etc in a folder in the condo.
The lady who owns the boutique on the property (bonus!!) is very helpful as well! She even let us in the coffee shop after hours to use the ATM!
We cannot wait to return!

We’ve stayed at Sapphire 3 times now, and this time around has been the best by far. All of the previous visits were very good, but this was great! Susan was supremely helpful and provided sooooo much information that made our life that much nicer during our visit. Three Palms ROCKS!

This condo in our opinion was the best condo on Sapphire! We came to St Thomas with a group who all stayed in different buildings at Sapphire and we had the best location out of all the couples! This was a dream to have coffee to the sunrise and waves. Steps away from the ocean and the location was quiet. The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay 10/10. This was a great location to stay for us as well, being our first time to the islands; next to marina, walking distance to a few restaurants, taxis always available out front with friendly drivers, close to the ferry and Redhook. The condo view also looked over to St John. Susan was always friendly and responsive and gave out a great restaurant referral, Pangea which was a great dining experience! Highly recommend this condo!

Everything was as advertised! Beautiful location, sparklingly clean and secure. Well appointed condo with updated conveniences. The view is phenomenal! Susan was extremely helpful from booking through our sad exit. Highly recommend this location.

Our unit was wonderfully stocked -everything from bottled waters to sunscreen to noodles for floating in the ocean . Our check-in process was simple with clear directions. We could literally walk out our patio door and sit Oceanside in just steps. The pool area was kept clean -it could use some updates to the cabana areas -but with the ocean steps away we actually did not use the pool. We celebrated a birthday and anniversary in a beautiful environment. The location was minutes away from the ferry to St Johns and restaurants . We will definitely return.

I wanted the close access to the beach and it was right in front of the condo! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We left on our sailing trip from the Sapphire Marina which was literally just steps away!! The beach was quiet and we had gorgeous views of the bay and St.John Island. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Susan was so kind and helpful. Answered my same questions more than once :) I really do appreciate her patience. I would definitely go back.

However the seaweed from the Bahamas ruined the beach directly in front of our property and made it unusable (this problem was not unique to this location, places like Margaritaville had this problem as well). Which also led to a horrible rotting seaweed smell outside at all times. Luckily not all of Sapphire was ruined as we could walk a couple of minutes to the left to the main part of the beach which was clean and clear of the seaweed.

3Palms was absolutely amazing and perfect for us, we can’t wait to stay here again!! The condo is updated and equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. The space was perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Coffee on the deck each morning was perfect with an amazing ocean view!!! And it’s conveniently located close to RedHook and the ferry docks. Our host was amazing and awesome, so responsive and attentive to our every need!! We Absolutely Loved the Condo and can’t wait to return!! Thank you Susan!!!

The arrival process could not have been any easier. The instructions were clear and everything in the property exactly as it was promised. It was clean, the location was perfect and it had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Have a cup of coffee in the morning or sip of wine in the evening listening to the waves of the ocean right from the patio. You wake up to the sun rising over the ocean every day and you have your own private view of this right from this unit. Walk up to the beach whenever you want and parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals are 2 minute walk from this unit. Red Hook is a mile away where you have restaurants and groceries. The resort has a great pool and decent beach where you can snorkel/ kayak/ paddle boat. This unit is at one corner of the resort and the shore close to this unit is a little rocky. You have a short walk to get to the beach. where you can swim. The unit is very clean and the host provides every amenity you may need. It was very comfortable for a family of 3 with a toddler. Parking is right in front of this unit and is not paved.
