Very clean, nice apartment with nice deck, location. Right off walking, bike trails. 2nd floor apartments and you have to carry your bags up a long flight of stairs. The grounds are beautifully kept.

Great location - not too close to town but close enough if you want somewhere a little quieter . A dated , spacious eclectic property that could benefit from a little TLC to make it a more comfortable stay

The property is absolutely beautiful - amazing landscaping, beautifully furnished and appointed. This was a most comfortable and luxurious place to vacation. The hosts were welcoming and gracious;. Unfortunately, Vacasa was not at all helpful. Rather than providing written instructions, there was a laminated page with electtronic icons to scan for information. I spent more than one hour on the phone with Vacasa staff asking them to translate and clarify the icons which were labeled with important titles like Police, Fire, Doctors, Activities, etc. After being repeatedly placed on hold and sent from one agent to another, an email was sent which was totally useless. If Vacasa claims to manage rental properties, then it should at least provide basic safety information in English and have a responsive customer service department. When I mentioned this problem to the owners, they agreed that more than half of their guests are frustrated with Vacasa - especially on technical matters.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Couple's Paradise. The property is meticulously well maintained. The lodging is spacious, spotless and well appointed. We appreciated the close proximity to the Old Colony Rail Trail leads to Chatham as well as Harwich. Gerry and Irene were attentive and gracious hosts. We unreservedly recommend this lodging.

What a great place to stay in Chatham. It's a very well maintained 1 bedroom with plenty of space to spread out. Beaches & town are a short drive away. We loved the walking trail right off the back steps! The owner is very accommodating and proud of this rental. The property is really beautiful!

We recently spent a couple of nights in this spacious, meticulously clean and peaceful apartment, probably the nicest place we've ever stayed! We were lucky enough to meet the owner, who was so friendly and accommodating, while he was tending his beautifully manicured property, I can only imagine how gorgeous the grounds must be in the height of the season with the many hydrangea bushes and flowers in bloom. We will most definitely return to this absolutely spectacular rental!

When we got to the apartment we couldn't believe how large it was. It was beautifully decorated and great views of the amazing property. It has a private parking area and entrance and was just wonderful. We would stay there again if we go back up to Cape Cod. The only problems was we had a couple of cold nights and we could not raise the heat past 72. It was a wonderful place and any couple that goes there will enjoy it.

Very clean,very private on a cul de sac. Bike trail out your door, two decks to enjoy one has sun most of day. Met owner who could not be nicer. The grounds are spectacular. Highly recommend, when you want to leave all of the crowded cape behind, it is a great place to come back to. There are stairs you have to climb, the only thing you need to be aware of .

Met owner who could not be nicer.
The grounds are spectacular.
Highly recommend, when you want to leave all of the crowded cape behind, it is a great place to come back to.
There are stairs you have to climb, the only thing you need to be aware of .
