DISCUSS WITH PARKS. Come enjoy 500 feet of water frontage nestled on 1.6 acres of wooded privacy on magnificent Lake Keowee. Deep emerald green water in wide protected cove, just off main channel. Our home is conveniently located on Keowee School Road, a quick 5 minutes from downtown Seneca and only 15 minutes from Death Valley, home of the Clemson Tigers. You are a 5 minute boat ride to Keowee Marina and their Tiki Hut. Also, we are a quick 10 minutes to Oconee Medical Center, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Moe’s, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Staples, Publix, & Ingles. We are also a short 45-50 minute drive to beautiful Highlands & Cashiers, NC. Relax and play on our 26 X 30 custom covered dock with oversized swim platform situated in a wide quiet cove on very deep water with open views. So, bring your boat and water toys to tie up and enjoy! Two paddle boards, two kayaks, 5 oversized noodles and a ping pong table, and shuffle board table come with the rental. A tailgating table and 4 folding chairs will be available during football season. Our newly renovated open concept 3,300 sq. ft. home has (4) beds and (3) baths and comfortably sleeps ten (10). Features include ...gorgeous stacked stone gas fireplace, open concept floor plan, lake views from every room of the house, (2) master suites, new stainless steel kitchen with quartz countertops and gas range, spa like master bath with bubble soaking tub, new HVAC, large expansive back new deck overlooking lake, and new landscaping front and back. Our Direct TV with AT&T WiFi package includes all ESPN sports channels. Home has a (2) car garage and plenty of extra parking for your guests. Our large wooded lot allows for easy parking of boat and jet ski trailers. Our downstairs level has a 2nd master, large additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2nd den/rec room for younger guests, and a new kitchenette. There are also 2 very comfortable cushioned gray folding chairs in the upstairs foyer closet for any additional seating needs. *New 40lb. capacity ice maker & black rolling Igloo cooler in the utility room for all your lake, sporting, and tailgating activities. All this on a very level lot! NOTE: STARBUCKS & CHICK-FIL- A are a quick 10 minute drive from the house :)

This is an amazing house with all the amenities. Beautiful lake view. Kids enjoyed the ping pong and shuffleboard, as well as the water sports—-all a part of the rental. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to visit our son who goes to Clemson, and it was such a wonderful property to relax, cook and enjoy the lake! We appreciated how clean and well kept everything was, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This rental easily exceeded our expectations! The photos and description of this property were very accurate. It was a perfect fit for our Family (3 adult kids with spouses plus an almost 2-year old granddaughter). Favorite things included: 1) Sitting on back deck, 2) sitting around fire pit in the evenings, 3) watching our favorite college football team on TV, and 4) the extra refrigeration space was great and did not miss not having to maintain small coolers. The granddaughter loved climbing the rock steps, playing with leaves and pine straw. We all gather for Thanksgiving every 2 years and are looking forward to renting again in 2024. Finally, it was easy to communicate with the owners.

This house was extremely well kept and clean. The location is great, right on the waterfront. Made for a perfect getaway. Certainly one of the best options in the area, you won't regret staying here!

This house far exceeded our expectations! The inside and outside of the house is immaculately kept and the cove lake location was just beautiful! The owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything you need. We spend all day on the paddle boards, kayaks, and tubes. When it looked like rain we loved the garage ping pong table and shuffleboard! The owners were easy to communicate with and we all can’t wait to go back and stay again!

This house was awesome! The owners thought of everything you could possibly need in a lake rental. We have rented vacation homes many times and this one ranked as one of the best. The house, location and host met every expectation. We will be back!

Perfect Lake Stay
This property is a perfect lake retreat! This home has been updated and is very spacious. The finishes are excellent and the owners have thought of everything! There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the lake, the home, and all of the amenities. There is an incredible fire pit with rocking chairs, games and beverage coolers in the garage, a large dock with a long shoreline and quiet neighbors. It is close to Seneca and the Cane Creek boat landing, also close to the marina by water and is convenient for many different scenarios. We've stayed at many homes at the lake and this is definitely one of our favorites.

Beautiful house…very convenient location
The house was perfect for our family of 10 from ages 2 to 78. The cove is perfect for utilizing the kayaks and paddle boards available to use and the location on the water is convenient to a unique little restaurant on the water called the Tiki-Hut. We were even able to take a day trip to the waterfall. I would highly recommend this house. We had no issues while we were there. Very satisfied!!!

We had family coming in from around the US for our daughter’s Clemson graduation and needed a big enough property and this fit the bill. I was in contact with Parks about a week prior asking to check-in a few hours early and he quickly replied, “yes.” We arrived at the house and were stunned with the natural beauty of the property and amazed with the interior, complete with Christmas decorations. The kitchen was stocked perfectly, the rooms were spacious, the bedding was super comfortable and the view was AMAZING. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks on the super clear and warm December days. Everybody was amazed by this property and if we could give it 6 stars across the board we would. VRBO this property with complete confidence, you will be 125% satisfied. Thank you, Parks!

Great getaway with Family
Echoing other comments, this house fully lived up to expectations. Enjoyed night by the fire pit, morning kayaking/paddle boarding, games, and much more. The house was in excellent condition. Parks was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This lakeside property was newly renovated, very clean and well stocked for our needs. Can not recommend it enough! Hope my family and friends can come back for a getaway. Parks was a fantastic host. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Three generations came together to celebrate a milestone birthday and catch the Clemson Homecoming football game and this was the perfect backdrop. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal house on a gorgeous lot
Absolutely stunning renovated home with a fantastic flat lot (a rare commodity we’ve found over the years staying on Keowee!). Perfect layout for two families of 5, two great common areas for games, movies, and lounging. (Also sonos for tunes while eating or relaxing with a cocktail!)
Brilliant views of the lake, and a lovely dock to jump off, as the kids (and adults) did for hours on end. Communication with Parks was great, responsiveness was super fast. We will definitely be back, hands down our favorite rental on our family’s favorite lake!

Awesome Lake House
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The accommodations are top shelf and the owners have everything you could possibly need to enjoy vacation on the lake. The ice machine on site as well as all the water floats, fishing poles, kayaks make it truly a remarkable place. We plan on coming back next year
